The upper end of the slide block 15 is fixedly connected with a hot air gun 17.
A loading plate 12 is placed in the middle of the surface of the base 11. The object carrying plate 12 is a rectangular parallelepiped, and a mold 13 is arranged at one end thereof, so that the plate to be corrected is placed on the object carrying plate 12 by abutting against the mold 13. The board to be corrected can be a guqin panel 2 and also can be a guqin bottom plate 3.
If the board to be corrected is the guqin panel 2, the mould 13 is an arc mould which is a cuboid with an arc surface, and the long axis direction of the arc mould is perpendicular to the long axis direction of the object carrying board 12. The cambered surface of the arc-shaped mould is used for matching the surface of the guqin panel 2. Different types of guqin have the musical instrument face of different radians, and in order to be applicable to multiple guqin, the cambered surface radius of arc mould can be 30cm, 50cm or 100cm. Arc mould detachably arranges the one end at year thing board 12, selects corresponding arc mould to the guqin of different styles.
If the board to be corrected is the seven-stringed plucked instrument bottom plate 3, the mold 13 is a square mold, that is, a cuboid with six faces all perpendicular to each other.
In addition, a plurality of F-shaped carpentry clamps (referred to as "F clamps") 13 are detachably fixed to both sides of the stage along the longitudinal direction of the stage 12, and preferably, 2 to 4F clamps 13 are provided on each side. The board to be corrected is fixed on the carrier board 12 by the F-clamp 13. In one embodiment, the F-clip comprises: a guide bar; one end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with a fixed arm; the body of the guide rod is sleeved with a movable arm; a handle screw is arranged near one end of the movable arm; the top of the handle screw is movably provided with a lower pressing block; one end of the fixed arm corresponding to the lower pressing block is provided with an upper pressing block.
After cutting, chipping and planing, the wood is made into a panel 2 and a bottom plate 3 of the seven-stringed plucked instrument. Before closing the organ, namely before the panel 2 and the bottom plate 3 are integrally attached, the flatness of the panel 2 and the bottom plate 3 is corrected by using the correcting tool, so that the gap error between the bonded panel 2 and the bonded bottom plate 3 is not more than 1mm.
In use, the F-clip 13 as described above: the fixed arm is abutted against the loading plate 12, and the upper pressing block presses the loading plate 12; sliding the movable arm along the direction parallel to the guide rod, and rotating the handle screw rod to ascend until the lower pressing block abuts against the plate to be corrected; the handle screw is rotated to descend, and the plate to be corrected is clamped by adjusting the proper tightness. According to the observation of an experienced pianist, the tightness of the F-shaped clamps 13 on both sides of the object carrying plate 12 is adjusted, so that the surface of the plate to be corrected is flat and the phenomenon of 'one side higher and one side lower' does not occur. The F clamp 13 is tightly adjusted on the side of the plate to be corrected, which is too high, and the surface of the plate to be corrected is pressed down; the F clamp 13 is loosened on the side with the lower height, and the flatness of the surface of the plate to be corrected is adjusted to be consistent by matching with the F clamp 13 on the other side.
The surface of the base 11 is provided with a switch (not shown in the figure) for controlling the on/off of the driving motor, and the driving motor can be controlled by a preset program, so as to control the slide block 15 to reciprocate along the slide rail 16 in the horizontal direction. The nozzle of the hot air gun 17 at the upper end of the slide block 15 faces the board to be corrected to dry it. In another embodiment, the driving motor is turned off after the slider 15 moves to a designated distance, so that the heat gun 17 intensively dries a specific position of the board to be corrected. Generally, the specific position is a portion of the board to be corrected that is significantly tilted.
In one embodiment, the horizontal distance traveled by the slider 15 is equal to the length of the plate to be calibrated.
Note that the horizontal travel distance of the slide 15 cannot be greater than the length of the carrier plate 12.
In another embodiment, a motor magnetic switch is provided at both ends of a predetermined region of the slide 16 along the long axis of the base 11, and the magnetic switch is connected to an internal circuit of the driving motor. When the sliding block 15 touches the switch, the switch controls the magnetic reversal of the magnetic field in the driving motor, so that the driving motor drives the sliding block 15 to move reversely; when the slide 15 moves in the opposite direction to another switch, the magnetic field in the driving motor reverses its magnetic polarity again, thereby driving the slide 15 to move in the opposite direction again. The predetermined area corresponds to the area to be corrected on the board to be corrected (i.e. the guqin panel 2 or the bottom board 3), and the length of the predetermined area is set according to the requirement, and can be 10mm or equal to the length of the board to be corrected. By setting the magnetic switch, the heat gun 17 can be controlled to heat the area with the designated length on the board to be corrected, and the reciprocating motion of the heat gun 17 in the horizontal direction can also be controlled.
A second embodiment of the invention relates to a method of correcting the flatness of a fascia and a base. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of correcting the flatness of the guqin panel 2 in one embodiment of the present invention.
The method of correcting the guqin faceplate 2 comprises the following steps: step 101, erecting the guqin panel 2 on an arc-shaped mould 13 to enable a guqin face to be attached to the arc-shaped mould 13; 102, clamping 13 two long edges of the guqin panel 2 by using F clamps 13 respectively so as to fix the panel 2 on the object carrying plate 12; 103, observing the uneven position on the surface of the guqin panel 2, adjusting the tightness of the F clamp 13, and adjusting the evenness of each surface of the panel 2 to be consistent; step 104, opening the hot air gun 17 and a driving motor switch, and enabling the hot air gun 17 to reciprocate in the horizontal direction along the slide way 16 to dry the guqin panel 2; and 105, adjusting the hot air gun 17 to face the part easy to tilt on the panel 2 according to needs, and intensively drying.
In this embodiment, the horizontal movement distance of the slider 15 cannot be larger than the long side distance of the base 11.
In another embodiment, the horizontal movement distance of the slider 15 cannot be less than the length of the guqin panel 2.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of correcting the flatness of the seven-stringed plucked instrument base plate 3 in one embodiment of the present invention. Similarly, similarly to the above-described steps, the difference is that the arc-shaped mold used when the soleplate 3 is corrected is replaced with the square-shaped mold 13 to prevent the soleplate 3 from slipping.

Claims (9)
1. A tool for correcting the flatness of a panel and a bottom plate of a Guqin is characterized by comprising a horizontal base, a loading plate, an arc-shaped die, an F-shaped woodworking clamp, a sliding block, a slideway and a hot air gun, wherein the loading plate, the arc-shaped die, the F-shaped woodworking clamp, the sliding block, the slideway and the hot air gun are arranged on the horizontal base; the sliding block is sleeved on the slide way to move in the horizontal direction along the slide way; the carrying plate is a rectangular flat plate and is placed in the middle of the carrying plate; the hot air gun is fixed on the sliding block, and a gun nozzle faces the carrying plate; the mould is fixed at one end of the carrying plate to erect a guqin panel or a bottom plate; along the long axis direction of the carrying plate, a plurality of F-shaped woodworking clamps are uniformly and detachably fixed on two sides of the long edge of the carrying plate respectively, and the F-shaped woodworking clamps are used for correcting the flatness of the guqin panel or the bottom plate; the hot air gun is arranged in the center of the top of the sliding block, a motor is arranged in the base to drive the sliding block, and the sliding block drives the hot air gun to horizontally reciprocate in the long axis direction of the carrying plate; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

placing a panel frame or a bottom plate frame on a mould of the tool for correcting the flatness of the panel and the bottom plate of the guqin according to claim 1;
clamping two long edges of the guqin panel by using an F clamp respectively so as to fix the panel or the bottom plate on the carrying plate;
observing the uneven part of the surface of the panel or the bottom plate, and adjusting the tightness of the F clamp to adjust the surface flatness of the panel or the bottom plate to be consistent;
and opening a hot air gun and a driving motor switch on the tool for correcting the flatness of the panel and the bottom plate of the guqin, wherein the hot air gun reciprocates along a slide way in the horizontal direction to dry the panel or the bottom plate.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising the step of: and adjusting a hot air gun to fix, and drying intensively towards the preset part on the surface of the panel or the bottom plate.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein when the flatness of the panel is corrected, the mold is an arc-shaped mold which is a rectangular parallelepiped having an arc surface matching the surface of the guqin; when the flatness of the bottom plate is corrected, the mold is a cuboid.
