本发明公开一种可低温储存的水系灭火剂,按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量包括:碳氢表面活性剂17%‑18%、聚磷酸铵3.8%‑4.2%、椰油烷基甜菜碱12%‑12.5%、阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%‑2%、十二烷基咪唑啉10%‑10.5%、氟表面活性剂0.5%‑0.8%、去离子水22%‑25.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%。本发明采用化学灭火与物理灭火相结合,能有效扑灭A、B类火灾,具有安全、易存放、易运输,可低温储存,不受冻结融化影响等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于消防灭火剂技术领域,具体涉及一种可低温储存的水系灭火 剂。
背景技术
传统的水系灭火剂可储存于-5℃至45℃之间,使用时按照其推荐稀释倍数 兑水稀释后再进行灭火,此类灭火剂最低的储存温度为-10℃,当气温低于 -10℃时,此类水系灭火剂将凝固结冰,造成无法兑水稀释使用,在某些常年 低温的地区,此类灭火剂存在较大的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可低 温储存的水系灭火剂,它的最低储存温度可达-40℃,适于大多数低温地区使 用。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种可低温储存的水系灭火剂,按照以下组 分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量包括:碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%、聚 磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%、椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%、阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物 1.2%-2%、十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%、氟表面活性剂0.5%-0.8%、去离子水22%-25.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%。
作为优选,选取上述组分及含量包括:碳氢表面活性剂17%、聚磷酸铵4%、 椰油烷基甜菜碱12%、阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%、十二烷基咪唑啉 10.3%、氟表面活性剂0.7%、去离子水24.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用化学灭火与物理灭火相结合,能有效 扑灭A、B类火灾,具有安全、易存放、易运输,可低温储存,不受冻结融化 影响等特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:本发明按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量包括: 碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%、聚磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%、椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%、 阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%-2%、十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%、氟表面活 性剂0.5%-0.8%、去离子水22%-25.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%。
上述实施例中,最优的实施方式为选取碳氢表面活性剂17%、聚磷酸铵4%、 椰油烷基甜菜碱12%、阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%、十二烷基咪唑啉 10.3%、氟表面活性剂0.7%、去离子水24.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%混合搅 拌制成。
本发明的工作原理:化学灭火性能,当遇火场温度达到200-300℃度时, 本发明遇火即刻生成偏磷酸、焦磷酸、聚氧乙烯高分子有机化合物元素阻止大 火燃烧和蔓延,使大火迅速熄灭;物理灭火性能,将本发明喷射到燃烧物上, 即可形成可抑制的膜阻绝氧气的进入,使燃烧物窒息。
本发明的渗透力和扩散力较强,能迅速破坏水分子表面张力且同时细化水 分子的方式,让其有更快的导流性及渗透力,能快速从火源内部深处吸热后迅 速散热,第一时间将热源转化为水蒸气;强大的扩散力使灭火剂可以迅速包裹、 覆盖、扩散至更大的区域。
本发明能中断自由基链式反应,在灭火过程中本发明与燃烧物发生化学反 应形成聚合物质,该聚合物质能有效地抑制或阻断燃烧自由基的产生,破坏燃 烧链,阻止燃烧,同时抑制连锁反应不会产生烟雾和毒素。
本发明采用化学灭火与物理灭火相结合,能有效扑灭A、B类火灾,具有 安全、易存放、易运输等特点,同时自身凝固点可达-40℃进行低温储存,且 不受冻结融化影响。

1.一种可低温储存的水系灭火剂,其特征在于:按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量包括:碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%、聚磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%、椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%、阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%-2%、十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%、氟表面活性剂0.5%-0.8%、去离子水22%-25.5%、抗冻剂15%、乙二醇15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可低温储存的水系灭火剂,其特征在于:选取上述组分及含量包括:碳氢表面活性剂17%;聚磷酸铵4%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%;十二烷基咪唑啉10.3%;氟表面活性剂0.7%;去离子水24.5%;抗冻剂15%;乙二醇15%。
