本发明公开了一种N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸在抗家禽热应激中的应用,将N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸添加到饲料中用来抗家禽热应激。本发明首次将N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸应用在抗家禽热应激;本发明采用在育雏期饲料中添加N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸,可以显著地提高热应激下家禽的生产性能,且N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸的使用成本较育成期添加低;在育雏期饲料中添加N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸对家禽的生产性能本来就存在有利好作用,故不需要根据环境温度的即时要求,去临时决定育成期饲料添加N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸和配料的时间,时效性较高温季节前后添加更为有利。

技术领域
本发明属于生物医学和新药研究领域,具体涉及一种N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在抗家禽热应激中的应用。
背景技术
家禽体表羽毛丰厚,全身无汗腺,代谢旺盛,体温高,故对高温刺激敏感。热应激是目前影响家禽生产的主要环境因素之一,我国大部分地区夏季炎热期达3个月之久,长江以南地区高温持续时问更长,热应激的影响不言而喻。对家禽生产性能的选育在过去几十年里取得了巨大的成就,生长速度和饲料转化效率得到了大幅度的提高,但这种以生长速度、饲料转化率为主要目标的选育也为家禽生产带来了许多不可避免的问题,其中就包括家禽对环境条件要求变高,应激敏感性增加,再加上集约化高密度饲养方式对家禽自身调节能力的限制,应激综合征的发生率提高。
热应激是指环境温度超过生物等热区中舒适区的上限温度所致的机体各种非特异性应答反应。一般认为家禽的等热区为10-27℃,其体温调节范围较窄,过高外环境温度会阻碍过量内脏热量的扩散,因而导致体温升高和食欲不振,随着采食量的减少,之后生长减慢(甚至停止,尤其是非运动功能性胸肌生长放缓或停止,这将导致产量降低,胸肌肉品质量变差);不仅影响动物生产性能,还会降低产蛋率甚至停止产蛋、降低骨骼肌品质和饲料转换率,而且降低免疫力,增加死亡率,严重危害动物的健康与福利。随着全球家禽产业向亚热带和热带地区发展中国家的不断扩大,通过饲养管理措施和抗热新品种培育来解决全球气候变暖和集约化高密度饲养条件下的家禽热应激,已进入一个瓶颈期,开发经济、安全和有效的家禽抗热应激调控剂成为家禽产业亟待解决的重要科学问题。
已有研究证实N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(N-carbamylglutamate,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,分子式为C6H10N2O5,分子量是190.15,纯品为无色透明晶体)是Arg内源性激活剂,无毒副作用,且无致畸变作用,能提高机体精氨酸的生理水平;同时,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸不会像直接添加外源性Arg一样干扰机体对日粮中其他碱性氨基酸的吸收,并伴以相对低廉的价格。N-氨甲酰谷氨酸已在人类医学丙二酸尿症的治疗和哺乳动物生长、繁殖上开展了一些应用研究。但是,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸做为抗热应激调节剂使用的相关研究尚未见报道,亦没有在鸟类和家禽上应用的相关研究报道。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明首次将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸应用在抗家禽热应激中。
本发明提供了一种N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在抗家禽热应激中的应用。
进一步的,将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加到饲料中用来抗家禽热应激。
进一步的,在家禽育雏期将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加到饲料中。
进一步的,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的添加量为0.1%。
进一步的,饲料包含以下质量百分数的组分:玉米58.8-67.04%、豆粕20.14-30.5%、玉米蛋白粉0-5%、大豆油1.42-4.36%、石粉1.2-1.34%、磷酸氢钙0.88-1.33%、蛋氨酸0.08-0.18%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.36-0.45%、苏氨酸硫酸盐0.01-0.05%、氯化钠0-0.3%、氯化胆碱0-0.3%、金霉素0-0.1%、微量元素0-0.2%、维生素0-0.03%。
进一步的,赖氨酸硫酸盐中赖氨酸的质量含量为65%。
进一步的,苏氨酸硫酸盐中苏氨酸的质量含量为98%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明首次将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸应用在抗家禽热应激;本发明采用在育雏期饲料中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,可以显著地提高热应激下家禽的生产性能,且N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的使用成本较育成期添加低;在育雏期饲料中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对家禽的生产性能本来就存在有利好作用,故不需要根据环境温度的即时要求,去临时决定育成期饲料添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸和配料的时间,时效性较高温季节前后添加更为有利。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明进行详细地解释说明。
本发明提供了一种N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在抗家禽热应激的应用。
1、脱温肉鸡(即过了育雏期以后的肉鸡,舍内温度降至27℃以下)可以在热应激发生前后使用N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,也可以在育雏期添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,育雏期添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的方式不但有效,而且节约成本,仅选择代表性的试验进行说明:
(1)配制N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加日粮:
①在对应肉鸡生长期的日粮的配制过程中,将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸和日粮核心料(如表1所示)充分混合;
②将①与日粮原料(如表1所示)充分混合,然后制粒,得到含量为0.1%的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加日粮,装袋后保存于避光干燥处待用。

(2)试验设计:
试验选用0日龄健康雪山草鸡公鸡30只,试验期为6周,从0日龄至21日龄为育雏期,从22日龄至35日龄为育成准备期,从36日龄至42日龄为热应激期,热应激期高温设置为32±1℃。按N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加时间随机分为3组,包括1个零添加组(CON-CON)、1个育雏期添加组(NCG-CON)和1个育成期添加组(CON-NCG);对照组在整个试验期饲喂基础饲粮,育雏期添加组仅在育雏期饲喂添加0.10%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的基础饲粮(N-氨甲酰谷氨酸占基础饲粮的质量百分数为0.10%),育成期添加组在育成准备期和热应激期均饲喂添加0.10%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的基础饲粮(N-氨甲酰谷氨酸占基础饲粮的质量百分数为0.10%)。
(3)生产性能测定
如附图1-2所示,与对照组(CON-CON组)相比较育成期饲喂添加0.10%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的基础日粮能提高正常饲养条件下和热应激下肉鸡的体重和体增重;育雏期饲粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸而从育成期开始饲喂基础饲粮的黄羽肉鸡,在持续热应激状态下也能保持体重和体增重的显著增长。
结果提示,本发明采用的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸可以显著地提高热应激下家禽的生产性能;本发明采用的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,因为家禽进入育成期后(即舍温降至27℃以下,脱温)容易受到温热环境刺激产生热应激,本发明采用在育雏期添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的使用成本较育成期添加低。
2、本发明采用在育雏期基础日粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,时效性较高温季节前后添加更为有利,仅选择代表性的试验进行说明:
(1)配制N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加日粮:
①在肉鸡育雏期(0-21日龄)的日粮的配制过程中,将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸和日粮核心料(如表1所示)充分混合;②将①与日粮大中小料(如表1所示)充分混合,然后制粒,得到含量为0.10%的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加日粮,装袋后保存于避光干燥处待用。
(2)试验设计:
试验选用0日龄健康雪山草鸡公鸡80只,试验期为3周,随机分为2组,包括1个零添加组(CON)和1个添加组(NCG),零添加组在整个试验期饲喂基础饲粮,添加组仅在整个试验期饲喂添加0.10%N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的基础饲粮。
(3)生产性能测定
如图3-7所示,从N-氨甲酰谷氨酸提高正常饲养条件下育雏期肉鸡的表型来看,体重呈现显著增长的同时伴随体脂沉积、肝脏重、腿肌重和血浆中尿素氮含量的极显著增加。
结果提示,本实施例采用在育雏期基础日粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,不但对家禽的生产性能本来就存在有利好作用,而且对脱温肉鸡具有抗热应激功效;因此,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的这种在育雏期添加的方式,不但较育成期添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸成本低,并且不需要根据环境温度的即时要求,来临时决定育成期基础日粮添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸和配料的时间,时效性较高温季节前后添加更为有利。

1.N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在抗家禽热应激饲料中的应用,其特征在于,将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加到饲料中用来抗家禽热应激,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的添加量为0.1%,在家禽育雏期将N-氨甲酰谷氨酸添加到饲料中,饲料包含以下质量百分数的组分:玉米58.80-67.04%、豆粕20.14-30.5%、玉米蛋白粉0-5%、大豆油1.42-4.36%、石粉1.2-1.34%、磷酸氢钙0.88-1.33%、蛋氨酸0.08-0.18%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.36-0.45%、苏氨酸硫酸盐0.01-0.05%、氯化钠0-0.3%、氯化胆碱0-0.3%、金霉素0-0.1%、微量元素0-0.2%、维生素0-0.03%。
