本发明涉及一种便于调焦的LED灯,包括反光杯(1)和散热器(2),反光杯(1)与散热器(2)通过连接片(3)连接,在散热器(2)内设有空腔(20),在空腔(20)内由内向外设有LED灯(4)、调焦透镜(5)、调光环(6),在反光杯(1)上设有面环(7),在散热器(2)的内壁上设有内螺纹(21),在调光环(6)的外侧面上设有与内螺纹(21)相配合的外螺纹(61),在调光环(6)上设有用于调整调焦透镜(5)与LED灯(4)之间的距离、从而实现调整LED灯光束角的调焦位(62),该便于调焦的LED灯能够根据用户需要对光束角进行调整,不用更换透镜,给用户带来便利,节约了成本。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种便于调焦的LED灯。
【背景技术】
传统LED灯的LED芯片前方通常都设置有透镜,以便对光线进行聚焦,现有的大多数LED灯无法进行调焦,要改变照射角度只能通过更换不同角度的透镜来实现,但是更换透镜在实际使用时非常不便。
由于存在上述问题,有必要对其提出解决方案,本发明正是在这样的背景下作出的。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种便于调焦的LED灯,该便于调焦的LED灯能够根据用户需要对光束角进行调整,不用更换透镜,给用户带来便利,节约了成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:
一种便于调焦的LED灯,包括反光杯1和散热器2,所述反光杯1与所述散热器2通过连接片3连接,在所述散热器2内设有空腔20,在所述空腔20内由内向外设有LED灯4、调焦透镜5、调光环6,在所述反光杯1上设有面环7,在所述散热器2的内壁上设有内螺纹21,在所述调光环6的外侧面上设有与所述内螺纹21相配合的外螺纹61,在所述调光环6上设有用于调整所述调焦透镜5与所述LED灯4之间的距离、从而实现调整LED灯光束角的调焦位62。
如上所述调焦位62包括安装支杆621和设在所述安装支杆621上的能与螺丝刀刀头配合的卡槽622。
如上所述安装支杆621由两根弧形条交叉形成,所述卡槽622设在所述安装支杆621交叉的中间部位。
在如上所述散热器2尾部设有后盖8,所述后盖8通过卡扣的方式与所述散热器2固定连接。
在如上所述面环7上设有用于将LED灯进行安装固定的安装翅片9。
在如上所述LED灯4连接有电源适配器10。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明之中的便于调焦的LED灯能够根据用户需要对光束角进行调整,不用另外更换透镜,给用户带来便利,节约了成本。
2、本发明之中的便于调焦的LED灯能够根据用户需求对面环进行更换,从而适应不同的安装环境和照明环境。
3、本发明之中所述调焦位包括安装支杆和设在所述安装支杆上的能与螺丝刀刀头配合的卡槽,安装支杆由两个弧形条交叉形成X状,卡槽位于两个弧形条交叉的中心部位,方便对调光环进行调整,从而实现LED灯光束角的调整。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图2所示,一种便于调焦的LED灯,包括反光杯1和散热器2,所述反光杯1与所述散热器2通过连接片3连接,在所述散热器2内设有空腔20,在所述空腔20内由内向外设有LED灯4、调焦透镜5、调光环6,在所述反光杯1上设有面环7,在所述散热器2的内壁上设有内螺纹21,在所述调光环6的外侧面上设有与所述内螺纹21相配合的外螺纹61,在所述调光环6上设有用于调整所述调焦透镜5与所述LED灯4之间的距离、从而实现调整LED灯光束角的调焦位62,本发明之中的便于调焦的LED灯能够根据用户需要对光束角进行调整,不用另外更换透镜,给用户带来便利,节约了成本。
如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,所述调焦位62包括安装支杆621和设在所述安装支杆621上的能与螺丝刀刀头配合的卡槽622。
如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,所述安装支杆621由两根弧形条交叉形成,所述卡槽622设在所述安装支杆621交叉的中间部位,本发明之中所述调焦位包括安装支杆和设在所述安装支杆上的能与螺丝刀刀头配合的卡槽,安装支杆由两个弧形条交叉形成X状,卡槽位于两个弧形条交叉的中心部位,方便对调光环进行调整,从而实现LED灯光束角的调整。
如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,在所述散热器2尾部设有后盖8,所述后盖8通过卡扣的方式与所述散热器2固定连接,该后盖8可以防止灰尘或者雨水进入散热器2的内部,保护电路元器件的安全。
如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,在本实施例中,在所述面环7上设有用于将LED灯进行安装固定的安装翅片9,方便LED灯的安装。
如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,在所述LED灯4连接有电源适配器10,该电源适配器10有利于稳定LED灯的供电电压,从而保证LED灯正常工作,防止电压不稳对LED灯造成的伤害。
其工作原理是这样的,本专利申请可以调节从12°到36°的光束角,优选为12°、24°、36°,本专利申请主要应用于星级酒店、博物馆等的照明,光束角可根据应用的场合和需求进行调节,工作人员通过螺丝刀顶入调焦位中的卡槽对调光环进行旋转调节,由于调光环外表面设有外螺纹,在散热器内壁设有与外螺纹对应的内螺纹,散热器固定不动,固定在散热器腔体内的LED灯固定不动,调光环在螺丝刀的带动下在散热器腔体内前后运动,调光环带动调焦透镜相对于LED灯距离变动,从而实现光束角的调整。

1.一种便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:包括反光杯(1)和散热器(2),所述反光杯(1)与所述散热器(2)通过连接片(3)连接,在所述散热器(2)内设有空腔(20),在所述空腔(20)内由内向外设有LED灯(4)、调焦透镜(5)、调光环(6),在所述反光杯(1)上设有面环(7),在所述散热器(2)的内壁上设有内螺纹(21),在所述调光环(6)的外侧面上设有与所述内螺纹(21)相配合的外螺纹(61),在所述调光环(6)上设有用于调整所述调焦透镜(5)与所述LED灯(4)之间的距离、从而实现调整LED灯光束角的调焦位(62)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:所述调焦位(62)包括安装支杆(621)和设在所述安装支杆(621)上的能与螺丝刀刀头配合的卡槽(622)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:所述安装支杆(621)由两根弧形条交叉形成,所述卡槽(622)设在所述安装支杆(621)交叉的中间部位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:在所述散热器(2)尾部设有后盖(8),所述后盖(8)通过卡扣的方式与所述散热器(2)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:在所述面环(7)上设有用于将LED灯进行安装固定的安装翅片(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便于调焦的LED灯,其特征在于:在所述LED灯(4)连接有电源适配器(10)。
