Background
At present, when waterproof construction or backfill operation is carried out on the outer wall of most engineering basements, in order to avoid the reserved holes of the outer wall from being damaged and polluted, bricks, concrete stones, hard paper blocks, foam boards, cement mortar and other materials are adopted to temporarily block the reserved holes. However, such plugging materials and plugging methods have many disadvantages, such as: the plugging is not tight, the cleaning at the later stage is troublesome, building waste can be generated, the plugging cost is more manual, the reserved sleeve and the waterproof coiled material are easily damaged, and the like. The temporary plugging construction technology does not meet the development requirement of green construction, so that the standardization, normalization and recyclable construction of the temporary plugging of the reserved hole of the outer wall of the basement are well performed, and the temporary plugging construction technology of the reserved hole of the outer wall of the basement, which meets the development requirement of the green construction, needs to be further researched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention aims to provide a temporary plugging device for a reserved hole of an outer wall of a basement in a shaping chemical tool type aiming at the defects of the prior art, which is effectively suitable for temporary plugging construction of the reserved hole of the outer wall of the basement, is convenient to disassemble and assemble, basically has no damage influence on the structure, does not influence waterproof construction or backfilling of the outer wall of the basement, and effectively avoids hole pollution and leakage;
the invention also aims to provide a method for temporarily plugging the reserved hole in the outer wall of the basement by using the plugging device.
The technical scheme is as follows: the temporary blocking device for the reserved hole in the outer wall of the basement comprises an outer end blocking component, an inner end blocking component and a plurality of connecting rods for connecting the outer end blocking component and the inner end blocking component;
the outer end plugging component comprises a plugging head with a hemispherical structure, the plugging head is positioned in the reserved hole, the diameter of the plugging head is consistent with that of the reserved hole, and the opening of the plugging head faces to the inner side end of the reserved hole; the inner wall of the plugging head is provided with a plurality of mounting platforms parallel to the axial direction of the plugging head, and the centers of the mounting platforms are provided with threaded holes;
the inner end plugging assembly comprises a circular cover plate, the diameter of the cover plate is larger than that of the reserved hole, the cover plate covers the outer side of the inner side end of the reserved hole, and through holes with the number and the positions consistent with those of the mounting table are formed in the cover plate;
the number of the connecting rods is consistent with that of the mounting tables, the length of the connecting rods is larger than that of the reserved holes, external threads are arranged at two ends of each connecting rod respectively, one end of each connecting rod is connected with the threaded hole in the blocking head, and the other end of each connecting rod penetrates through the through hole of the cover plate and is locked by the nut.
According to a further preferable technical scheme, an outer end water stop rubber ring is arranged at the opening of the blocking head, an inner end water stop rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the cover plate and is used for sealing gaps among the blocking head, the cover plate and the reserved hole respectively.
Preferably, the opening position of the sealing head is provided with an annular water stop plate concentric with the sealing head, the outer ring of the water stop plate is connected with the sealing head, the middle part of the outer end water stop rubber ring is provided with a groove, the width of the groove is slightly smaller than the thickness of the water stop plate, the outer end water stop rubber ring is sleeved on the water stop plate, and the groove is connected with the water stop plate in an interference fit manner.

Preferably, the temporary plugging device further comprises a push-pull rod, the length of which is greater than that of the reserved hole, one end of the push-pull rod is used as a push end, the cross section of the push-pull rod is a regular hexagon, the other end of the push-pull rod is provided with external threads and used as a pull end, and the diameter of the pull end is smaller than the side length of the regular hexagon of the push end; the center of the inner wall of the plugging head is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is provided with a blind hole parallel to the axial direction of the plugging head, the blind hole is divided into two sections which are communicated with each other, one section close to the inner wall of the plugging head is a threaded hole matched with the pulling end of the push-pull rod, and the other section is a regular hexagonal hole matched with the pushing end of the push-pull rod.
Preferably, the number of the mounting platforms is 3, and the circumference of the mounting platforms is uniformly distributed around the fixing block.
The method for temporarily plugging the reserved hole in the outer wall of the basement by using the temporary plugging device comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning a sleeve pipe of the reserved hole, and manufacturing a temporary plugging device;
(2) sequentially screwing each connecting rod into an installation table of the plugging head, then placing the plugging head into the reserved hole, wherein the curved surface of the plugging head faces outwards, and the connecting rods are parallel to the axis of the reserved hole;
(3) pushing a blocking head to a position close to the outer side face of the basement outer wall, then, sleeving a through hole in a cover plate in a manner of aligning with a connecting rod, blocking the cover plate on the inner side face of the reserved hole, and locking an extending end of the connecting rod by a nut to ensure that the cover plate is tightly attached to the reserved hole;
(4) when the temporary plugging device is dismantled, the nut on the connecting rod is loosened, the cover plate is taken down, the plugging head is taken out from the inner side or the outer side of the reserved hole, and all the components are recycled.
As a further limitation, the temporary plugging device further comprises a push-pull rod with the length larger than that of the reserved hole, one end of the push-pull rod is used as a push end, the cross section of the push-pull rod is a regular hexagon, the other end of the push-pull rod is provided with external threads and used as a pull end, and the diameter of the pull end is smaller than the side length of the regular hexagon of the push end; the center of the inner wall of the plugging head is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is provided with a blind hole parallel to the axial direction of the plugging head, the blind hole is divided into two sections which are communicated with each other, one section close to the inner wall of the plugging head is a threaded hole matched with the pulling end of the push-pull rod, and the other section is a regular hexagonal hole matched with the pushing end of the push-pull rod;
when the plugging head is pushed in the step (3), inserting the pushing end of the push-pull rod into the blind hole in the center of the plugging head, wherein the pushing end is matched with the regular hexagonal hole section of the blind hole, and pushing the plugging head to move in place by the push-pull rod;
and (4) when the temporary plugging device is removed in the step (4), taking down the cover plate, screwing the pulling end of the push-pull rod into the blind hole in the center of the plugging head, connecting the pulling end with the threaded hole end of the blind hole in a matched manner, and pulling out or withdrawing the plugging head from the reserved hole.
Has the beneficial effects that: (1) the temporary plugging device is simple in structure, can be effectively suitable for temporary plugging construction of reserved holes in the outer wall of a basement, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, basically has no damage influence on the structure, cannot influence waterproof construction or backfilling of the outer wall of the basement, effectively avoids hole pollution and leakage, is attractive and elegant in appearance, and accords with the standard development trend;
(2) by adopting the temporary plugging method, an effective working surface can be provided after the device is taken down, cleaning is basically not needed, labor and cost are saved, the temporary plugging method is beneficial to shortening the construction period, and the construction cost is directly and indirectly reduced; meanwhile, the temporary plugging device can be constructed in a turnover manner, and building rubbish cannot be produced and generated in the using and dismantling processes, so that the development trend of green construction is met;
(3) the temporary plugging device is simple and convenient to operate and good in plugging effect, can prevent sand, can achieve a good waterproof effect, cannot damage a reserved sleeve and a waterproof coiled material, and has good market prospect and popularization value in the field of building construction.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
The embodiment is as follows: a temporary blocking device for a reserved hole in an outer wall of a basement comprises an outer end blocking component, an inner end blocking component push-pull rod 4 and a connecting rod 3 for connecting the two components.
In this embodiment, the structure of each part is described in detail by taking as an example the case of blocking a hole reserved in a basement with a diameter of 100 mm:
the outer end plugging component comprises a plugging head 1 with a hemispherical structure, the plugging head 1 is made of stainless iron 430 materials, the diameter of the plugging head 1 is 100mm, the wall thickness is 3mm, an annular water stop plate 11 concentric with the plugging head is welded at the opening position of the plugging head 1, the width of the water stop plate 11 is 5mm, the thickness of the water stop plate is 5mm, an outer end water stop rubber ring 12 is nested on the water stop plate 11, the total thickness of the outer end water stop rubber ring 12 is 10mm, the height of the outer end water stop rubber ring is 19.5mm, a groove is formed in the middle of the outer end water stop rubber ring 12, the depth of the groove is 5mm, the width of the groove is slightly smaller than that of the concentric plate and is 4.5mm, and the groove is in interference fit connection with the water stop plate 11;
a cylindrical fixed block 13 is arranged at the center of the hemispherical surface of the plugging head 1, the total length of the fixed block 13 is 60mm, the diameter of the fixed block 13 is 40mm, a blind hole parallel to the axial direction of the plugging head is formed in the fixed block 13 and is divided into two mutually communicated sections, one section close to the inner wall of the plugging head 1 is a threaded hole matched with the pull end 41 of the push-pull rod 4, the length of the threaded hole is 20mm, the other section is a regular hexagonal hole matched with the push end 42 of the push-pull rod 4, and the length of the regular hexagonal hole is 30 mm;
three mounting tables 14 parallel to the axial direction of the plugging head are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the fixing block 13, the end parts of the mounting tables 14 are welded on the spherical surface of the plugging head 1, each mounting table 14 is a cylinder with the diameter of 15mm and the height of 30mm, and a threaded hole with the height of 20mm and the diameter of 10mm is formed in the center of the mounting table.
The inner end plugging component comprises a circular cover plate 2, the diameter of the circular cover plate is 120mm, the thickness of the circular cover plate is 3mm, three through holes 21 are formed in the cover plate 2, the positions of the through holes 21 are consistent with those of the mounting table, and the diameter of each through hole 21 is 11 mm; the surface welding of apron 2 has the embedding portion 22 of a diameter for 87mm, thick 3mm, the cylindricality of 13mm high, and inner stagnant water rubber circle 23 is established to the outside cover of embedding portion 22, and inner stagnant water rubber circle 23 is thick 5mm, highly is 10mm, and in inner stagnant water rubber circle 23 and embedding portion 22 imbed the preformed hole together, between embedding portion 22 and the inner stagnant water rubber circle 23, be interference fit between the inner stagnant water rubber circle 23 and the inner wall of preformed hole and be connected.
The quantity of connecting rod 3 is unanimous with the quantity of mount table 14, and its diameter is 10mm, length is the width +30mm of outer wall, and the both ends of connecting rod 3 set up the long screw thread section of 30mm respectively, and the one end of connecting rod 3 is connected with the screw hole on the shutoff head 1, and the other end passes the through-hole 21 of apron to by the nut locking.
The length of the push-pull rod 4 is +200mm of the width of the outer wall, one end of the push-pull rod 4 is used as a push end 42, the section of the push end is a regular hexagon with the side length of 15mm, and the length of the push end 42 is 60 mm; the other end is a pull end 41 which is a thread section with the diameter of 20mm and the local length of 40 mm.
The method for temporarily plugging the reserved hole in the outer wall of the basement by using the temporary plugging device comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning a sleeve pipe of the reserved hole, and manufacturing a temporary plugging device;
(2) sequentially screwing the three connecting rods 3 into the mounting table 14 of the plugging head 1, then placing the plugging head 1 into the reserved hole, wherein the curved surface of the plugging head 1 faces outwards, and the connecting rods 3 are parallel to the axis of the reserved hole;
(3) inserting a pushing end 42 of a push-pull rod 4 into a blind hole in the center of the blocking head, wherein the pushing end 42 is matched with a regular hexagon hole section of the blind hole, the blocking head 1 is pushed to a position 10mm close to the outer side of the basement outer wall by the push-pull rod 4, then a through hole 21 in a cover plate 2 is sleeved in the connecting rod 3 in a manner of aligning the connecting rod 3, the cover plate 2 is blocked on the inner side surface of a reserved hole, and the extending end of the connecting rod 3 is locked by a nut, so that the cover plate 2 is tightly attached to the reserved hole;
(4) when the temporary plugging device is dismantled, the nut on the connecting rod 3 is loosened, the cover plate 2 is taken down, the pulling end 41 of the push-pull rod 4 is screwed into the blind hole in the center of the plugging head 1, the pulling end 41 is connected with the threaded hole end of the blind hole in a matched mode, the plugging head 1 is pulled out of the reserved hole, if the outer side of the basement outer wall is provided with an operation surface, the plugging head 1 can be pushed out of the reserved hole, and all the components are recovered, cleaned and stored in a warehouse, so that the temporary plugging device is convenient to recycle.
