Technical Field
The invention relates to a drainer, in particular to a deodorizing drainer.
Background
A drainer is usually installed at the drain opening of the existing bathtub or sink to facilitate water storage and drainage of the bathtub or counter basin. The existing drainer generally comprises a sealing cover, a filter screen and a drain pipe, two common drainers are available, one is a pressing drainer, and people often control the opening or closing of the drainer by pressing the sealing cover, so that the water storage or drainage control of the bathtub or the counter basin is realized; the other is a turning plate type drainer, and people realize water storage or drainage control by turning the turning plate of the drainer.
On one hand, the sewage is discharged mainly under the action of gravity of water, and the draining speed is slow; on the other hand, as the sealing cover and the filter screen of the drainer are arranged above the drain pipe at the same time, the filter screen and the sealing cover are inconvenient to install and have poor deodorization effect, and the drainage speed is further affected if sundries filtered by the filter screen are not cleaned up during drainage, and the sealing cover needs to be detached firstly if the sundries are cleaned up, so that the drainer has complex operation and poor effect; furthermore, the water storage or drainage control of the drainer needs manual operation by a person, touches sewage, and is inconvenient and unhygienic to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and provides the deodorization drainer which has a simple structure, can realize water storage and drainage and can drain water rapidly, and as the drainer is not provided with a sealing cover, sundries are cleaned more conveniently and rapidly, and a filter screen is not easy to be blocked; the rubber piston is combined with the water column to isolate the sewer, so that the sealing and deodorizing effects are better.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the next deodorant drainer, its characterized in that includes: a drainer filter screen; the drainage pipe body comprises a first pipe body and a second pipe body, the first pipe body is connected with the drainer filter screen, the second pipe body is connected with the first pipe body in a penetrating way, and a water outlet of the drainage pipe body is positioned on the second pipe body; and the water discharge control device comprises a piston, a pull rod and a tractor which are connected in sequence, and the piston can reciprocate in the first pipe body.
When the drainer is in a drainage state, the tractor pulls the piston to move from the beginning end to the end of the first pipe body, and when the drainer is in a water storage state, the piston returns to the beginning end of the first pipe body by the resilience force of the piston.
As one embodiment, the first pipe body is composed of a connecting pipe and a transition pipe, the drainer filter screen is arranged at the inlet end of the connecting pipe, the outlet end of the connecting pipe is arranged at the side surface of the connecting pipe and is connected with the transition pipe, and the second pipe body is connected with the first pipe body in a penetrating way at the transition pipe; the piston can reciprocate in the transition tube. The water discharge control device is transversely arranged, when the drainer is in a drainage state, the tractor pulls the piston to move from the beginning end to the end of the transition pipe, and when the drainer is in a water storage state, the piston returns to the beginning end of the transition pipe by the resilience force of the piston.
As one implementation mode, an annular boss extending from the inner wall of the pipe to the center of the pipe is arranged in the first pipe body, and the piston is abutted against the annular boss to form a sealing valve.
As an implementation mode, the pull rod is a spring pull rod and comprises a first spring, a sleeve, a second spring and a positioning spiral cover, wherein the sleeve is sleeved outside the first spring, the second spring is sleeved outside the sleeve, and the positioning spiral cover is fixed at the tail end of the first pipe body. In this embodiment, since the positioning screw cap is fixed to and sealed with the end of the first tube, a closed space is formed in the first tube, and the first spring in the pull rod sleeve and the second spring outside the sleeve can play a role in providing the resilience of the piston.
As one embodiment, the piston comprises a piston head and a compressible piston cylinder, wherein the piston head is fixedly connected with the pull rod, and the compressible piston cylinder is sleeved on the periphery of the pull rod. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the compressible piston cylinder isolates the piston, the pull rod portion and the transition tube from each other, achieving the effect of no water intake, and the compressible piston cylinder also serves to provide the resilience of the piston.
As a preferred form, the piston is a rubber piston. This preferred approach achieves better sealing, insulation and resiliency.
As a preferable mode, the second pipe body is provided with a drainage pump. The drainage pump can further accelerate the drainage speed of the deodorization drainer.
As a preferred mode, the second pipe body is provided with a deodorizing device, and the deodorizing device comprises a deodorizing spacer, a deodorizing water tank and a water tank cover. The water body is adopted to block and isolate the sewer to achieve better deodorization effect.
Further, the water discharge control device further comprises a shell and a tractor gasket, wherein the shell is covered outside the tractor.
As one embodiment, the retractor is an electric retractor.
Compared with the prior art, the deodorization drainer has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The structure is simple, the sealing cover is omitted, the water storage and drainage efficiency of the bathtub or the washing basin is improved, the water storage and drainage state can be switched without touching sewage by hands, and the bathtub or the washing basin is convenient and sanitary;
(2) The drainer of the invention solves the problems that the filter screen is not cleaned well or the filter screen is cleaned thoroughly only by detaching the cover because the cover is not arranged, which reduces the possibility of blocking the filter screen due to sundries (hair, etc.), and is more convenient to use;
(3) The drainer provided by the invention has the advantages that the sewage is drained by virtue of the movement of the piston instead of the gravity of water, the drainage is faster, the time is saved, and if the electric type tractor is adopted as the tractor, the automatic control of water storage and drainage can be realized, and the sewage can be easily drained only by operating the electric type tractor; when the drain pipe main body is also provided with a drain pump, the drain speed is further improved;
(4) The water discharge control device and the second pipe body of the drainer are both transversely arranged, which is beneficial to forming water seal deodorization, and can achieve a certain deodorization effect even if the deodorization device is not arranged.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the deodorizing drainer of the present embodiment includes a drainer filter 1, a drain pipe main body 2, a water discharge control device 3, and a drain pump 4.
The drain pipe main body 2 is disposed below the drainer filter screen 1, and includes a first pipe body 21 and a second pipe body 22, in this embodiment, the first pipe body 21 is an elbow pipe, and is composed of a connecting pipe 211 and a transition pipe 212, an inlet end and an outlet end of the connecting pipe 211 are respectively disposed at an upper end and a side surface of the connecting pipe 211, the drainer filter screen 1 is disposed above the inlet end of the connecting pipe 211, the transition pipe 212 is a straight pipe, a start end thereof is connected with the outlet end of the connecting pipe, the second pipe body 22 is connected with the first pipe body 21 in a penetrating manner at the transition pipe, and a water outlet 23 of the drain pipe main body 2 is disposed on the second pipe body 22. In this embodiment, the transition tube 212 has an annular boss 2121 extending from the inner wall of the tube toward the center of the tube at the beginning.
The drainer filter screen 1 includes a filter screen 11, a connecting column 12 and a sealing ring 13, wherein the sealing ring 13 is arranged below the filter screen 11, and the drainer filter screen 1 is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe 211 through the connecting column 12 in a threaded manner on the inlet end of the connecting pipe 211. Specifically, in this embodiment, the nut 14 is fixed in the connecting tube 211, the external thread is provided on the connecting post 12, and the plastic sheet 15 can be further provided according to practical situations. In other embodiments, the connection of the drainer screen 1 and the connection pipe 211 may be performed by a conventional technique.
The water discharge control device 3 comprises a piston 31, a pull rod 32 and a tractor 33 which are connected in sequence, wherein the piston 31 can move in a straight line in a transition pipe 212 under the action of the tractor 33. In this embodiment, the pull rod 32 is a spring pull rod, and includes a first spring 321, a sleeve 323, a second spring 322 and a positioning screw cap 324, where the sleeve 323 is sleeved outside the first spring 321, the second spring 322 is sleeved outside the sleeve 323, one end of the first spring 321 is fixed with the positioning screw cap 324, the other end is fixed to the piston 31, the positioning screw cap 324 is fixed to the end of the transition pipe 212, and in this embodiment, the positioning screw cap 324 is in threaded connection with the transition pipe 212; the piston 31 includes a piston head 311 and a compressible piston cylinder 312, wherein the piston head 311 is fixedly connected with the pull rod 32, one end of the compressible piston cylinder 312 is connected with the piston head 311, the other end is contacted or connected with the positioning screw cap 324, and the compressible piston cylinder 312 is sleeved on the periphery of the pull rod 31. The piston 32 in this embodiment is a rubber piston. When the piston 31 is in the stroke start state, the piston 31 (specifically, the piston head 311) abuts against the annular boss 2121 to form a sealing valve. The water discharge control device 3 may further include a housing 34 and a retractor pad 35, the housing 34 being covered outside the retractor 33, the retractor pad 34 being disposed below the retractor 33.
As a preferable mode, the lower opening of the second pipe body 22 is provided with a deodorizing device 5, and the deodorizing device 5 includes a deodorizing spacer 51, a water tank cover 52, and a deodorizing water tank 53.
Further, the second pipe 22 is further provided with an overflow port 24 which can be connected with an overflow port above the bathtub or the sink, and when water is higher than the overflow port 24, water can automatically flow to the second pipe. In other embodiments, no weirs may be provided.
In this embodiment, the drain pump 4 is connected to the second pipe 22. In other embodiments, the drain pump 4 may not be provided, and the drain pump 4 may be provided to further achieve a faster drain speed.
In other embodiments, the tie rod 32 and piston 31 may also be conventional in the art. The piston in this embodiment has adopted the rubber piston, and has compressible piston cylinder, along with the change of drainer drainage and water storage state, when the piston head is reciprocating motion, because the compressibility and the elasticity of rubber, when the piston head reached the terminal point of reciprocating motion, the rebound to the starting point was relatively easy, and the rubber piston can play better sealed effect to sewage entering when avoiding the drainage. The pull rod 32 is a spring pull rod, so that the connection between the pull rod and the tractor is flexible, and the piston can play a role in buffering and protecting when moving.
The tractor of the invention can be a manual tractor, a pneumatic tractor or an electric tractor. In this embodiment, an electric retractor is selected, which may be controlled by a switch or a controller, and when the switch or the controller is operated, the retractor can supply power and cut off power, and when the retractor is in a working state, the pull rod 32 is pulled and drives the piston to do linear motion outwards, and when the retractor is cut off power, the piston returns to the starting end of the transition pipe by means of the combined rebound action of the first spring, the second spring and the compressible piston cylinder. In some embodiments, full-automatic draining and water storage can be realized, for example, a control unit is arranged in the controller, a water level sensor is arranged in the bathtub body or the wash basin body, as long as a switch is started, the control unit sends a command to enable the tractor to do linear motion towards the outer side of the transition pipe, the tractor drives the pull rod 32 and the piston 31 to move towards the tail end of the transition pipe 212, when the sewage in the bathtub body or the basin body is completely discharged, the water level sensor sends a closing command to the control unit, the tractor is powered off, and the piston returns towards the beginning end of the transition pipe 212 by the resilience force.
When the deodorizing drainer of this embodiment is used, the switch or the controller of the tractor is operated, the tractor 33 pulls the piston 31 to move towards the tail end of the transition pipe 212, so that the drainer is in a drainage state, sewage flows to the second pipe body 22 through the drainer filter screen 1, then through the connecting pipe 211 and the transition pipe 212 until the water outlet 23 is discharged, and when the piston 31 reaches the end of the stroke, the opening of the sewage passing through the transition pipe 212 is maximum; the tractor switch or the controller is operated again to power off the tractor, or the tractor is directly powered off according to the time delay of the controller, the tractor does not provide traction any more, the piston 31 returns to the stroke starting point under the action of the resilience force of the second spring 322 and the compressible piston cylinder 312, the opening degree of the sewage passing through the transition pipe 212 is gradually reduced until the sewage cannot pass through the transition pipe 212, and the sewage is in a water storage state of the drainer at the moment.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7, the deodorant drainer according to this embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in the connection position between the drain pump 4 and the second pipe 22, and the other components are the same as embodiment 1.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the deodorizing drainer of this embodiment includes a drainer screen 1, a drain pipe main body 2, a water discharge control device 3, and a drain pump 4.
The drain pipe body 2 is disposed below the drainer filter screen 1, and includes a first pipe body 21 and a second pipe body 22, in this embodiment, the first pipe body 21 is a straight pipe, the drainer filter screen 1 is disposed above the inlet end of the connecting pipe 211, the second pipe body 22 is connected with the first pipe body 21 in a penetrating manner, and the water outlet 23 of the drain pipe body 2 is located on the second pipe body 22. In this embodiment, an annular boss 2121 extending from the inner wall of the tube toward the center of the tube is provided in the first tube 21, and the piston 31 abuts against the annular boss 2121 to form a sealing valve. The piston 31 is linearly movable in the first tube 21 by the retractor 33. The rest of the structure is the same as in example 1.
This embodiment shows another implementation of the first tubular body 21, but other variants are possible in other embodiments.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but, if various modifications or variations of the present invention are not departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations as fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof.
