本发明公开了一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:抗菌材料10~25%,香料8~20%,丙烯酸乳液15~24%,甘油6~15%,色料7~11%,水性防腐剂0.3~0.5%,水性增稠剂0.1~0.3%,水性消泡剂0.4~0.8%,水性防霉剂0.4~0.6%,水性流平剂0.2~0.3%,清水余量;本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:该油墨性涂料不仅起到防腐环保作用,同时还可以将家具原材料所带异味覆盖,同时还可根据需求添加喜欢的香料气味,温馨暖家。

一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及家具用环保涂料技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料。
背景技术
目前,市场上家具,多数采用的涂料主要应用于美观防腐功效,对于环境保护,特别是室内环境对人体健康不良影响深远,而且多数家具用涂料气味过重,还有很多家具采用材料本身散发异味难以覆盖或是清除,普通涂料不仅不能覆盖家具本身难闻气味的撒发,反而增添混合气味,对环境及室内人居造成不健康影响。
故有必要提出一种既环保防腐,同时又覆盖家具本身材料异味撒发的一种油墨性涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种针对高端家具类用的既环保防腐,同时又覆盖家具本身材料异味撒发的一种油墨性涂料,已解决以上所述问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:抗菌材料10~25%,香料8~20%,丙烯酸乳液15~24%,甘油6~15%,色料7~11%,水性防腐剂0.3~0.5%,水性增稠剂0.1~0.3%,水性消泡剂0.4~0.8%,水性防霉剂0.4~0.6%,水性流平剂0.2~0.3%,清水余量。
可选的,所述香料成分包括薰衣草提取液、薄荷提取液、金银花提取液、君子兰提取液、柠檬提取液、百合提取液、香叶醇提取液、芦荟提取液、姜酮提取液中的一种或几种。
可选的,所述香料成分薰衣草提取液10~25%、薄荷提取液5~15%、金银花提取液20~30%、君子兰提取液15~30%。
可选的,所述的色料为耐晒颜料、醇溶型颜料或永固颜料。
可选的,所述杀菌材料可采用1%重量浓度的酰胺酸。
按照所述配比将将色料、抗菌材料、丙烯酸乳液、甘油放入搅拌机内,搅拌使之混合,继续在混合物中加入清水、水性防腐剂、水性增稠剂、水性流平剂、1/2水性消泡剂,混合均匀,搅拌使混合物的细度小于30μm,再依次向分散缸加入丙烯酸乳液、香料、剩余1/2水性消泡剂、清水,制得抗菌香味环保涂料。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:该油墨性涂料不仅起到防腐环保作用,同时还可以将家具原材料所带异味覆盖,同时还可根据需求添加喜欢的香料气味,温馨暖家。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例一,一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:抗菌材料23%,香料18%,丙烯酸乳液20%,甘油14%,色料9%,水性防腐剂0.5%,水性增稠剂0.3%,水性消泡剂0.6%,水性防霉剂00.6%,水性流平剂0.25%,清水余量。
实施例二,一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:抗菌材料25%,香料18%,丙烯酸乳液23%,甘油10%,色料7%,水性防腐剂0.3%,水性增稠剂0.2%,水性消泡剂0.4%,水性防霉剂0.4%,水性流平剂0.3%,清水余量。
可选的,所述香料成分包括薰衣草提取液、薄荷提取液、金银花提取液、君子兰提取液、柠檬提取液、百合提取液、香叶醇提取液、芦荟提取液、姜酮提取液中的一种或几种。
可选的,所述香料成分薰衣草提取液10~25%、薄荷提取液5~15%、金银花提取液20~30%、君子兰提取液15~30%。
可选的,所述的色料为耐晒颜料、醇溶型颜料或永固颜料。
可选的,所述杀菌材料可采用1%重量浓度的酰胺酸。

1.一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:抗菌材料10~25%,香料8~20%,丙烯酸乳液15~24%,甘油6~15%,色料7~11%,水性防腐剂0.3~0.5%,水性增稠剂0.1~0.3%,水性消泡剂0.4~0.8%,水性防霉剂0.4~0.6%,水性流平剂0.2~0.3%,清水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其特征在于:所述香料成分包括薰衣草提取液、薄荷提取液、金银花提取液、君子兰提取液、柠檬提取液、百合提取液、香叶醇提取液、芦荟提取液、姜酮提取液中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其特征在于:所述香料成分薰衣草提取液10~25%、薄荷提取液5~15%、金银花提取液20~30%、君子兰提取液15~30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其特征在于:所述的色料为耐晒颜料、醇溶型颜料或永固颜料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高端家具用环保防腐油墨涂料,其特征在于:所述杀菌材料可采用1%重量浓度的酰胺酸。
