根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种铝金属防锈处理剂,按重量份数包括,石油醚55份,橄榄油16份,四氯化钛28份,苯丙氨酸18份,丙烯基乙氧基硅烷26份,氟钛酸铵16份,硫酸钾33份,硅酸钠66份,水杨酸144份,谷氨酸221份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,并加入占总物料质量60%的水,在常温下搅拌4h,即可制得成品。
本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点,产生的残渣可以回收利用,降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按重量份数包括,石油醚55份,橄榄油16份,四氯化钛28份,苯丙氨酸18份,丙烯基乙氧基硅烷26份,氟钛酸铵16份,硫酸钾33份,硅酸钠66份,水杨酸144份,谷氨酸221份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,并加入占总物料质量60%的水,在常温下搅拌4h,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点,产生的残渣可以回收利用,降低了综合成本。
