2. The sortation conveyor of claim 1, wherein said lower level transport unit includes a long transport section and a short transport section with a point of rotation therebetween; wherein,
the discharge gate of long transportation section is used for corresponding with outer feed bin, the discharge gate of short transportation section is used for corresponding with inlayer feed bin.
3. Sorting conveyor according to claim 1, characterised in that an identification device is arranged on the upper conveyor unit, which identification device is electrically connected to the control device.

Sorting conveyor according to claim 3, characterized in that the identification means comprise: the sensor with the controlling means electricity is connected respectively with sweep a yard rifle, it establishes to sweep a yard rifle erects the top of upper transport unit, first sensor set up in the side of upper transport unit.

7. Sorting and transporting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the two outfeeds of the lower transport unit are each provided with a counter, which is electrically connected to the control device.
8. The sortation conveyor of claim 1, wherein said upper and lower conveyor units are belt-driven.
9. The sortation conveyor of claim 1, wherein a baffle assembly is disposed at the discharge outlet of said upper transport unit and at both discharge outlets of said lower transport unit.
10. A sorting system, characterized in that, it comprises a throwing device, a bin device and a sorting and transporting device according to any one of claims 1-9;
the bin device comprises a plurality of annular inner bin groups and a plurality of annular outer bin groups, wherein the inner bin groups are connected with the outer bin groups along the circumferential direction; two discharge ports of a lower-layer transportation unit of the sorting and transporting device respectively correspond to the inner-layer bin and the outer-layer bin; the throwing device is matched with the upper-layer transportation unit of the sorting transportation device, and the throwing device is electrically connected with the control device.
