Abstract
A cement mortar mixer comprising: an aggregate identification unit; a first stirring unit; a second stirring unit; a conveying unit; and the control unit is connected with the aggregate identification unit and is used for selectively outputting the materials stirred by the first stirring unit to the second stirring unit or the outside according to the identification result of the aggregate identification unit. The stirrer can automatically identify the lightweight aggregate and the sand stone aggregate, and automatically adopts different treatment processes according to the identification result, thereby improving the treatment capacity of the stirrer and the performance of products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cement mortar mixer.
Background
At present, cement mortar mixers are mainly used for mixing cement, aggregate and water, the aggregate is usually light aggregate and sand stone aggregate, the prior art adopts a single common mixer with stirring blades for treatment, and the light aggregate and the sand stone aggregate cannot be distinguished, and the light aggregate and the sand stone aggregate are not recognized to be distinguished, so that the performance and the production efficiency of a product are affected to a certain extent.
Accordingly, in order to solve the above-described disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art, it is necessary to study a cement mortar mixer.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been completed in view of at least one of the above problems, and has been found by research that lightweight aggregates such as perlite are low in strength, extremely easily broken when stirred by a blade, and the thermal insulation and fire resistance of the broken product are greatly reduced, and the amount of materials is increased, resulting in an increase in production cost. For example, the shearing action of the stirring blade can lead the crushing rate of the lightweight aggregate to be more than 38%, and the problem does not exist when the strength of the sandstone aggregate is high. Based on this research, it was found that an object of the present invention is to provide a cement mortar mixer to automatically provide different treatment modes for different aggregates to improve the performance and production efficiency of products, especially insulation products. The cement mortar mixer is characterized in that the cement mortar consists of aggregate, cement and water, and comprises:
the aggregate identifying unit is used for identifying whether the aggregate conveyed into the aggregate container is a lightweight aggregate or a sandstone aggregate;
a first stirring unit including a funnel-shaped container and a first stirrer disposed in the funnel-shaped container, the first stirrer including a central shaft and spiral blades on the central shaft;
the second stirring unit comprises a rotatable container and a motor, wherein the motor drives the rotatable container to rotate around the axis of the rotatable container so as to realize rolling stirring of materials;
a conveying unit for conveying the cement and the water to the first stirring unit and simultaneously conveying the lightweight aggregate to the second stirring unit or conveying the gravel aggregate to the first stirring unit; and
and the control unit is connected with the aggregate identification unit and is used for alternatively outputting the materials stirred by the first stirring unit to the second stirring unit or the outside according to the identification result of the aggregate identification unit.
According to another aspect of the invention, the aggregate identifying unit includes a load cell and a level sensor disposed on the aggregate container.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the aggregate identifying unit includes an image identifying unit provided on the aggregate container.
According to another aspect of the invention, the lightweight aggregate is perlite, vitrified microbead, ceramsite or polyphenyl particle.
According to another aspect of the present invention, when the identification result is the lightweight aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the second stirring unit.
According to another aspect of the present invention, when the identification result is the sand aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the outside.
According to another aspect of the invention, the first stirring unit comprises a first and a second output port, the first output port being connected to the outside, the second output port being connected to a feed mechanism of the second stirring unit, the feed mechanism comprising a refining plate and a spring and a vibrating device under the refining plate, the vibrating device comprising a rotatable large cam and a small cam.
According to another aspect of the invention, the first stirring unit further comprises a second stirrer, the first and second stirrers being mounted concentrically and counter-rotating, the second stirrer comprising a stirring arm and a blade disposed on the stirring arm proximate the inner wall of the funnel-shaped container.
According to another aspect of the invention, the second stirring unit comprises a discharge port connected to the lightweight insulation board die.
According to another aspect of the present invention, when the recognition result is the lightweight aggregate, the control unit controls the conveying unit to convey the lightweight aggregate to the second stirring unit; when the identification result is the sand aggregate, the control unit controls the conveying unit to convey the sand aggregate to the first stirring unit.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the mixer provided by the invention can automatically identify the lightweight aggregate and the sand stone aggregate, and automatically adopts different treatment processes according to the identification result, so that the treatment capacity of the mixer and the performance of products are improved, for example, for the lightweight aggregate, the first mixing unit firstly mixes cement and water through stirring by the blade, and then mixes cement paste and the lightweight aggregate through the second mixing unit, so that the time for uniformly mixing the slurry can be shortened, the crushing of the lightweight aggregate is greatly reduced, and the heat preservation and fireproof performance of the products are improved.

The present invention is described in its best mode by the following preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the detailed description herein is to be construed as limiting the invention, since various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a cement mortar mixer. Wherein, this cement mortar comprises aggregate, cement and water, and this cement mortar mixer includes:
the aggregate identifying unit is used for identifying whether the aggregate conveyed into the aggregate container is a lightweight aggregate or a sandstone aggregate;
a first stirring unit including a funnel-shaped container 4 and a first stirrer 22 provided in the funnel-shaped container 4, the first stirrer 22 including a central shaft and a spiral blade 25 located on the central shaft;
a second stirring unit comprising a rotatable container 1 and motors 9, 10, said motors 9, 10 driving said rotatable container 1 to rotate about its axis to effect tumbling stirring of the material;
a conveying unit for conveying the cement and the water to the first stirring unit and simultaneously conveying the lightweight aggregate to the second stirring unit or conveying the gravel aggregate to the first stirring unit; and
and the control unit is connected with the aggregate identification unit and is used for alternatively outputting the materials stirred by the first stirring unit to the second stirring unit or the outside according to the identification result of the aggregate identification unit.
It will be appreciated that when lightweight aggregate is identified, it is automatically conveyed to the second stirring unit and tumbled again with the cement and water stirred in the first stirring unit.
Preferably, the aggregate identification unit comprises a load cell and a level sensor arranged on the aggregate container. It will be appreciated that by having a volume of lightweight aggregate and a volume of masonry aggregate of different weights, the aggregate differences can be identified.
Preferably, the aggregate identifying unit includes an image identifying unit provided on the aggregate container. And (5) identifying the sand aggregate and the lightweight aggregate by comparing the shot image with the images stored in the database.
Preferably, the lightweight aggregate is perlite, vitrified microbead, haydite or polyphenyl particle.
Preferably, when the identification result is the lightweight aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the second stirring unit.
Preferably, when the identification result is sand aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the outside.
Preferably, the first stirring unit comprises a first and a second output port, the first output port being connected to the outside, the second output port being connected to a feeding mechanism 3 of the second stirring unit, the feeding mechanism 3 comprising a refining plate 2 and a spring 8 under the refining plate 2 and a vibrating means comprising a rotatable large cam 5 and a small cam 6.
Preferably, the first stirring unit further comprises a second stirrer, the first and second stirrers being concentrically mounted and counter-rotating, the second stirrer comprising a stirring arm 28 and a blade 29 provided on the stirring arm 28 proximate to the inner wall of the funnel-shaped container 4.
Preferably, the second stirring unit comprises a discharge port connected to the lightweight insulation board die.
Preferably, when the recognition result is the lightweight aggregate, the control unit controls the conveying unit to convey the lightweight aggregate to the second stirring unit; when the identification result is the sand aggregate, the control unit controls the conveying unit to convey the sand aggregate to the first stirring unit.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the second stirring unit comprises a self-falling type stirrer, the self-falling type stirrer is provided with a feeding mechanism 3, a refining plate 2 is arranged in the feeding mechanism 3, a spring 8 and a vibration device are arranged between the refining plate 2 and the bottom of the feeding mechanism 3, and the vibration device comprises a driving motor and a large cam 5 and a small cam 6 which are arranged on the rotating shaft of the driving motor.
Preferably, the motor 9 and the gear motor 10 are respectively arranged on two sides of the roller 1 of the self-falling type stirrer, the gear motor 10 and the power output shaft of the motor 9 are engaged with teeth on the roller 1 through gears, when materials from the first stirring unit enter the feeding mechanism 3 through the feeding hole and then fall onto the refining plate, the driving motor drives the large cam 5 and the small cam 6 to rotate, the refining plate 2 can incline towards the discharging position, meanwhile, the distance between the center of the large cam 5 and the small cam 6 and the refining plate 2 continuously changes in the rotation process, and meanwhile, the springs 8 pull the refining plate 2 to be tightly attached to the large cam 5 and the small cam 6, so that the refining plate 2 vibrates.
Preferably, when the roller 1 is started, the roller 1 is firstly driven by the gear motor to start, the torque force of the gear motor is large, the roller 1 can be easily carried up, the movement speed of the belt roller 1 reaches the movement speed of the motor 9, the gear motor is stopped, and the motor 9 is switched to be driven, so that the motor 9 can be ensured not to be burnt out due to overload.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the second agitator has scraping blades 29 adjacent the inner surface of the container 4. The opposite rotation of the first and second agitators produces a strong vortex of the agitators and is rapidly vigorous and uniform. The first stirrer 22 is driven by a driving device 27. The second stirrer is mounted concentrically with the first stirrer 22 and is driven by a drive means 24.
Preferably, the stirring arm 28 and the scraping blade 29 are plural, and the plural scraping blades 29 are located at different heights on the inner wall of the container 4 and are substantially uniformly distributed on both sides of the center line of the container 4.
Preferably, the crushing rate of the lightweight aggregate can be reduced to below 10%, so that the heat preservation and fireproof performance of the product is greatly improved, and the production efficiency is improved.

when the identification result is the lightweight aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the second stirring unit; when the identification result is sand aggregate, the control unit controls the first stirring unit to output the stirred material to the outside;
the first stirring unit comprises a first output port and a second output port, the first output port is connected to the outside, the second output port is connected with a feeding mechanism of the second stirring unit, the feeding mechanism comprises a refining plate, a spring and a vibration device, the spring and the vibration device are positioned below the refining plate, and the vibration device comprises a rotatable large cam and a rotatable small cam; the first stirring unit further comprises a second stirrer, the first stirrer and the second stirrer are concentrically arranged and rotate reversely, and the second stirrer comprises a stirring arm and a blade which is arranged on the stirring arm and is close to the inner wall of the funnel-shaped container.
