s1, after receiving first damage data of the vehicle and damage assessment videos carrying identification information of the vehicle, which are sent by the handheld terminal, sending the damage assessment videos to a background for damage assessment;
s2, after receiving second damage assessment data which are sent by the background and generated by the background damage assessment personnel based on the damage assessment video, verifying the first damage assessment data and the second damage assessment data to obtain a verification result;
s3, if the verification result is that the verification is passed, starting a claim settlement payment process of the vehicle based on the identification information of the vehicle, or if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, generating risk prompt information of the vehicle based on the identification information of the vehicle;
the first damage data includes a first damage component and a first damage amount, the first damage amount is determined by the repair shop staff according to the damage condition of the first damage component, the second damage data includes a second damage component and a second damage amount, the second damage amount is determined by the background damage staff according to the damage condition of the second damage component, and the step S2 includes:
