Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of detection of rehabilitation appliances, in particular to a device for detecting the falling fatigue of a wheelchair.
Background
The wheelchair is an important tool for rehabilitation, not only is the tool for physically disabled and mobility-handicapped people to ride instead of walk, but also is more important for the people to do physical exercises and participate in social activities by means of the wheelchair.
When in use, the wheelchair is often lifted and put into a vehicle such as an automobile. If the drop resistance of the wheelchair is poor, the wheelchair can be damaged, and even a user can be damaged. Therefore, the wheelchair needs to be subjected to drop strength detection before being shipped out of a factory so as to ensure safety.
According to the national standard GB18029.8-2008, part 8 of the wheelchair: the requirements of static strength, impact strength and fatigue strength and the related requirements of a test method are that the detection device needs to perform the following tests on the wheelchair: the wheelchair is repeatedly dropped onto a rigid horizontal test platform for 6666 times from a height of 50mm +5mm to evaluate the anti-falling performance of the wheelchair.
In order to solve the problems, a patent application document with the application number of 201310118058.1 discloses a device for testing the falling strength of a wheelchair, which comprises a testing platform, a supporting frame, a driving motor, a cam mechanism, a guide post mechanism, a driving plate, a nylon binding belt for tying the wheelchair and an infrared counter. The detection process comprises the following steps: after the wheelchair is placed on the test platform and connected with the nylon binding bands, the motor is started, and the whole device drives the wheelchair to rise and fall according to the mechanical transmission principle, so that the detection function is automatically realized.
However, this solution also has the following disadvantages:
1. in the detection process of the wheel of the wheelchair, when the wheel falls, the contact point of the wheel and the test platform is always the same, so that the detection result is limited.
2. When the guide post mechanism and the cam mechanism are disengaged, the wheelchair does not completely fall freely when falling, and therefore, the detection result has errors.
3. Adopt four nylon bandage connection wheelchair and driving plate, because there is the error when the nylon bandage is connected to the manual work, lead to the wheel of wheelchair not at same horizontal plane, the wheel can't fall to the ground simultaneously when falling, influences the testing result.
