本发明提供一种自动水阀开关装置,由浮球、摆动杆、铰链、拉线、储能弹簧、第一磁铁、水阀阀芯摆杆、水阀阀芯、第二磁铁、挡块组成,浮球表面与摆动杆相接触,拉线在摆动杆转动铰链及浮球之间与摆动杆相连接,储能弹簧与水阀阀芯摆杆相连接、水阀阀芯摆杆与第一磁铁及水阀阀芯相连接,第二磁铁固定在基座上。本发明通过储能弹簧控制水阀实现快速开关装置,无需消耗外部电源,无需使用电磁铁即可快速完成水阀的开关动作,减少了在水阀使用过程中造成的能源消耗。

现有的自动水阀大多数需要有电源供电来提供能源,而无源自动水阀的开关动作无法快速完成。
发明内容:
本发明涉及一种自动水阀开关装置,主要解决现有的技术中存在着的无源自动水阀的开关动作无法快速完成的问题。本发明提供的技术方案是:一种自动水阀开关装置,由浮球、摆动杆、铰链、拉线、储能弹簧、第一磁铁、水阀阀芯摆杆、水阀阀芯、第二磁铁、挡块组成,浮球表面与摆动杆相接触,拉线在摆动杆转动铰链及浮球之间与摆动杆相连接,储能弹簧与水阀阀芯摆杆相连接、水阀阀芯摆杆与第一磁铁及水阀阀芯相连接,第二磁铁固定在基座上。
本发明通过储能弹簧控制水阀实现快速开关装置,无需消耗外部电源,无需使用电磁铁即可快速完成水阀的开关动作,减少了在水阀使用过程中造成的能源消耗。

一种自动水阀开关装置由浮球(1)、摆动杆(2)、铰链(3)、拉线(4)、储能弹簧(5)、第一磁铁(6)、水阀阀芯摆杆(8)、水阀阀芯(9)、第二磁铁(7)组成、挡块(10)组成。浮球(1)表面与摆动杆(2)相接触,拉线(4) 在摆动杆转动铰链(3)及浮球(1)之间与摆动杆(2)相连接,储能弹簧(5)与水阀阀芯摆杆(8)相连接、水阀阀芯摆杆(8)与第一磁铁(6)及水阀阀芯(9)相连接,第二磁铁(7)固定在基座上。一种自动水阀开关装置的工作原理是:自动水阀开关装置的浮球(1)随蓄水装置的水位上升而升高,与其连接的摆动杆(2)通过拉线(4)拉伸储能弹簧(5),储能弹簧(5)的张力逐渐增加,当水位达到设定高度时,储能弹簧(5)的张力大于第一磁铁(6)第二磁铁(7)之间的吸力,储能弹簧(5)的弹簧势能瞬间释放,使储能弹簧(5)快速回缩,拉动水阀阀芯摆杆(8)快速转动,水阀阀芯(9)在水阀阀芯摆杆(8)的带动下迅速打开。挡块(10)可调整水阀开启的大小,当蓄水装置的水位低到所设定的最低值时,储能弹簧(5)的张力小于两块磁铁之间的吸力,水阀阀芯摆杆(8)被两块磁铁之间的吸力快速下拉,水阀关闭。
