The main drain pipe 51, the main drain pipe 52, and the sub drain pipe 53 may be connected through a third three-way valve 63.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the sub drain pipe 53 may include a sub drain main 531, a first sub drain pipe 532, and a second sub drain pipe 533. The sub drain main 531, the main drain pipe 52 and the main drain pipe 51 are connected through a first three-way valve 61. Wherein the first sub drain 532 may be connected to the hand tub 32 and the second sub drain 533 may be connected to the sub wash tank 33. The first sub drain pipe 532 and the second sub drain pipe 533 are connected to the sub drain header 531, respectively.
That is, one end of the main drain pipe 51 may communicate with the water supply device 200, and one end of the main drain pipe 52 may communicate with the inside of the main wash tub 20. The sub drain pipe 53 includes a sub drain main 531, a first sub drain pipe 532, one end of which communicates with the washing chamber 301 of the hand tub 32, and a second sub drain pipe 533, one end of which communicates with the inside of the sub wash tub 33. Wherein the other end of the main drain pipe 51, the other end of the main drain pipe 52, and one end of the sub drain manifold 531 are connected by a third three-way valve 63. The other ends of the first and second sub drain pipes 532 and 533 are connected to the other ends of the sub drain header 531, respectively.
Thus, the water in the main wash tub 20 can flow out through the main drain pipe 52, the water in the hand tub 32 can flow into the sub drain main 531 through the first sub drain pipe 532, and the water in the sub wash tub 33 can flow into the sub drain main 531 through the second sub drain pipe 533. The water in the main drain pipe 52 and the water collected in the sub drain header 531 are merged at the third three-way valve 63, and flow together into the main drain pipe 51 to be discharged.
The drainage structure can realize the confluence of multiple water flows, so that the washing machine 100 can drain water by using only one main drain pipe 51, the drainage waterway structure is simpler and more compact, the pipeline utilization rate is high, the structure is simpler, ground drain holes are not required to be additionally increased, parts are fewer, the additional use cost is not required to be increased, the main washing cylinder 20, the auxiliary washing cylinder 33 and the hand basin 32 can drain water independently, and the water can be drained simultaneously, so that the drainage effect is good.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a drain hole 325 is provided in the bottom wall of the hand basin 32. Thus, the water in the hand basin 32 can be discharged through the drain hole 325, and the water can be discharged more smoothly. Further, the sidewall of the hand basin 32 may be further provided with a first overflow hole 321, and the first overflow hole 321 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the hand basin 32 by a certain distance. When the water level in the hand basin 32 exceeds a certain height, water in the hand basin 32 can flow out from the first overflow holes 321, so that the overflow phenomenon of the hand basin 32 in the water inlet process and the hand washing process is effectively ensured.
The first sub drain pipe 532 may include a drain pipe 5321 and an overflow pipe 5322, the drain pipe 5321 may be in communication with the drain hole 325, the overflow pipe 5322 may be in communication with the first overflow hole 321, and the drain pipe 5321, the overflow pipe 5322, the second sub drain pipe 533 and the sub drain header 531 may be connected through the four-way valve 64. Thus, the water in the basin 32 can flow into the drain pipe 5321 through the drain hole 325 and into the sub-drain header 531 through the drain pipe 5321 and the four-way valve 64, while the surplus water in the basin 32 can flow into the overflow pipe 5322 through the first overflow hole 321 and into the main drain pipe 51 through the first overflow pipe 5322 and the four-way valve 64, so that the water can be smoothly drained and the water draining effect is good.
In order to facilitate water intake of the hand basin 32, optionally, a water outlet 303 may be provided on the top cover body 31, the water outlet 303 is communicated with the first sub water inlet pipe 432, and a water outlet tap adapted to add water to the washing chamber 301 may be provided at the water outlet 303. Thus, water can flow from the water outlet faucet into the hand basin 32, thereby having a washing effect on clothes and a good water outlet effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a second overflow hole may be provided on a sidewall of the sub washing tub 331, the second overflow hole being in communication with the washing chamber 301. Thereby, the water in the sub washing tub 33 may flow into the washing chamber 301 through the second overflow hole. Thus, the overflow in the auxiliary washing drum 33 can be ensured, and the use is safer. Wherein the second overflow hole may communicate with the washing chamber 301 through a hose. Specifically, a through hole 322 may be provided on a sidewall of the hand tub 32, one end of the hose may be provided in the through hole 322, and the other end of the hose may be provided in the second overflow hole.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom wall of the basin 32 may be provided with an inclined surface 323, and the inclined surface 323 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. The inclined surface 323 can be used as a washboard, so that a user can more conveniently perform hand washing operation, and the hand washing effect is ensured. Further, the inclined surface 323 may be further provided with a plurality of rubbing ribs 324 or rubbing grooves. That is, a plurality of upwardly convex washing ribs 324 or downwardly concave washing grooves may be provided on the inclined surface 323. Thus, the effect of washing the laundry by hand can be improved. For example, in the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of rubbing ribs 324 are provided on the inclined surface 323, and the plurality of rubbing ribs 324 are disposed in parallel and protrude upward. Thereby increasing friction with clothes and improving hand washing effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cap assembly 20 may further include an ultrasonic generator 34, the cap body 31 being provided with an ultrasonic chamber 302, the ultrasonic generator 34 being detachably disposed in the ultrasonic chamber 302. That is, the ultrasonic generator 34 may be placed in the ultrasonic chamber 302 or may be removed from the ultrasonic chamber 302. Thus, when the laundry is subjected to the hand washing operation, the laundry can be further subjected to ultrasonic cleaning by using the ultrasonic generator 34, so that the local stain treatment of the laundry can be realized, and the cleaning effect can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top cover body 31 is provided with a groove, and the top cover assembly 20 may further include a cover plate 36, where the cover plate 36 is connected to the top cover body 31 and is located at the groove, and the cover plate 36 and the groove form an ultrasonic chamber 302 for accommodating the ultrasonic generator 34. The cover plate 36 is movable with respect to the cap body 31 so that the ultrasonic chamber 302 can be opened and closed. This protects the ultrasonic generator 34 from accidental damage to the ultrasonic generator 34.
Alternatively, the cap assembly 20 may further include a decorative panel 35, the decorative panel 35 being detachably provided on the front side of the cap body 31. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the front surface of the case 10 is protruded forward beyond the front side of the top cover body 31, and the decorative panel 35 is detachably provided on the front side of the top cover body 31, while the decorative panel 35 is detachably engaged with the case 10 so that the front side of the decorative panel 35 smoothly transitions with the front surface of the case 10. Therefore, the decorative panel 35 not only has a good decorative effect, but also can be perfectly matched with the appearance of various types of machines, does not influence the appearance of the whole machine, and has strong interchangeability and high standardization degree.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one specific example of the present invention, a washing machine 100 includes a cabinet 10, a main wash tub 20, a top cover assembly 20, a control system, and the like. The housing 10 defines a receiving chamber therein, and the main wash tub 20 is disposed in the receiving chamber so as to extend in a horizontal direction. The top cover assembly 20 is provided at the upper end of the case 10, and the top cover assembly 20 includes a top cover body 31, a hand tub 32, a sub-washing tub 33, an ultrasonic generator 34, and the like. The auxiliary washing drum 33 is extended in a vertical direction, and the auxiliary washing drum 33 includes an auxiliary washing inner drum 332 and an auxiliary washing outer drum 331, and the auxiliary washing outer drum 331, the hand tub 32, and the top cover body 31 are integrally formed.
The wash chamber 301 is defined in the hand basin 32, an inclined surface 323 inclined with respect to the horizontal plane is provided on the bottom wall of the hand basin 32, and a plurality of scrubbing ribs 324 arranged in parallel are provided on the inclined surface 323. The top cover body 31 is provided with an ultrasonic chamber 302, and the ultrasonic generator 34 is provided in the ultrasonic chamber 302 so as to be capable of being put in and taken out.
The washing machine 100 integrates a hand basin 32, a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine and an ultrasonic generator 34, and can perform classified washing on clothes in various washing modes, thereby providing a perfect clothes pretreatment and clothes washing solution for users. The washing machine 100 is a compound washing machine, has low overall cost, is a practical and low-cost product, is more easily accepted by wide consumers, and is easy to operate.
The use of the washing machine 100 is briefly described below.
When laundry is washed using the main washing unit of the washing machine 100, firstly, laundry is placed in the main washing tub 20 and the cabinet door is closed, and simultaneously the main water inlet pipe 41 is connected with the water supply device 200, and then an operation command such as a start-up operation is issued to the washing machine 100 through the main operation display panel 71 of the main control system, the washing machine 100 starts to operate, water in the water supply device 200 flows into the main washing tub 20 through the main water inlet pipe 41, the first three-way valve 61 and the main water inlet pipe 42 in sequence, and after water injection is completed, washing and the like starts. When the main wash tub 20 performs a dehydrating operation, water in the main wash tub 20 automatically passes through the main drain pipe 52, the third three-way valve 63, and the main drain pipe 51 in order, to drain the washing machine 100.
When the auxiliary washing unit of the washing machine 100 is used for the machine washing operation, firstly, the laundry is placed in the auxiliary washing tub 33 and the tub cover is closed, and simultaneously the main water inlet pipe 41 is connected with the water supply device 200, and then the washing machine 100 can start the water injection operation by corresponding buttons or knobs on the auxiliary operation display panel 72 of the auxiliary control system, and water in the water supply device 200 can flow into the auxiliary washing tub 33 through the main water inlet pipe 41, the first three-way valve 61, the auxiliary water inlet manifold 431, the second three-way valve 62 and the second sub water inlet pipe 432 in sequence, so that water is smoothly introduced. When the auxiliary washing drum 32 is dehydrated, the water in the auxiliary washing drum 32 can be automatically and sequentially discharged through the second sub-drain pipe 533, the four-way valve 64, the auxiliary drain manifold 531, the third three-way valve 63 and the main drain pipe 51, and the water discharge is convenient and smooth.
When the hand washing operation is performed using the hand washing unit of the washing machine 100, after the total water inlet pipe 41 is connected with the water supply device 200, the washing machine 100 may start the water injection operation by corresponding buttons or knobs on the secondary operation display panel 72 of the secondary control system, and water in the water supply device 200 may flow into the hand washing tub 32 through the total water inlet pipe 41, the first three-way valve 61, the secondary water inlet manifold 431, the second three-way valve 62 and the first sub water inlet pipe 432 in sequence, with smooth water inflow.
When one hand washing is completed, the auxiliary operation display panel 72 may be operated again, and water in the hand washing tub 32 may be discharged through the drain hole 325, the drain pipe 5321, the four-way valve 64, the auxiliary drain main 531, the third three-way valve 63 and the main drain pipe 51 in this order, so that the water discharge is convenient and smooth. When the water in the hand basin 32 exceeds the level of the first overflow hole 321, the water in the hand basin 32 can be sequentially discharged through the first overflow hole 321, the overflow pipe 5322, the four-way valve 64, the auxiliary water discharging main 531, the third three-way valve 61 and the main water discharging pipe 51, so that the water level in the hand basin 32 is prevented from being excessively high, and overflow occurs.
Other constructions and operations of the washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature "up" or "down" a second feature may be the first and second features in direct contact, or the first and second features in indirect contact via an intervening medium.

The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.

Claims (11)

1. A washing machine, comprising:
the box body is internally provided with a containing cavity;
the main washing cylinder is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the control system is connected with the main washing cylinder to control the main washing cylinder to work;
the top cover assembly is arranged at the upper end of the box body and comprises a top cover body and a hand basin, and the hand basin is arranged on the top cover body;
a washing cavity is defined in the hand basin;
the auxiliary washing cylinder is arranged on the top cover body and connected with the control system, and comprises an auxiliary washing outer cylinder and an auxiliary washing inner cylinder, wherein the auxiliary washing outer cylinder is arranged on the top cover body, and the auxiliary washing inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the auxiliary washing outer cylinder; the side wall of the auxiliary washing outer barrel is provided with a second overflow hole which is communicated with the washing cavity;
the control system comprises a main control system and an auxiliary control system, wherein the main control system is connected with the main washing cylinder, and the auxiliary control system is connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder and the hand basin;
the main control system comprises a main water inlet pipe connected with the main washing cylinder, the auxiliary control system comprises an auxiliary water inlet pipe connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder and the hand basin, and the main water inlet pipe, the main water inlet pipe and the auxiliary water inlet pipe are connected through a first three-way valve;
the auxiliary water inlet pipe comprises: the auxiliary water inlet main pipe, the main water inlet pipe and the main water inlet pipe are connected through the first three-way valve; the first sub-water inlet pipe is connected with the hand basin; the second sub water inlet pipe is connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder, and the first sub water inlet pipe, the second sub water inlet pipe and the auxiliary water inlet manifold are connected through a second three-way valve.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the main control system comprises a main drain pipe connected with the main washing cylinder, the auxiliary control system comprises an auxiliary drain pipe connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder and the hand basin, and the main drain pipe, the main drain pipe and the auxiliary drain pipe are connected through a third three-way valve.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sub drain pipe includes:
the auxiliary drain main pipe, the main drain pipe and the main drain pipe are connected through the third three-way valve;
the first sub-drain pipe is connected with the hand basin;
the second sub-drain pipe is connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder, and the first sub-drain pipe and the second sub-drain pipe are respectively connected with the auxiliary drain header pipe.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first sub-drain pipe comprises:
a water drain pipe, wherein a water drain hole is formed in the bottom wall of the hand basin, and the water drain pipe is communicated with the water drain hole;
the overflow pipe, be equipped with first overflow hole on the lateral wall of hand basin, the overflow pipe with first overflow hole intercommunication, downcomer, overflow pipe, second sub-drain pipe with vice drainage house steward passes through the cross valve and links to each other.
5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the hand basin is provided with an inclined surface inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, and the inclined surface is provided with a plurality of washing ribs or washing grooves.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hand tub, the auxiliary washing tub and the top cover body are integrally formed.
7. The washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the top cover assembly further comprises: the ultrasonic generator is arranged on the top cover body, and the ultrasonic generator is detachably arranged in the ultrasonic cavity.
8. The washing machine of claim 1, wherein the top cover body is provided with a water outlet through which the first sub water inlet pipe is communicated, and a water outlet tap suitable for adding water to the washing cavity is arranged at the water outlet.
9. A washing machine, comprising:
the box body is internally provided with a containing cavity;
the main washing cylinder is arranged in the accommodating cavity in a manner of extending along the horizontal direction;
the top cover body is arranged at the upper end of the box body;
the hand basin is arranged on the top cover body, and a washing cavity is defined in the hand basin;
the auxiliary washing cylinder is arranged on at least a part of the area of the top cover body, extends along the vertical direction and comprises an auxiliary washing outer cylinder and an auxiliary washing inner cylinder, and the auxiliary washing outer cylinder, the hand basin and the top cover body are integrally formed; the auxiliary washing inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the auxiliary washing outer cylinder; the side wall of the auxiliary washing outer barrel is provided with a second overflow hole which is communicated with the washing cavity;
the control system comprises a main control system and a secondary control system, the main control system is connected with the main washing cylinder, and the secondary control system is at least connected with the secondary washing cylinder;
the main control system comprises a main water inlet pipe connected with the main washing cylinder, the auxiliary control system comprises an auxiliary water inlet pipe connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder and the hand basin, and the main water inlet pipe, the main water inlet pipe and the auxiliary water inlet pipe are connected through a first three-way valve; the auxiliary water inlet pipe comprises: the auxiliary water inlet main pipe, the main water inlet pipe and the main water inlet pipe are connected through the first three-way valve; the first sub-water inlet pipe is connected with the hand basin; the second sub water inlet pipe is connected with the auxiliary washing cylinder, and the first sub water inlet pipe, the second sub water inlet pipe and the auxiliary water inlet manifold are connected through a second three-way valve.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, further comprising an ultrasonic generator detachably provided to the top cover body.
11. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the bottom wall of the hand basin is provided with an inclined surface inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, and the inclined surface is provided with a plurality of washing ribs or washing grooves.
