The arrangement of the dustproof sheet 6 and the chute seat 10 enables dust to be blocked outside the through hole 3b, and prevents the dust from falling into the through hole of the slide bar sleeve 4 and between the slide bar sleeve 4 and the slide bar seat 3 from the upper end opening of the through hole 3b, so that the slide bar 5 can be ensured to slide smoothly in the slide bar sleeve 4, and meanwhile, the slide bar sleeve 4 can be ensured to rotate smoothly in the slide bar seat 3, and the smooth movement of the curved needle 8 is ensured. Meanwhile, the dustproof sheet 6 and the chute seat 10 can prevent the lubricating oil in the sliding rod seat 3 from leaking to the curved needle 8 from the upper port of the through hole 3b, and particularly can prevent the lubricating oil from being thrown out by the sliding rod 5, so that the lubricating oil is prevented from polluting sewing materials and sewing threads. Under the action of gravity, one part of lubricating oil blocked by the dustproof sheet 6 flows back to an oil storage cavity 3d between the sliding rod sleeve 4 and the sliding rod seat 3 and an upper port of a through hole of the sliding rod sleeve 4, and in the process that the sliding rod 5 slides and the sliding rod sleeve 4 rotates, the lubricating oil enters between the sliding rod 5 and the sliding rod sleeve 4 and between the sliding rod sleeve 4 and the sliding rod seat 3, so that the sliding rod 5 slides more smoothly in the sliding rod sleeve 4 and the sliding rod sleeve 4 rotates more smoothly in the sliding rod seat 3, and the smooth movement of the curved needle 8 is ensured. The other part of the lubricating oil blocked by the dust-proof sheet 6 flows to the hole two 10e on the right side of the chute 3c and finally returns to the oil pan.
