Abstract

The present invention relates to an anti-oil and dust-proof structure of a sewing machine, including a fixed bearing, a hook shaft guide, a hook shaft, a seal and a pin. Oil Leakage and Dustproof Structure of Sewing Machine

The present invention relates to the technology of a sewing machine, in particular to an oil-leakage and dust-proof structure of the sewing machine.

In the sewing process of the existing cocker sewing machines, most of them need to pump lubricating oil through the pump, and lubricate the transmission mechanism inside the sewing machine through the preset pipeline or channel. When the lubricating oil touches the parts that operate at a very high speed, splashing oil will be generated. After the oil sticks to the sewn object, various processes such as stain removal, drying, and leveling must be performed on the sewn object again.

Therefore, how to avoid the chance of oil stains sticking to the sewn object during the sewing operation of the sewing machine, thereby greatly omitting the aforementioned steps of stain removal, drying, and leveling; in addition, the sewing machine will inevitably produce lint during the sewing operation.

In view of this, the author of the present invention, aiming at the above-mentioned prior art, devoted himself to the research and cooperated with the application of theories, and tried his best to solve the above-mentioned problems, which became the goal of the author's improvement.

One purpose of the present invention is to provide an oil-leakage and dust-proof structure of a sewing machine. When the hook shaft reciprocates relative to the hook shaft guide, not only the lubricating oil is not easy to be thrown out and contaminate the sewing product, but also it can effectively prevent cotton dust from being stuck inside the mechanism, thereby achieving a dust-proof effect.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides an oil-leakage and dust-proof structure of a sewing machine, which includes a fixed bearing, a hook shaft guide, a hook shaft, a seal and a plurality of pins. The fixed base is provided with a through hole and an upper opening and a lower opening communicating with the through hole. The detailed description and technical content of the new model are described below with the accompanying drawings, but the attached drawings are only for reference and illustration, and are not used to limit the new model.

Please refer to Figs. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an oil-leakage and dust-proof structure for a sewing machine.

The fixed bearing 10 is roughly a rectangular block, and a circular through hole 11 is provided on one side thereof, and an upper opening 12 and a lower opening 13 communicating with the through hole 11 are respectively provided above and below the through hole 11 . In addition, two bar-shaped grooves 14 are respectively opened in the middle and the other side of the fixed seat 10 .

The crochet shaft guide 20 is a cylinder, which is rotatably accommodated in the aforementioned through hole 11. A perforation 21 is provided in the radial direction of the crochet shaft guide 20. The two ends of the perforation 21 correspond to the aforementioned upper opening 12 and lower opening 13 respectively. On the upper end of the through hole 21 of the crochet shaft guide 20 is provided a receptacle 22 , which is an open circular receptacle, and it is arranged at the same center as the perforation 21 . In addition, a plurality of sockets 23 communicating with the container 22 are provided at the position of the crochet shaft guide 20 adjacent to the container 22 , and the number of sockets 23 in this embodiment is two.

In one embodiment, a slot 24 is opened at the axial center of the hook shaft guide 20 to communicate with the above-mentioned through hole 21, and an oil outlet 25 is opened at another radial position of the hook shaft guide 20. The oil outlet 25 communicates with the slot 24, wherein the slot 24 is used for temporarily retaining the lubricating oil supplied to the hook shaft guide 20, so as to play a role in compensating for changes in the supply amount.

The hook shaft 30 has a U-shaped seat portion 31 and a shaft portion 32 extending from the closed end of the seat portion 31. The free end of the shaft portion 32 is used to provide a hook A (as shown in FIG. 5 ) for installation.

The sealing member 40 is arranged in the aforementioned container groove 22 and is sleeved on the outer periphery of the shaft portion 32 of the hook shaft 30. The sealing member 40 mainly includes a sealing body 41 and an elastic body 42. The shape of the sealing body 41 matches the shape of the container container 22. It is fixed in the container container 22 and has an annular lip 411. A groove 412 is arranged on the outer periphery of the annular lip 411. The elastic body 42 is accommodated in the groove 412 and sleeved. The annular lip 411 , the shaft portion 32 of the hook shaft 30 passes through the annular lip 411 .

In one embodiment, the sealing body 41 is a component made of Teflon (PTFE), especially carbon fiber Teflon, which not only has a coefficient of friction≦0.1, but also has self-lubricating properties, and does not need to add lubricant during use. Among them, the annular lip 411 has the function of scraping off the excess lubricating oil attached to the outer peripheral surface of the hook shaft 30 to prevent it from leaking to the outside. Since the lubricant is semi-solid at room temperature, it can reduce its leakage to the outside and scattering to the surroundings, and will not cause problems such as contamination of sewing products and deterioration of the working environment.

Each pin 50 is respectively corresponding to each of the above-mentioned insertion holes 23 to insert and stop the seal 40 so as to fix the seal 40 .

5 and 6, the novel oil-leakage and dust-proof structure 1 of the present invention can be applied to a cocker sewing machine 8, but it is not limited thereto. The cocker sewing machine 8 mainly includes a body 81 and a transmission mechanism 83 mounted on the body 81, wherein the fixed bearing 10 is locked on the body 81 through bolts and other screw elements, and the hook shaft 30 is connected to the transmission mechanism 83 through a pivot.

When in use, a motor (not shown) is used to drive the transmission mechanism 83. The shaft portion 32 of the hook shaft 30 reciprocates up and down in the through hole 21 of the hook shaft guide 20, and simultaneously drives the hook shaft guide 20 to reciprocate in the through hole 11 of the fixed bearing 10. When the hook shaft 30 enters and exits the aforementioned through hole 21, there will be lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil will be scraped off by the annular lip 411. In addition, the through groove 24, the oil outlet hole 25 and the through hole 21 are connected to each other so that a part of the lubricating oil carried by the hook shaft 30 will flow out from the through groove 24 through the oil outlet hole 25 for lubrication when the hook shaft guide 20 rotates.

An oil-leakage and dust-proof structure of a sewing machine, comprising: A fixed seat is provided with a through hole and an upper opening and a lower opening communicating with the through hole; A crochet shaft guide is provided with a perforation through its center, the crochet shaft guide is rotatably accommodated in the through hole, the two ends of the perforation are respectively arranged corresponding to the upper opening and the lower opening, a container is provided at one end of the perforation of the crochet shaft guide, and a plurality of sockets communicating with the container are provided on the crochet shaft guide; a crochet shaft passing through the lower opening, the through hole and the upper opening in sequence; a sealing member is arranged in the container and sleeved on the hook shaft; and A plurality of pins are respectively corresponding to each of the jacks to be plugged into and stop the sealing member.
