Abstract

本发明公开了一种化工专用电解箱,包括箱体,箱体为长方体结构,箱体上端为开口状,箱体内腔底部设有横向散热槽和纵向散热槽,横向散热槽和纵向散热槽垂直设置,箱体底部设有散热底座,散热底座内腔设有散热管,散热管一端设有冷却液入口,另一端设有冷却液出口,箱体的侧壁上还涂覆一层保温涂层,本发明结构简单,制作成本低,能够有效的平衡电解箱内的温度,提高电解效率,同时能够防止电解箱冷热不均造成开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种化工专用电解箱。
背景技术
电解工艺中会产生大量的热量并产生阳极泥,阳极泥淤积在电解槽的底面阻碍电解液的流通,导致电解效率降低及散热效果变差;现有技术中采用冷却装置对电解液进行冷却来达到降温的目的,而一旦冷却过快,会导致电解反应冷热不均匀,影响电解效果,而且容易造成箱体开裂。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种化工专用电解箱。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种化工专用电解箱,包括箱体,所述箱体为长方体结构,所述箱体上端为开口状,所述箱体内腔底部设有横向散热槽和纵向散热槽,所述横向散热槽和纵向散热槽垂直设置,所述箱体底部设有散热底座,所述散热底座内腔设有散热管,所述散热管一端设有冷却液入口,另一端设有冷却液出口,所述箱体的侧壁上还涂覆一层保温涂层;
所述散热管呈蛇形结构,所述散热管的外壁上设有散热片,所述散热片呈螺旋状缠绕在散热管的外圆周上;
所述散热管的内壁设置有散热翅片,所述散热翅片采用垂直投影为等腰梯形的四棱锥状结构,所述散热翅片的扭曲度为 30-60°。
优选的,所述箱体底部还设有滤网,所述滤网设置在散热槽上方,所述滤网采用碳纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述保温涂层组份按重量份数包括聚合物粘结剂10-20份,片层结构的云母粉5-15份,空心玻璃微珠5-10份,石墨粉10-20份,高岭土10-20份,木质纤维3-8份,硅藻土4-12份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩5-12份,无机纳米二氧化钛4-16份,苯丙乳液20-30份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂10-25份。
优选的,所述保温涂层优选的成分配比为:聚合物粘结剂15份,片层结构的云母粉10份,空心玻璃微珠8份,石墨粉15份,高岭土15份,木质纤维5份,硅藻土8份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩9份,无机纳米二氧化钛10份,苯丙乳液25份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂18份。
优选的,所述横向散热槽和纵向散热槽均采用贝纳德型散热槽。
优选的,所述箱体的长度为80cm-120cm,宽度为50cm-60cm,高度为50cm-70cm。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构简单,制作成本低,在箱体底部设置散热机构,在箱体侧面涂覆保温层,能够有效的平衡电解箱内的温度,提高电解效率,同时能够防止电解箱冷热不均造成开裂。
(2)本发明中,散热管呈蛇形结构,散热管的外壁上设有散热片,散热片呈螺旋状缠绕在散热管的外圆周上,采用此结构,能够增大散热面积,且散热速度快,有效的降低箱体内部温度。
(3)本发明中,在散热管的内壁设置散热翅片,能够进一步提高散热效果。
(4)本发明中,箱体外壁涂覆的保温层环保性能好,粘接强度高,能够耐酸、耐碱,保温的同时有效的保护的箱体。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种化工专用电解箱,包括箱体1,所述箱体1为长方体结构,箱体1的长度为80cm-120cm,宽度为50cm-60cm,高度为50cm-70cm;所述箱体1上端为开口状,所述箱体1内腔底部设有横向散热槽2和纵向散热槽3,所述横向散热槽2和纵向散热槽3垂直设置,横向散热槽2和纵向散热槽3均采用贝纳德型散热槽;所述箱体1底部设有散热底座4,所述散热底座4内腔设有散热管5,所述散热管5一端设有冷却液入口6,另一端设有冷却液出口7,所述箱体1的侧壁上还涂覆一层保温涂层8;
所述散热管5呈蛇形结构,所述散热管5的外壁上设有散热片9,所述散热片9呈螺旋状缠绕在散热管5的外圆周上;采用此结构,能够增大散热面积,且散热速度快,有效的降低箱体内部温度。
所述散热管5的内壁设置有散热翅片10,所述散热翅片10采用垂直投影为等腰梯形的四棱锥状结构,所述散热翅片10的扭曲度为 30-60°。本发明中,在散热管的内壁设置散热翅片,能够进一步提高散热效果。
实施例一:
本发明中,保温涂层8组份按重量份数包括聚合物粘结剂10份,片层结构的云母粉5份,空心玻璃微珠5份,石墨粉10份,高岭土10份,木质纤维3份,硅藻土4份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩5份,无机纳米二氧化钛4份,苯丙乳液20份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂10份。
实施例二:
保温涂层8组份按重量份数包括聚合物粘结剂20份,片层结构的云母粉15份,空心玻璃微珠10份,石墨粉20份,高岭土20份,木质纤维8份,硅藻土12份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩12份,无机纳米二氧化钛16份,苯丙乳液30份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂25份。
实施例三:
保温涂层8组份按重量份数包括聚合物粘结剂15份,片层结构的云母粉10份,空心玻璃微珠8份,石墨粉15份,高岭土15份,木质纤维5份,硅藻土8份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩9份,无机纳米二氧化钛10份,苯丙乳液25份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂18份。
本发明中,箱体外壁涂覆的保温层环保性能好,粘接强度高,能够耐酸、耐碱,保温的同时有效的保护的箱体。
此外,本发明中,箱体1底部还设有滤网11,所述滤网11设置在散热槽上方,所述滤网11采用碳纤维材料制成。设置的滤网能够有效的过滤反应产物,防止反应产物堵住散热槽,影响其散热性能。
本发明结构简单,制作成本低,在箱体底部设置散热机构,在箱体侧面涂覆保温层,能够有效的平衡电解箱内的温度,提高电解效率,同时能够防止电解箱冷热不均造成开裂。

1.一种化工专用电解箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)为长方体结构,所述箱体(1)上端为开口状,所述箱体(1)内腔底部设有横向散热槽(2)和纵向散热槽(3),所述横向散热槽(2)和纵向散热槽(3)垂直设置,所述箱体(1)底部设有散热底座(4),所述散热底座(4)内腔设有散热管(5),所述散热管(5)一端设有冷却液入口(6),另一端设有冷却液出口(7),所述箱体(1)的侧壁上还涂覆一层保温涂层(8);
所述散热管(5)呈蛇形结构,所述散热管(5)的外壁上设有散热片(9),所述散热片(9)呈螺旋状缠绕在散热管(5)的外圆周上;
所述散热管(5)的内壁设置有散热翅片(10),所述散热翅片(10)采用垂直投影为等腰梯形的四棱锥状结构,所述散热翅片(10)的扭曲度为 30-60°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工专用电解箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部还设有滤网(11),所述滤网(11)设置在散热槽上方,所述滤网(11)采用碳纤维材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工专用电解箱,其特征在于:所述保温涂层(8)组份按重量份数包括聚合物粘结剂10-20份,片层结构的云母粉5-15份,空心玻璃微珠5-10份,石墨粉10-20份,高岭土10-20份,木质纤维3-8份,硅藻土4-12份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩5-12份,无机纳米二氧化钛4-16份,苯丙乳液20-30份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂10-25份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种化工专用电解箱,其特征在于:所述保温涂层(8)优选的成分配比为:聚合物粘结剂15份,片层结构的云母粉10份,空心玻璃微珠8份,石墨粉15份,高岭土15份,木质纤维5份,硅藻土8份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩9份,无机纳米二氧化钛10份,苯丙乳液25份,纳米级稀土中空陶瓷微珠改性环氧树脂18份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工专用电解箱,其特征在于:所述横向散热槽(2)和纵向散热槽(3)均采用贝纳德型散热槽。
