Abstract

本发明公开了低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,包括以下重量份数的组分:30‑40份去离子水、50‑60份环氧树脂、6‑10份冰醋酸、7‑18份苯乙烯醇、10‑20份固化剂、6‑8份三聚磷酸铝、2‑4份碳酸钙、5‑7份平流剂、6‑8份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。本发明通过减少涂料中的溶剂含量,增强了涂料的固化性能,使得涂料在常温或是低温下自然固化;涂料致密性、稳定性、流动性等综性能佳,并且固化速度快。

低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及环氧树脂涂料,具体涉及低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料。
背景技术
环氧树脂涂料以其优异的性能及耐化学品性在重防腐工程项目中的应用十分广泛。在防腐蚀环氧树脂涂料体系中,通常采用胺类固化剂与环氧树脂进行成膜反应。
当环境温度低于10℃时成膜反应速度缓慢且不能充分反应,尤其环境温度在0℃以下时,普通的胺类固化剂与环氧树脂很难固化成膜,在北方冬季环境温度经常维持在-10℃左右,由于环境温度过低从而延误了防腐工程的工期,由此可见,现有的环氧树脂涂料的低温固化性能已不能满足实际需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是环氧树脂涂料低温固化困难,目的在于提供低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,解决环氧树脂低温固化的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
30-40份去离子水、50-60份环氧树脂、6-10份冰醋酸、7-18份苯乙烯醇、10-20份固化剂、6-8份三聚磷酸铝、2-4份碳酸钙、5-7份平流剂、6-8份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。
本发明减少了环氧树脂中溶剂的含量,能够使得涂料快速干燥在,蒸发溶剂;利用稀释剂控制涂料粘度,避免涂料的粘度过高,而无法均匀分散;固化剂能够促进涂料固化;本发明中采用去离子水作为溶剂,杂志含量少;环氧树脂可以采用酚基丙烷环氧树脂、酚酞环氧树脂、间苯二酚环氧树脂中的一种或多种混合;冰醋酸用于调节涂料的酸碱度,涂料的酸碱度会影响涂料的;苯乙烯醇溶液其分子结构含有活泼的C=C双键和羟基,与胺类固化剂在较低温度下可以反应,激发环氧树脂与胺类固化剂的反应,增加了环氧树脂的反应活性;三聚磷酸铝三聚磷酸根离子P3O10 5-能与各种金属离子有更强的螯合力,在被涂物表面形成卓越的钝化膜,对钢铁以及轻金属等的腐蚀具有极强的抑制作用,涂料颜色可以自由调配;碳酸钙用于加强涂料膜的强度;所述平流剂为聚丙烯酸或羧甲基纤维素;十二烷基缩水甘油醚作为稀释剂还能够参与固化,提高固化速度。本发明通过减少涂料中的溶剂含量,提高固化剂的含量,在保证涂料具有良好的性能的同时促进涂料固化,增强了涂料的固化性能,使得涂料在常温或是低温下自然固化。
所述固化剂包括以下组分:改性脂肪胺固化剂、硫醇胺类固化剂。改性脂肪胺固化剂中具有活泼的羟基在低温或室温下能够快速固化,硫醇胺类固化剂中的疏基与活泼的羟基相比具有更高的反应活性,能够进一步加强固化剂的反应活性,增强低温固化性能。
所述改性脂肪胺固化剂与硫醇胺类固化剂的质量比为:1.0:0.06-0.2。改性脂肪胺固化剂之主要的成分,硫醇胺类固化剂用于进一步加强固化性能;苯乙烯醇分子中活泼的碳双键和羟基在低温下可与硫醇胺类固化剂反应,从而引发环氧树脂与硫醇胺类固化剂的反应,增加了环氧树脂的反应活性,使涂料达到低温固化的效果。
所述低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料还包括以下重量份数的组分:20-30份绢云母粉、15-20份有机膨润土。绢云母粉的片状结构可以增加涂料的致密性,进而增强涂料的韧性及耐化学品性能;有机膨润土能够使涂料具有防流挂、防沉降的性能,并实现涂层的厚涂性,提高涂料的施工性能。
低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,包括以下重量份数的组分:35份去离子水、50份环氧树脂、8份冰醋酸、15份苯乙烯醇、20份固化剂、6份三聚磷酸铝、3份碳酸钙、6份平流剂、7份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。本发明通过多次实现结合涂料的综合性能优选出了各个组份的最佳配比。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料通过减少涂料中的溶剂含量,增强了涂料的固化性能,使得涂料在常温或是低温下自然固化;
2、本发明低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料致密性、稳定性、流动性等综性能佳,并且固化速度快;
3、本发明低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料组分少,制备工艺简单,成本低。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
本发明低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
30-40份去离子水、50-60份环氧树脂、6-10份冰醋酸、7-18份苯乙烯醇、10-20份固化剂、6-8份三聚磷酸铝、2-4份碳酸钙、5-7份平流剂、6-8份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。

所述固化剂包括以下组分:改性脂肪胺固化剂、硫醇胺类固化剂。改性脂肪胺固化剂中具有活泼的羟基在低温或室温下能够快速固化,硫醇胺类固化剂中的疏基与活泼的羟基相比具有更高的反应活性,能够进一步加强固化剂的反应活性,增强低温固化性能。
所述改性脂肪胺固化剂与硫醇胺类固化剂的质量比为:1.0:0.06-0.2。改性脂肪胺固化剂之主要的成分,硫醇胺类固化剂用于进一步加强固化性能;苯乙烯醇分子中活泼的碳双键和羟基在低温下可与硫醇胺类固化剂反应,从而引发环氧树脂与硫醇胺类固化剂的反应,增加了环氧树脂的反应活性,使涂料达到低温固化的效果。
实施例2
基于实施例1,所述低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料还包括以下重量份数的组分:20-30份绢云母粉、15-20份有机膨润土。绢云母粉的片状结构可以增加涂料的致密性,进而增强涂料的韧性及耐化学品性能;有机膨润土能够使涂料具有防流挂、防沉降的性能,并实现涂层的厚涂性,提高涂料的施工性能。
实施例3
基于上述实施例,低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,包括以下重量份数的组分:35份去离子水、50份环氧树脂、8份冰醋酸、15份苯乙烯醇、20份固化剂、6份三聚磷酸铝、3份碳酸钙、6份平流剂、7份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。本发明通过多次实现结合涂料的综合性能优选出了各个组份的最佳配比。

2.根据权利要求1所述的低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂包括以下组分:改性脂肪胺固化剂、硫醇胺类固化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,所述改性脂肪胺固化剂与硫醇胺类固化剂的质量比为:1.0:0.06-0.2。
4.根据权利要求2所述的低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,所述低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料还包括以下重量份数的组分:20-30份绢云母粉、15-20份有机膨润土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温快速固化的环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:35份去离子水、50份环氧树脂、8份冰醋酸、15份苯乙烯醇、20份固化剂、6份三聚磷酸铝、3份碳酸钙、6份平流剂、7份十二烷基缩水甘油醚。
