The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the intelligent medicine box is characterized in that a medicine box main body is provided with a plurality of medicine placing grooves, a box cover is provided with a plurality of medicine taking through holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the medicine placing grooves, medicine plates for packaging a plurality of medicine bags according to the medicine taking dosage and the medicine frequency according to the advice of a doctor are clamped in the intelligent medicine box, a memory of a circuit system stores a local medicine taking plan, a processor acquires medicine taking information and controls a prompting device to remind a patient to take medicines in corresponding time intervals on time according to the local medicine taking plan, and a communication device receives writing/changing of a control end to the local medicine taking plan and is used for sending the medicine information to one or more control ends; the timing and fixed-point medicine taking function is realized, and the situations of medicine missing and wrong taking are avoided; furthermore, doctors and family members at the control end can also master the medicine taking condition of the patient in time, and assist in reminding or changing the medicine taking plan in time.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in a preferred embodiment of an intelligent medicine box 100 with a reminding function according to the present invention, the intelligent medicine box 100 includes a medicine box main body 1, a box cover 2 and a circuit system 4. The intelligent medicine box 100 is clamped with the medicine board 3. The circuit system please combine fig. 8 and fig. 9 together.
The two ends of the medicine box main body 1 are respectively a functional area 11 and a holding part 12. A fault indicator lamp 111, an alarm indicator lamp 112, a normal indicator lamp 113, a power indicator lamp 114, an ambient light sensing unit 115, a help button 116, a reset button 117, a mode button 118, and a main switch 119 are provided on the functional region 11; the functional area 11 is introduced with reference to the circuit system. M x N medicine containing grooves 10 are arranged between the functional area 11 and the holding part 12. The functional area 11 and the holding part 12 are also used for providing a holding position for the medicine box main body 1 when the box cover 1 is opened and closed; preferably, M represents the number of doses taken during a day and N represents the number of days taken.
M x N medicine taking through holes 20 corresponding to the medicine containing grooves 10 one by one are arranged on the box cover 2. One side of the box cover 2 is pivoted with the medicine box main body 1, and the other side is convexly provided with an ear part 21. The ears 21 are used to provide a gripping location for the cover 2 when the cover 2 needs to be opened relative to the cartridge body 1.
The medicine plate 3 includes a medicine sealing portion 31, a connecting portion 32, and a back portion 33. The medicine sealing part 33 seals the medicine bags 30 which are not more than M x N according to the medicine taking dosage and the medicine taking frequency according to the advice of a doctor, specifically, the medicine sealing part 33 comprises a base layer (not shown) and a sealing layer (not shown), a plurality of medicine containing cavities (not marked) are arranged on the base layer, and the sealing layer is used for sealing the medicine containing cavities containing medicines to form the medicine bags 30. Preferably, the base layer can also comprise a hard paper layer and a polymer layer, the medicine containing cavity is formed by the polymer layer, and the polymer layer is preferably made of food-grade transparent materials; the packaging layer is a thin sheet with good sealing performance, light shielding performance and easy penetration of sharp objects, such as tin foil paper. The connecting portion 32 and the back portion 33 extend from the hard paper layer of the medicine sealing portion 33, wherein the back portion 33 is parallel to the medicine sealing portion 31, and the connecting portion 32 connects the back portion 33 and the medicine sealing portion 31.
After the medicine plates 3 are loaded into the medicine box main body 1, the medicine bags 30 are placed into the corresponding medicine placing grooves 10, and the medicine plates 33 are clamped by the medicine box main body 1 and the box cover 2 through the medicine sealing parts 31, namely, the medicine plates 3 can be taken out of the medicine box main body 1 when the box cover 2 is in an open state relative to the medicine box main body 1; when the box cover 2 is in a closed state relative to the medicine box main body 1, the medicine plate 3 is fixed relative to the medicine box main body 1. The connecting part 32 of the medicine plate 3 covers one side of the medicine box main body 1 far away from the pivoting position of the pivoting box cover 2, the back part 33 covers the bottom surface of the medicine box main body 1, and the back part 33 at least comprises a hard paper layer for recording the memo of taking medicine, for example, the medicine at noon can be taken together with the medicine at night, whether the medicine is taken on time or not, the number of times of taking the medicine on time and the like under the condition that the medicine is forgotten to be taken. In order to prevent the back 33 of the medicine plate 3 from tilting, a paper-clipping opening (not shown) having a guide portion is preferably provided on the bottom surface of the medicine cartridge main body 1, and the free end of the back 33 is preferably clipped into the paper-clipping opening.
Preferably, a cover opening and closing detection device (not shown) is provided on the medicine box. The box cover switch detection device comprises an insertion part 22 arranged on the box cover 2 and a switch (not shown) arranged on the medicine box main body, when the box cover 2 is tightly covered on the medicine box main body 1, the insertion part 22 is inserted into the medicine box main body, the switch is communicated, and the medicine box can be normally used.
In order to prevent the box cover 2 from being opened relative to the medicine box main body 1 in the using state and influencing the normal use of the medicine box, the box cover 2 and the medicine box main body 1 can be provided with mutual buckles or magnetic mechanisms and the like so that the two are tightly combined. In a preferred embodiment, the box cover 2 is provided with a plurality of first magnetic pieces 23, the medicine box main body 1 is provided with a plurality of second magnetic pieces 13 corresponding to the first magnetic pieces 23 one by one, and the first magnetic pieces 23 and the second magnetic pieces 13 at corresponding positions are mutually adsorbed when the box cover 2 is covered on the medicine box main body 1.
The placing step of the medicine plate comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: opening the box cover 2, please refer to fig. 3 specifically;
the second step is that: putting the medicine plate 3 into the medicine box body 1 with the front side facing upwards, and closing the box cover 2, please refer to fig. 4 and 5;
the third step: inserting the tail end of the back part 33 of the medicine plate 3 into a paper clamping opening of the medicine box main body;
after the medicine board is placed and is accomplished, open master switch 119, the intelligence medicine box gets into operating condition promptly, and the medicine board that the patient used is discerned to intelligence medicine box obtains the plan of taking medicine according to the medicine board, and the intelligence medicine box please refer to the introduction to electronic tags reader 47 afterwards to the discernment of medicine board. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the preferred medicine taking mode of the novel medicine box of the invention is to select a special medicine taking device 4, the size and shape of the medicine taking device 4 are matched with the medicine taking through hole 20 and the medicine bag 30, the medicine bag is punctured from top to bottom by the medicine taking device 4 when the front face of the novel medicine box faces upwards, then the medicine taking device 4 is connected with the novel medicine box and inverted together, all the medicine amount of a meal falls into the medicine taking device 4, and the medicine taking of a patient is further facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 8 to 9 together, the circuit system 4 includes a processor 41, a memory 42, a prompting device 43, a communication device 44, a light sensing device 45, a function key region 46, and an electronic tag reader 47.
The memory 42 stores a local administration plan including administration times of the corresponding medicine bags 30 put in each medicine putting well 10. The processor 41 obtains the medication information and controls the prompting device 43 to remind the patient to take the medicine in the corresponding time period according to the local medication plan, and the communication device 44 is used for receiving the writing/modification of the local medication plan by the control terminal 5 and sending the medication information to one or more control terminals 5. The medicine taking information specifically comprises normal medicine taking, early medicine taking, late medicine taking and abnormal medicine taking.
For example, the doctor orders three times a day with the dosing times of 8:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m. and 16:00 a.m.; the local medicine taking plan at least comprises the following components: the taking time is 8:00 in the morning, 12:00 in the noon and 16:00 in the afternoon, the normal taking time range is set to be 30 minutes before and after (the normal taking time range also needs to follow the medical advice), and the allowed error time is 20 minutes. Taking early medicine taking as an example, the normal medicine taking time range is 30 minutes before and after 7: 30-8: 30, the processor 41 sends a control instruction to the prompting device 43 in the time period, the prompting device 43 actively prompts the patient to take medicine, and after the patient takes medicine correctly in the prompting time period, the processor 41 collects medicine taking information of 'normal medicine taking' and sends the medicine taking information to the control terminal or the background management platform through the communication device 44. If the patient takes medicine between 7:10 and 7:30, the processor acquires medicine taking information of 'early taking medicine' and sends the medicine taking information to the control end or the background management platform through the communication device 44; the patient takes medicine between 8:30 and 8:50, and the processor acquires the medicine taking information of 'late medicine taking' and sends the information to the control end or the background management platform through the communication device; medicine taking information such as mistakenly opening medicine bags at other positions, seriously exceeding medicine taking time, missing medicine taking and the like is also collected and then sent to a control end or a background management platform through the communication device 44 by the processor. The intelligent medicine box reminds the user to take the medicine in the corresponding time period according to the set medicine taking time, and the problem that the user needs to take the medicine in the time period when the medicine taking time of the user is too close to the time period when the intelligent medicine box reminds the user to take the medicine is avoided.
The medicine taking information can be sent to the control terminal or the background management platform through the communication device 44, and can be broadcasted through the voice prompt unit 431 to remind the patient. For example, in a normal administration period, for example, 7: 30-8: within the time period of 30, the voice prompt unit 431 performs voice broadcast at certain time intervals, for example, at time intervals of 15 minutes, so as to prompt the patient to take the medicine; alternatively, when the medicine is taken within the error time to cause early taking or late taking, the voice prompt unit 431 broadcasts the voice message of the early taking or late taking and reminds the patient of paying attention to the next time of taking the medicine. If the time for the patient to take medicine exceeds the error range of the time for allowing the patient to take medicine, the voice prompt unit 431 will broadcast a voice prompt for prohibiting taking medicine or broadcasting the time for taking medicine too late to consult the doctor to take medicine after taking medicine. If the patient takes the wrong medicine package, the voice prompt unit 431 will broadcast a voice prompt to replace the sealed medicine package, and the like.
The prompting device 43 specifically includes a voice prompting unit 431 and a light prompting unit 432. The voice prompt unit 431 is electrically connected to the processor 41 to receive a voice prompt control instruction of the processor 41.
The light prompting unit 432 comprises a plurality of medicine taking prompting lamps 433 which correspond to the medicine placing grooves 10 one by one, each medicine taking prompting lamp 433 is electrically connected with the processor 41, and the prompting device 43 reminds the patient to take the medicine at the corresponding time period on time in a voice prompting mode through the voice prompting unit 431 and/or in a lighting mode of the light prompting unit and the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 right opposite to the medicine placing grooves 10.
Preferably, circuit system includes N lamp strips, sets up M warning light 433 of taking medicine on every lamp strip, and on lamp strip embedding medicine box main part 1 or lid 2, can observe the warning light of taking medicine to light from the outside of lid 2 after lid 2 covers to closing to medicine box main part 1. When the intelligent medicine box 100 reminds the user to take medicine, the processor 41 controls the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 which is opposite to the medicine placing groove 10 at the corresponding position to be always on within the normal medicine taking time range, and the patient can take the medicine below the medicine taking indicating lamp 433 which is on the light side as required. The medicine taking prompting mode of the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 is as follows: in the administration period, for example, 7: 30-8: in the medicine taking time period of 30, if the medicine corresponding to the medicine placing groove 10 is not taken out, the medicine taking prompt lamp is normally on; if the corresponding medicine is taken out in advance, the corresponding medicine taking prompt lamp cannot be lightened in the time period; in the medicine taking time period, when the medicine corresponding to the medicine placing groove 10 is taken out, the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 is changed from an open state to a closed state; after the medicine taking time is exceeded, if the medicine corresponding to the medicine placing groove 10 is not taken out, the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 can be set to be in an on state all the time for warning, and the medicine taking prompting lamp 433 can also be set to be in an off state.
The light prompting unit 432 further includes a fault indicator lamp 111, an alarm indicator lamp 112, a normal indicator lamp 113, and a power indicator lamp 114, which are respectively connected to the processor 41. The fault indicator 111 is lighted when the intelligent medicine box fails and can not normally run, and under normal conditions, the fault indicator selects a red light indicator. The alarm indicator 112 is illuminated during initialization of the smart pill box, and typically, the alarm indicator is selected to be a yellow light indicator. The normal indicator light 113 is kept constantly on during normal operation of the medicine cassette, and normally, the normal indicator light is selected to be a green indicator light. The power indicator 114 is turned on during the charging process of the intelligent medicine box and turned off after the charging process is completed, and normally, the power indicator 114 is selected to be a green indicator.
The photosensitive device 45 in the circuit system 4 can meet the requirement of accurately acquiring the medicine taking information. Specifically, the photosensitive device 45 includes a medicine tank photosensitive unit 451 disposed at the bottom of each medicine tank 10, each medicine tank photosensitive unit 451 is connected to the processor 41, the medicine tank photosensitive unit 451 is configured to sense ambient light when the medicine bag is in the open state, and the processor 41 obtains medicine taking information according to the sensed ambient light. The photosensitive unit 451 of the medicine groove is arranged corresponding to the structure of the medicine plate 3, the medicine cavity of the medicine bag of the medicine plate 3 is usually made of transparent high polymer material, and the packaging layer is made of light-shielding material, so that when the medicine bag is not punctured, the photosensitive unit 451 of the medicine groove can not collect the ambient light data; only when the medicine bag is punctured, external ambient light is collected by the medicine tank photosensitive unit 451 through the medicine bag, and the processor 41 acquires medicine taking information based on the sensed ambient light.
Because the intelligent medicine box determines the time for taking medicine by the time point of exposure judged by the medicine tank sensing unit 451, the medicine tank photosensitive unit 451 cannot collect the ambient light information when the ambient light is too dark, and then the processor 41 cannot acquire the medicine taking information. In order to improve the problem of inaccurate medicine taking information collection, the light sensing device 45 further comprises an ambient light sensing unit 115. The ambient light sensing unit 115 is connected to the processor 41, the processor obtains the light intensity obtained by the ambient light sensing unit 115, and controls the semantic prompt unit to broadcast the voice prompt that the ambient light does not meet the use requirement of the medicine box when the light intensity of the ambient light is lower than a preset threshold value, or sends prompt information to the control end 5 through the communication device, and the user timely stores the intelligent medicine box in the bright use environment according to the voice prompt and the prompt information.
The function key region 46 includes a help button 116, a reset button 117, and a mode button 118, which are connected to the processor 41, respectively. The processor 41 receives the long press signal of the help button 116 to transmit the help signal to the control terminal 5 via the communication device 44; the processor 41 receives the short-press signal of the help button 116 to control the voice prompt unit 431 to report the medication instruction. The processor 41 receives a long press signal of the reset button 117 to reset the medication cassette and not clear the local medication plan. The processor 41 receives the long-press signal of the mode button 118 to switch the intelligent medicine box between the mute mode and the non-mute mode, and the processor 41 receives the short-press signal of the mode button to control the voice prompt unit to broadcast time, wherein the broadcast time comprises date, week, specific time and the like. The processor 41 receives a simultaneous long press signal of the reset button 117 and the mode button 118 to reset the medication box and clear the local medication schedule. The long press signal generally refers to a signal with a press duration exceeding 3 seconds, and a signal with a press duration of 3 seconds is regarded as a short press signal.
The back of medicine board 30 sets up wireless radio frequency electronic tags 48 towards one side of medicine box main part 1, electronic tags reads 47 and sets up in medicine box main part 1 with the corresponding position department of wireless radio frequency electronic tags 48, electronic tags reads 47 connection treater 41, treater 41 reads discernment medicine board 30 behind the wireless radio frequency electronic tags 48 at electronic tags reads 47 and whether is the correct medicine board of taking medicine, perhaps matches the plan of taking medicine that corresponds the medicine board behind the type of discernment medicine board, and report with voice prompt's mode through the voice prompt unit.
The invention also discloses an intelligent medicine taking system with a reminding function, which comprises the intelligent medicine box 100 with the reminding function and at least one control terminal 5. The intelligent medicine box 100 stores a local medicine taking plan, reminds the patient to take the medicine in the corresponding time period according to the local medicine taking plan, obtains the medicine taking information and sends the medicine taking information to the at least one control terminal 5. The control terminal 5 receives the medicine taking information of the intelligent medicine box and sends or changes a local medicine taking plan to the intelligent medicine box.
Referring to fig. 10, the control terminal 5 may be any terminal device, and the terminal device may be a portable mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a PAD, and the like, where the mobile terminal downloads and installs the medicine taking monitoring APP; the terminal device may also be a dedicated device for hospital or community use. Specifically, the control terminal 5 includes an input module 51, a display module 52, a storage module 53, a control module 54, and a communication module 55.
The communication module 55 is used for realizing communication connection with the communication device 44 of the intelligent medicine box, the medicine taking plan can be input through the input module 51 and then stored in the storage module 53, and the control module 54 sends the medicine taking plan to the intelligent medicine box through the communication module 55. The communication module 55 receives help information, medicine taking information and the like sent by the intelligent medicine box, and the help information and the medicine taking information are stored in the storage module 53 and displayed through the display module 52.
The control terminal 5 can be divided into a patient/family member use control terminal (portable control terminal for short) and a doctor/background manager use control terminal (central control terminal for short), and the receiving information of the two control terminals may be different, for example, the patient/family member use control terminal receives all the medicine taking information, and the doctor/background manager use control terminal may receive only the abnormal medicine taking information or may receive all the medicine taking information. Abnormal service information includes, but is not limited to, missed medication, wrong medication, severe early medication, severe late medication, help information, and the like. The intelligent medicine box can remind the patient to take the medicine according to the amount on time; the portable control terminal downloads the medicine taking APP (client software) so that the patient and/or family members can obtain the medicine taking information; the central control end establishes a patient medicine taking information platform, establishes communication connection with the plurality of intelligent medicine boxes to acquire medicine taking information of related patients, realizes medicine taking information tracking, and further informs the patients of a re-diagnosis, adjusts a medicine taking plan and the like according to the medicine taking information.
Referring to fig. 11, in a preferred embodiment, the intelligent medicine taking system with a reminding function includes an intelligent medicine box, a background management platform, a portable control end and a central control end. Both the portable control end and the central control end are provided with all functional modules of the control end 5. The processor of the intelligent medicine box collects medicine taking information and then sends the medicine taking information to the background management platform, wherein the medicine taking information comprises normal medicine taking, early medicine taking, late medicine taking, wrong medicine packages opened at other positions, serious exceeding of medicine taking time, medicine missing and the like; the background management platform is responsible for storing information fed back by the intelligent medicine box, the portable control end and the central control end and pushing the collected feedback information to the intelligent medicine box, the portable control end or the central control end according to categories, for example, sending medicine taking information fed back from the intelligent medicine box to the portable control end and the central control end.
