一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂及其制备方法,所述抗寒剂由以下重量份数的原料制成,水杨酸1~5份,壳寡糖6~12份,多效唑4~8份,聚乙二醇6000 10~20份,磷酸二氢钾10~20份,级配滑石粉10~15份,辛癸酸甘油酯3~6份,丙二醇5~10份,硅溶胶10~18份,水80~100份。本发明的优点在可使园林花卉抗低温的耐受能力可达到‑3~‑6℃,长达24小时,减少了寒潮带来的损失,同时起到施肥的目的,降低黄叶的出现,使之智慧园林花卉观赏期长,智慧园林景观持续稳定,从而营造了智慧园林的自然优美。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种花卉抗寒剂及其制备方法,具体涉及一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
智慧园林运用“互联网+”思维和物联网、大数据云计算、移动互联网、信息智能终端等新一代信息技术,与现代生态园林相融合,建立智慧园林大数据库,把人与自然用智慧的方式连接起来,达到人与自然的互感、互知、互动。低温胁迫是智慧园林花卉栽培中经常遇到的一种自然灾害,在初春、秋末和冬初时,往往会出现突如其来的气温骤然下降,致使智慧园林花卉娇弱部分组织受到冻害损伤,影响花卉的生长代谢,引起花卉相关生理指标变化,导致花卉根系发育不良,易形成黄叶、落叶等,影响生长,带来后续养护较为严重的问题,严重时导致死亡,进而影响其观赏和经济价值,给智慧园林花卉景观造成的损失时不可估量的。
目前,防止园林花卉受到冻害主要是园林花卉向北引种,费时费力成本高;覆盖保护法,繁琐成本高,抗寒效果差;熏烟防寒法,污染环境,抗寒效果差;施磷钾肥,抗寒效果差。近年来,也出现了给花卉喷施抗低温制剂,但该方法仅适用大棚温室种植花卉,对于室外智慧园林花卉抗低寒效果仍然不理想,而且后续护理更为不易。例如CN201510258843.6公开了一种应用于花卉抗低温、耐弱光的配方制剂,按重量百分比为:氯化钙1.2~1.6%,亚精胺0.25~0.3%,N-N-N-三甲基甘氨酸25.41~32.25%,2-羟乙基三甲基氯化铵5.08~6.45%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸0.32~0.63%,水杨酸3.22~3.81%,长碳链季铵盐改性有机膨润土63.5~64.51%;各组份之和等于100%。该制剂虽然降低春秋两季温室大棚中短时低温对温室中花卉造成的伤害,有效减少短时低温造成的植株萎蔫,叶片发黄,根系冻伤等一系列不良影响,但是处理后的花卉也只能抗0℃以上的低温,对于抗0℃以下的低温耐受能力较差。CN201410699877.4公开了一种盆栽植物(绿萝)抗寒剂,包括以下重量份数的各组分:壳寡糖10~15份、磷酸二氢钾8~15份、抗坏血酸3~7份、黄腐酸2~5份、脯氨酸1~2份、表面活性剂1~2份。该发明适合于室内观赏的盆栽绿萝抗寒,抗低温仅为5℃环境下才能维持盆栽绿萝正常生长,不能抗5℃以下的低温。因此,亟待开发一种抗低温在零度以下环境的智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,以其解决智慧园林花卉遭遇寒潮后影响智慧园林景观稳定性的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成,水杨酸1~5份(优选2~3份),壳寡糖6~12份(优选8~10份),多效唑4~8份(优选5~6份),聚乙二醇6000 10~20份(优选15~18份),磷酸二氢钾10~20份(优选15~18份),级配滑石粉10~15份(优选12~13份),辛癸酸甘油酯3~6份(优选4~5份),丙二醇5~10份(优选6~8份),硅溶胶10~18份(优选12~15份),水80~100份(优选100份)。
进一步,所述级配滑石粉为300目、800目、1500目按照1:1:1级配而成。
本发明进一步的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
先将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000混合、搅拌均匀,然后将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000加热到30~40℃,接着加入水杨酸、壳寡糖、多效唑、磷酸二氢钾充分搅拌均匀,最后加入级配滑石粉进行混合均匀,即成。
在本发明中,水杨酸是逆境反应的信号转导分子,可提高抗寒性,丙二醇为防冻液,壳寡糖提高细胞液浓度,降低冰点,缓和细胞质过度脱水,保护细胞质胶体不至遇冷凝固;磷酸二氢钾增强花卉苗木的木质化程度,提高对寒潮的抵抗能力;多效唑促进花芽分化,增加花卉抗逆性能;聚乙二醇6000既能保证所成衣膜透气、透水性好,花卉正常萌发生长,又能保证衣膜内活性成分能缓慢释放,持效时间长;而且独创性地采用辛癸酸甘油酯和硅溶胶部分代替聚乙二醇,大大增强抗寒有效成分,使花卉对抗寒有效成分吸收更加容易,抗寒效果更加显著;再加之经过级配滑石粉结构相对松散,形成更多孔洞,使得与花卉形成良好的粘接效果,更好地发挥了花卉抗寒效果。
本发明的优点在于可使花卉抗低温的耐受能力可达到-3~-6℃,长达24小时,减少了寒潮带来的损失,同时起到施肥的目的,降低黄叶的出现,使之智慧园林花卉观赏期长,智慧园林景观持续稳定,从而营造了智慧园林的自然优美。

一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,将水杨酸2份,壳寡糖8份,多效唑5份,聚乙二醇600015份,磷酸二氢钾18份,级配滑石粉13份,辛癸酸甘油酯4份,丙二醇6份,硅溶胶12份,水100份配制成抗寒溶液喷洒花卉,喷洒周期为8h,喷洒次数2次。其中,所述抗寒溶液的配制方法,先将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000混合、搅拌均匀,然后将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000加热到30~40℃,接着加入水杨酸、壳寡糖、多效唑、磷酸二氢钾充分搅拌均匀,最后加入由300目、800目、1500目按照1:1:1级配而成的级配滑石粉进行混合均匀制成。
实施例2
一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,将水杨酸3份,壳寡糖10份,多效唑6份,聚乙二醇600018份,磷酸二氢钾15份,级配滑石粉12份,辛癸酸甘油酯5份,丙二醇8份,硅溶胶15份,水100份配制成抗寒溶液喷洒花卉,喷洒周期为8h,喷洒次数2次。其中,所述抗寒溶液的配制方法,与实施例1不同仅仅在于各原料配比。
实施例3
一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,将水杨酸5份,壳寡糖12份,多效唑8份,聚乙二醇600020份,磷酸二氢钾20份,级配滑石粉15份,辛癸酸甘油酯6份,丙二醇10份,硅溶胶18份,水100份配制成抗寒溶液喷洒花卉,喷洒周期为10h,喷洒次数1次。其中,所述抗寒溶液的配制方法,与实施例1不同仅仅在于各原料配比。
对比例1
一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,将水杨酸3份,壳寡糖10份,多效唑6份,聚乙二醇600018份,磷酸二氢钾15份,辛癸酸甘油酯6份,丙二醇8份,硅溶胶18份,水100份配制成抗寒溶液喷洒花卉,喷洒周期为8h,喷洒次数2次。其中,所述抗寒溶液的配制方法,先将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000混合、搅拌均匀,然后将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000加热到30~40℃,接着加入水杨酸、壳寡糖、多效唑、磷酸二氢钾充分搅拌均匀制成。

一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,将水杨酸3份,壳寡糖10份,多效唑6份,聚乙二醇600018份,磷酸二氢钾15份,滑石粉12份,丙二醇8份,水100份配制成抗寒溶液喷洒花卉,喷洒周期为8h,喷洒次数2次。其中,所述抗寒溶液的配制方法,先将水、丙二醇、聚乙二醇6000混合、搅拌均匀,然后将水、丙二醇、聚乙二醇6000加热到30~40℃,接着加入水杨酸、壳寡糖、多效唑、磷酸二氢钾充分搅拌均匀,最后加入滑石粉进行混合均匀制成。
园林花卉抗寒实验:将智慧园林花卉经实施例1~3和对比例1~2抗寒处理后,各5株分别放入不同温度的培养箱中进行低温胁迫。设定的温度梯度分别为:0℃、-3℃、-6℃,每8小时取样一次。经观察,在0℃气候箱内,在处理24小时后均未受到冻害;-3℃气候箱内,在处理24小时后,对比例1抗寒处理的园林近一半左右的花卉叶片发黄,甚至出现褐色或黑褐色冻斑,对比例2抗寒处理的园林全部花卉叶片发黄,甚至出现褐色或黑褐色冻斑,实施例1~3处理的花卉生长均正常;在-6℃气候箱内,对比例1~2抗寒处理的园林花卉均死亡,实施例1~3处理的花卉生长基本不受影响。

1.一种智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成,水杨酸1~5份,壳寡糖6~12份,多效唑4~8份,聚乙二醇6000 10~20份,磷酸二氢钾10~20份,级配滑石粉10~15份,辛癸酸甘油酯3~6份,丙二醇5~10份,硅溶胶10~18份,水80~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成,水杨酸2~3份,壳寡糖8~10份,多效唑5~6份,聚乙二醇6000 15~18份,磷酸二氢钾15~18份,级配滑石粉12~13份,辛癸酸甘油酯4~5份,丙二醇6~8份,硅溶胶12~15份,水100份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧园林花卉抗寒剂,其特征在于,所述级配滑石粉为300目、800目、1500目按照1:1:1级配而成。
4.一种如权利要求1~3之一所述的智慧园林花卉抗寒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,先将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000混合、搅拌均匀,然后将水、辛癸酸甘油酯、丙二醇、硅溶胶、聚乙二醇6000加热到30~40℃,接着加入水杨酸、壳寡糖、多效唑、磷酸二氢钾充分搅拌均匀,最后加入级配滑石粉进行混合均匀,即成。
