Background
Currently, when a User Equipment (UE) requests an uplink resource from an Evolved Node B (eNB) through a Scheduling Request (SR), only whether the UE has uplink data to send is indicated, and how much uplink data the UE needs to send is not described; at this time, the UE needs to send a Buffer Status Report (BSR) to the eNB, so that the eNB knows the data amount of the uplink data that the UE needs to send, so that the eNB can determine how much uplink resources to allocate to the UE.
In the prior art, the UE writes the data volume actually required to be transmitted into the BSR to request the eNB to schedule corresponding resources for the UE. When the UE is in a weak coverage area and needs to upload a large data packet, the eNB may schedule corresponding resources to the UE based on the BSR, but at this time, the data volume of the data to be transmitted uplink by the UE may exceed its transmission capability, which may cause packet loss and frequent retransmission, and affect the UE call and data transmission performance.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the updating the buffer status report BSR based on the acquired radio channel quality parameters of the UE and the data amount of the data to be uploaded to the network side comprises: updating the uplink buffer data volume information carried in the BSR to a preset data volume threshold when the acquired data volume of the data to be uploaded to the network side is larger than the preset data volume threshold and the acquired wireless channel quality parameter of the UE is smaller than the preset parameter threshold;
the uploading of data to the network side based on the updated BSR includes: sending the updated BSR to a network side to request the network side to send uplink authorization information for the UE; after receiving the uplink authorization information, uploading the data uploaded to the network side M times, wherein the data volume of the data uploaded to the network side each time is less than or equal to a preset data volume threshold, and M is a natural number greater than 1.
5. The method according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the radio channel quality parameter of the UE is an uplink channel quality parameter of the UE or a downlink channel quality parameter of the UE.
6. A method of receiving buffer status, the method comprising:
receiving an updated BSR sent by UE, wherein the updated BSR is: a BSR updated based on radio channel quality parameters of the UE and a data amount of data to be uploaded to a network side by the UE;
allocating uplink authorization information to the UE based on the received BSR;
the updated BSR is determined by:
and updating the uplink buffer area data volume information carried in the BSR to be the preset data volume threshold when the acquired data volume of the data to be uploaded to the network side is larger than the preset data volume threshold and the acquired wireless channel quality parameter of the UE is smaller than the preset parameter threshold.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the allocating uplink grant information for the UE based on the received BSR comprises: and distributing corresponding uplink authorization information for the UE based on the uplink buffer data volume information carried in the received BSR.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after allocating the uplink grant information for the UE, the method further comprises: and receiving data uploaded by the UE.
9. An apparatus for uploading buffer status, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, an updating module and an uploading module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the system comprises an acquisition module, a transmission module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the wireless channel quality parameters of User Equipment (UE) and the data volume of data to be uploaded to a network side when the data is required to be uploaded to the network side;
an updating module, configured to update a buffer status report BSR based on the acquired radio channel quality parameter of the UE and a data amount of data to be uploaded to a network side;
the uploading module is used for uploading the updated BSR to a network side;
the updating module is specifically configured to update the uplink buffer data volume information carried in the BSR to a preset data volume threshold when the data volume of the acquired data to be uploaded to the network side is greater than the preset data volume threshold and the acquired radio channel quality parameter of the UE is less than the preset parameter threshold.

The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the preset data amount threshold is one of a preset 1 st data amount threshold to a preset nth data amount threshold, the preset parameter threshold is one of a preset 1 st parameter threshold to a preset nth parameter threshold, and N is a natural number greater than 1;
and when the preset data volume threshold is a preset ith data volume threshold, the preset parameter threshold is a preset ith parameter threshold, and i is 1 to N.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the uploading module is further configured to upload data to the network side based on the updated BSR after uploading the updated BSR to the network side.

The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the updating module is specifically configured to update uplink buffer data size information carried in the BSR to a preset data size threshold when a data size of the obtained data to be uploaded to the network side is greater than a preset data size threshold and the obtained radio channel quality parameter of the UE is less than a preset parameter threshold;
the upload module is specifically configured to send the updated BSR to a network side, so as to request the network side to send uplink authorization information for the UE; after receiving the uplink authorization information, uploading the data uploaded to the network side M times, wherein the data volume of the data uploaded to the network side each time is less than or equal to a preset data volume threshold, and M is a natural number greater than 1.
13. The apparatus according to any of claims 9 to 12, wherein the radio channel quality parameter of the UE is an uplink channel quality parameter of the UE or a downlink channel quality parameter of the UE.
14. An apparatus for receiving buffer status, the apparatus comprising a first receiving module and an allocating module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a first receiving module, configured to receive an updated buffer status report BSR sent by a user equipment UE, where the updated BSR is: a BSR updated based on radio channel quality parameters of the UE and a data amount of data to be uploaded to a network side by the UE;
the allocation module is configured to allocate uplink grant information to the UE based on the received BSR;
the updated BSR is determined by:
and updating the uplink buffer area data volume information carried in the BSR to be the preset data volume threshold when the acquired data volume of the data to be uploaded to the network side is larger than the preset data volume threshold and the acquired wireless channel quality parameter of the UE is smaller than the preset parameter threshold.
15. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the allocating module is specifically configured to allocate corresponding uplink grant information to the UE based on the uplink buffer data size information carried in the received BSR.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising a second receiving module, configured to receive data uploaded by the UE after the uplink grant information is allocated to the UE.
