In the operation flow of the scene after the terminal is determined to be closed, referring to fig. 4, after the terminal receives a WIFI module opening message sent by the base station side, the terminal opens the WIFI module according to the message; the terminal feeds back a confirmation message of the opening of the WIFI module to the base station, and the base station sends a notification that the WIFI module of the terminal is in an opening state to a node of the wireless local area network; and the node of the wireless local area network sends a confirmation message of the opening of the WIFI module through the base station. Or after the base station issues the WIFI module to start the person-removing message to the terminal, the terminal directly starts the WIFI module.
The present embodiment may be based on the assumption that there is a direct interface between the WLAN and the cellular network. The main network protocol stack architecture is as shown in fig. 5, and a WLAN node is introduced, which mainly carries data processing tightly coupled with the LTE side. The interface interaction between the WLAN node and the master base station MeNB via the control plane and/or the user plane is shown as Xw/X2-U. In addition, in fig. 5, other functions, such as NAS, RRC, PDCP, application layer, UDP, TCP \ IP, RLC, MAC, PHY, and the like, are the same as those in the prior art, and are not described herein.
By adopting the scheme, the connection state is reported to the wireless local area network based on the connection condition of the terminal and the wireless local area network, and the confirmation or rejection message for opening or disconnecting the wireless local area network is sent to the terminal according to the feedback message of the wireless local area network. Therefore, the connection between the terminal and the wireless local area network can be activated and deactivated at the base station side according to the condition of the network side, so that a large amount of energy consumption caused by continuous monitoring of a WLAN channel by the terminal is reduced.
The integrated module according to the embodiment of the present invention may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as an independent product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a base station, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes. Thus, embodiments of the invention are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (7)

1. A communication function state control method is applied to a base station, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a report message of disconnecting or opening the wireless local area network connection of a terminal, and sending a notification message of disconnecting or opening the wireless local area network connection of the terminal to the wireless local area network;
receiving a feedback message returned by the wireless local area network, wherein the feedback message comprises a confirmation message and a wireless network condition; the wireless network condition comprises one or more combinations of throughput of a wireless local area network, transmission delay of the wireless local area network, the number of access nodes of the wireless local area network and the sending collision rate of data packets of the wireless local area network;
based on the feedback message, sending a confirmation or rejection message for disconnecting or opening the wireless local area network to the terminal;
and if the data which are not transmitted completely exist in the wireless local area network, the base station receives the data which are sent by the node of the wireless local area network and carry the identification information of the terminal, and sends the data to the terminal side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the notification message of disconnection or connection opening of the terminal to the wireless local area network comprises:
sending the message for disconnecting or starting the wireless local area network connection to a node in the wireless local area network connected with the terminal;
or,
and sending the disconnection or opening wireless local area network connection message to a node in a wireless local area network with an interface with the base station.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the terminal sends the message to turn on the wireless local area network, the method further comprises: and the base station sends a message for starting the wireless local area network to the terminal.
4. The method of claim 1,
the reporting message carries: the identification of the wireless local area network node accessed by the terminal and/or the identification of the terminal in the wireless local area network.
5. A base station, characterized in that the base station comprises:
the first information receiving unit is used for receiving a report message of disconnecting or opening the wireless local area network connection of the terminal; receiving a feedback message returned by the wireless local area network, wherein the feedback message comprises a confirmation message and a wireless network condition; the wireless network condition comprises one or more combinations of throughput of a wireless local area network, transmission delay of the wireless local area network, the number of access nodes of the wireless local area network and the sending collision rate of data packets of the wireless local area network;
a first information sending unit, configured to send a wireless local area network connection disconnection or wireless local area network connection start notification message to the terminal;
a first processing unit to: based on the feedback message, sending a confirmation or rejection message for disconnecting or opening the wireless local area network to the terminal; if the data which are not transmitted completely exist in the wireless local area network, the first information receiving unit receives the data which are sent by the node of the wireless local area network and carry the identification information of the terminal, and the first information sending unit sends the data to the terminal side.
6. The base station of claim 5,
the first information sending unit is used for sending the message for disconnecting or starting the wireless local area network connection to a node in the wireless local area network connected with the terminal;
or,
and the first information sending unit is used for sending the disconnection or opening wireless local area network connection message to a node in a wireless local area network with an interface with the base station.
7. The base station of claim 5, wherein the first information sending unit is further configured to send a message for turning on the wireless local area network to the terminal.
