本发明公开了一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳,包括灯具外壳本体和灯板,所述灯具外壳本体一端套接有固定套,所述灯具外壳本体内部镶嵌有灯板,所述灯板上表面设置有安装孔,且安装孔四周粘贴有隔热片,所述灯具外壳本体前表面设置有卡块,所述一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳还包括与该LED七彩节能灯具外壳配套使用的灯罩。本发明中,灯盖利用卡口与灯具外壳本体表面的卡块卡合固定,使得固定和拆卸都十分的方便,便于安装和维修,灯罩上设置有光扩散盖,有效的提高了灯珠的发光效率和照射范围,且更加的节能。

Description

一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳。
背景技术
20世纪60年代,科技工作者利用半导体PN结发光的原理,研制成了LED发光二极管。当时研制的LED,其发光颜色为红色。经过近30年的发展,大家十分熟悉的LED,已能发出红、橙、黄、绿、蓝等多种色光,LED运用冷光源,眩光小,无辐射,使用中不产生有害物质。LED的工作电压低,采用直流驱动方式,超低功耗(单管0.03~0.06W),电光功率转换接近100%,在相同照明效果下比传统光源节能80%以上。LED的环保效益更佳,光谱中没有紫外线和红外线,而且废弃物可回收,没有污染,不含汞元素,可以安全触摸,属于典型的绿色照明光源,受到人们的喜爱。
然而现有的一些LED七彩节能灯具外壳,结构简单,安装固定较为麻烦,且现有的一些LED七彩节能灯具外壳,灯罩的拆卸较为麻烦,使得清理和检修都十分的麻烦,还存在着灯罩的光扩散性较差,散热效果不理想,影响到人们的使用和LED灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳,包括灯具外壳本体和灯板,所述灯具外壳本体一端套接有固定套,所述灯具外壳本体内部镶嵌有灯板,所述灯板上表面设置有安装孔,且安装孔四周粘贴有隔热片,所述灯具外壳本体前表面设置有卡块,所述灯具外壳本体下方焊接有连接块,且连接块下方焊接有固定块,所述一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳还包括与该LED七彩节能灯具外壳配套使用的灯罩,所述灯罩包括卡盖和光扩散灯盖,所述卡盖表面开设有卡口,所述灯具外壳本体底部固定有底盖,且底盖表面设置有散热孔。

所述安装孔共设置有十五个,且十五个安装孔沿水平方向由左向右等距设置在灯板上表面。

本发明中,首先,灯盖利用卡口与灯具外壳本体表面的卡块卡合固定,使得固定和拆卸都十分的方便,便于安装和维修,灯罩上设置有光扩散盖,有效的提高了灯珠的发光效率和照射范围,且更加的节能,其次通过底盖上设置有散热孔,使得该节能灯具外壳,散热效果较好,安装孔四周设置有隔热片,防止LED灯珠的热量损坏灯板,使得该节能灯具外壳可以长期不间断使用,再有通过设置有固定块,固定块表面开设有固定螺母孔一,从而利用固定块固定该节能灯具外壳更加的方便。

参照图1-3,一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳,包括灯具外壳本体2和灯板3,灯具外壳本体2一端套接有固定套1,灯具外壳本体2内部镶嵌有灯板3,灯板3上表面设置有安装孔4,且安装孔4四周粘贴有隔热片5,灯具外壳本体2前表面设置有卡块6,灯具外壳本体2下方焊接有连接块7,且连接块7下方焊接有固定块9,一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳还包括与该LED七彩节能灯具外壳配套使用的灯罩10,灯罩10包括卡盖11和光扩散灯盖13,卡盖11表面开设有卡口12,灯具外壳本体2底部固定有底盖15,且底盖15表面设置有散热孔16。
安装孔4共设置有十五个,且十五个安装孔4沿水平方向由左向右等距设置在灯板3上表面,固定块9共设置有四个,且四个固定块9对称焊接在灯具外壳本体2下表面,固定块9上表面开设有固定螺母孔一8,固定螺母孔一8共设置有八个,且八个固定螺母孔一分别对称开设在四个固定块9上,底盖15上表面开设有固定螺母孔二14,固定螺母孔二14共设置有四个,且四个固定螺母孔二14分别开设在底盖15四个拐角处。
工作原理:该LED七彩节能灯具外壳使用时,首先利用安装孔4,安装好七彩LED灯珠,此时将灯罩10表面的卡口12对准灯具外壳本体2表面的卡块6,卡接好,此时便完成了灯罩10的安装,然后通过固定块9表面的固定螺母孔一8,将该LED七彩节能灯具外壳固定在指定的位置,此时连接好电源,便可以使用了,整个装置完整运行。

1.一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳,包括灯具外壳本体(2)和灯板(3),其特征在于,所述灯具外壳本体(2)一端套接有固定套(1),所述灯具外壳本体(2)内部镶嵌有灯板(3),所述灯板(3)上表面设置有安装孔(4),且安装孔(4)四周粘贴有隔热片(5),所述灯具外壳本体(2)前表面设置有卡块(6),所述灯具外壳本体(2)下方焊接有连接块(7),且连接块(7)下方焊接有固定块(9),所述一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳还包括与该LED七彩节能灯具外壳配套使用的灯罩(10),所述灯罩(10)包括卡盖(11)和光扩散灯盖(13),所述卡盖(11)表面开设有卡口(12),所述灯具外壳本体(2)底部固定有底盖(15),且底盖(15)表面设置有散热孔(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED七彩节能灯具外壳,其特征在于,所述安装孔(4)共设置有十五个,且十五个安装孔(4)沿水平方向由左向右等距设置在灯板(3)上表面。
