Abstract

一种中国特色的三嫁房，这是将现有的草房、瓦房与平顶房三种房顶巧妙地嫁接为一体的一种新型房顶，它既吸收了草房顶的隔热保温冬暖夏凉及瓦房与平顶房的坚固延年美观大方的优点，同时又克服了草房顶的丑看不延年及瓦房与平顶房的冬冷夏热的致命缺点，普遍受到广大群众的欢迎。这种三嫁房是由特制的棒、笆、瓦三种材料建成，为推广普及这种房顶，只需一家企业造出能生产这种等梯棒、茶盘笆、长挂瓦的三种机器销售到全国各地的水泥构件厂即可。

中国特色的三嫁房
①、技术领域：本发明专利涉及水泥构件的生产技术。
②、背景技术：原来我们的老前辈所住的草房，因房顶是厚厚的草层，它能遮挡夏秋的阳光暴晒及冬春的严寒侵袭，被大家称之为冬暖夏凉，所以住人非常舒适有益于人们的身心健康，但由于它存在丑看而又不延年的缺点，故早已被淘汰。当今已全部换成了坚固延年美观大方的瓦房或平顶房了，并且还在房顶内增加了一层水泥隔热楼板。又因水泥楼板的隔热性能不太好，所以效果很不理想，仍然是冬冷夏热现象比较严重。这个问题应如何解决呢？
③、发明内容：本项专利就是针对上述问题提出的一种解决办法：房顶都是由棒、笆、瓦三种配件建成的，故需将现有棒、笆、瓦进行改进，即改用等梯棒、茶盘笆、长挂瓦来建造。
等梯棒：如图1所示，棒的底部是一个等腰梯形；
茶盘笆：如图2所示，笆的横截面和茶盘的横截面完全相同；
长挂瓦：如图3所示，瓦的长度可取56厘米左右，背面上端带有挂钩。
建房顺序：首先按50-52厘米的距离将棒固定牢，对于棒的等距固定要求特别严格，这种棒的摆放一律都要和脊棒一样，头对着头而绝对不能交错摆放，只要棒距完全符合标准，笆的摆放就容易了，摆完了笆板，放满隔热保温材料(这时能增盖一层防潮膜更好)，挂上瓦，房顶就全部完工。
该房顶与现有房顶相比有如下优点：
(1)、永不返修：因瓦片带有挂钩，钩在棒上，所以才可永不下滑，永不脱节，永不漏雨，永不需修理。
(2)、冬暖夏凉：因有隔热保温层，可遮挡冬春的寒气侵袭及夏秋的阳光暴晒。
(3)、内表平整美观：室内没法居住老鼠及鸟类。
(4)、造价低，可节省一层楼板。
(5)、房顶重量减轻有益于坚固延年等。

⑤、具体实施方式：
这个技术和设备都很简单，只需有眼力的企业家花几十万元投资，就可把这种房顶特制的棒笆瓦三种建材机器造出来了，然后向全国各地的水泥构件厂销售即可。
在图4中，两个屋面之间的夹角叫起架，这个“起架”是建筑工程中的一个术语，夹角越大房顶越坡，夹角越小房顶越陡。该图的上部实线表示50(应读五零)起架，下部的虚线表示25(应读二五)起架。房顶的陡与坡各有利弊。
