(3) When the sensors respectively detect the small steel balls, the springs and the large steel balls, the feeding air cylinder is started and drives the press-in seat to move towards the aluminum pump cover, so that the springs and the steel balls fall into the conveying slide way and are positioned at the front end of the push rod, and then the stop rod retracts to enable the small steel balls to fall into the conveying slide way;
(4) The material detection cylinder is started, the push rod is driven to push the small steel balls, the springs and the front ends of the large steel balls into a pressure release valve hole of the aluminum pump cover, the displacement sensor detects the displacement value of the push rod, and if the displacement value of the displacement sensor is inconsistent with a set value, the quantity of the large steel balls in the conveying slide way is not correct, and the alarm module is triggered;
(5) The air inlet pipe leads 0.3Mpa of air pressure towards the pressure release valve hole of the aluminum pump cover, if the air pressure value detected by the air flow detector is 0.2-0.24 Mpa and can be kept, the quantity of the small steel balls, the spring and the large steel balls is correct; if the air pressure value of the air flow detection meter is lower than 0.1Mpa, the number of the small steel balls, the number of the springs and the number of the steel balls are not aligned, and an alarm module is triggered;
(6) The oil cylinder drives the push rod to move towards the aluminum pump cover, the large steel balls are completely pressed into a pressure release valve hole of the aluminum pump cover, if the load sensor detects that the pressure value of the oil cylinder is inconsistent with a set value, the number of the large steel balls is not correct, and the alarm module is triggered;
(7) And (5) replacing the new aluminum pump cover, and repeating the steps (1) to (6).

(4) The material detection cylinder is started, the push rod is driven to push the small steel balls, the springs and the front ends of the large steel balls into a pressure release valve hole of the aluminum pump cover, the displacement sensor detects the displacement value of the push rod, and if the displacement value of the displacement sensor is inconsistent with a set value, the quantity of the large steel balls in the conveying slide way is not correct, and the alarm module is triggered;
