下面通过具体试验来说明本实施例保健酒的功效。
试验例1
选取健康雄性小鼠40只，体重18-20g，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组20只，对照组灌胃给予生理盐水2ml/只，试验组灌胃给予本实施例制备的保健酒2ml/只。对于各组小鼠，均采用肌肉注射氢化可的松，给药量为25mg/kg，连续给药3天，造成肾阳虚证模型。各组在造模前7天即开始灌胃给予相应的药物，每天给药2次，一直持续给药至造模后4天。于最后1次给药当天，记录各小鼠给药前后的体重变化，各小鼠10min内自由活动次数，低温游泳时间，其中，水温6-8℃，小鼠下沉6秒不能冲出水面为无力游泳的指标。
试验组的试验结果为：净增体重（3.2±0.6g）、自由活动次数（3±1次）、低温游泳时间（250±10s）。对照组的试验结果为：净增体重（1.5±0.3g）、自由活动次数（2±1次）、低温游泳时间（180±10s）。其中，各试验结果均为各组小鼠的平均值。
根据试验结果，可以看出本实施例保健酒可延缓氢化可的松所致的小鼠体重下降趋势，增加小鼠自主活动次数，延长小鼠低温游泳时间，具有一定的温补肾阳的作用。
试验例2
选取100例受试者，受试者均为肾阳虚证，临床诊断为精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛。受试者每天两次饮用15ml本实施例制备的保健酒，连续饮用3个月，观察受试者的状况。
疗效判断标准：显效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状消失；有效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状减轻；无效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状无明显改善。
试验结果：显效3人，有效75人，无效22人。根据试验结果，可以看出本实施例制备的保健酒具有温补肾阳的功效。
实施例2
温补肾阳的保健酒由以下组分用酒泡制而成：肉苁蓉、北芪、党参、牛七、杜仲、续断、首乌、玉竹、巴戟、龟板、鳖甲、五味子、金樱子、菟丝子、蛇床子、女贞子、益智子、覆盆子、杞子、红枣、山萸肉、元肉、锁阳。
上述各组分按重量份计：肉苁蓉20份、北芪20份、党参105份、牛七40份、杜仲10份、续断20份、首乌55份、玉竹35份、巴戟25份、龟板45份、鳖甲55份、五味子30份、金樱子40份、菟丝子15份、蛇床子25份、女贞子60份、益智子25份、覆盆子25份、杞子55份、红枣260份、山萸肉25份、元肉25份、锁阳35份。
在本实施例中，保健酒的制备方法包括以下步骤：
A. 按重量份称取用于制备保健酒的中药材。
在其他实施例中，也可对称取的中药材进行粉碎处理。
B. 将称取的中药材放入酒中进行浸提，浸提时间为55-65天。
在本实施例中，酒为50-55度的米酒，其重量份为1000份，浸提时间优选60天。
C. 浸提结束后，过滤取上清液，获取的上清液即为制备完成的保健酒。
下面通过具体试验来说明本实施例保健酒的功效。
试验例1

根据试验结果，可以看出本实施例保健酒可延缓氢化可的松所致的小鼠体重下降趋势，增加小鼠自主活动次数，延长小鼠低温游泳时间，具有一定的温补肾阳的作用。
试验例2
选取100例受试者，受试者均为肾阳虚证，临床诊断为精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛。受试者每天两次饮用15ml本实施例制备的保健酒，连续饮用3个月，观察受试者的状况。
疗效判断标准：显效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状消失；有效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状减轻；无效，精神不振、腰腿酸痛、关节疼痛症状无明显改善。
试验结果：显效2人，有效74人，无效24人。根据试验结果，可以看出本实施例制备的保健酒具有温补肾阳的功效。

1.一种温补肾阳的保健酒，其特征在于，由以下组分用酒泡制而成：肉苁蓉、北芪、党参、牛七、杜仲、续断、首乌、玉竹、巴戟、龟板、鳖甲、五味子、金樱子、菟丝子、蛇床子、女贞子、益智子、覆盆子、杞子、红枣、山萸肉、元肉、锁阳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温补肾阳的保健酒，其特征在于，所述保健酒由以下重量份的组分用酒泡制而成：肉苁蓉20-40份、北芪20-40份、党参95-105份、牛七20-40份、杜仲10-30份、续断20-40份、首乌45-55份、玉竹25-35份、巴戟25-35份、龟板45-55份、鳖甲45-55份、五味子20-30份、金樱子40-60份、菟丝子15-25份、蛇床子15-25份、女贞子40-60份、益智子25-35份、覆盆子25-35份、杞子45-55份、红枣240-260份、山萸肉25-35份、元肉25-35份、锁阳25-35份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的温补肾阳的保健酒，其特征在于，所述保健酒由以下重量份的组分用酒泡制而成：肉苁蓉30份、北芪30份、党参100份、牛七30份、杜仲20份、续断30份、首乌50份、玉竹30份、巴戟30份、龟板50份、鳖甲50份、五味子25份、金樱子50份、菟丝子20份、蛇床子20份、女贞子50份、益智子30份、覆盆子30份、杞子50份、红枣250份、山萸肉30份、元肉30份、锁阳30份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的温补肾阳的保健酒，其特征在于，用于泡制药材的酒为米酒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的温补肾阳的保健酒，其特征在于，所述米酒的度数为50-55度。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的保健酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
按比例称取各组分，在酒中浸泡55-65天，过滤后取上清液，保健酒制备完成，其中，酒的重量份为900-1100。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述酒为米酒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述米酒的度数为50-55度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述浸泡时间为60天。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述酒的重量份为1000。
