Abstract

the feed additive comprises vitamins and a polygonatum sibiricum extract obtained by adopting the polygonatum sibiricum extract extraction device in claim 1;
wherein the mass ratio of the polygonatum sibiricum extract to the vitamins is 4: 1;
the extraction method of the polygonatum sibiricum extract comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the cleaned and dried rhizome of the polygonatum sibiricum into powder, and sieving the powder with a 80-mesh sieve to obtain polygonatum sibiricum powder;
(2) extracting rhizoma polygonati powder with purified water at 90-100 ℃ for 80min, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrated solution A, and filtering residues A;
(3) drying the filter residue A in an environment of 40-50 ℃ to obtain a filter residue B;
(4) mixing the filter residue B with an ethanol solution according to a volume ratio of 1:5, leaching for 30min, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrated solution B; the mass concentration of the ethanol solution is 85 percent;
(5) mixing the concentrated solution A and the concentrated solution B, and concentrating to obtain extract.
5. An antiviral and growth promoting animal feed as claimed in claim 4, wherein said vitamins include one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2.
