The master station can read the communication effect evaluation and the latest occurrence time record of each concentrator on the meters in the free state for a long time so as to match the concentrator with the meters in the free state for a long time. The table finding process of the concentrator is divided into two stages, the first stage is to carry out continuous table finding with set duration when no table meter in a registration state exists under the name of the concentrator, and the second stage is to change to carry out conventional table finding with set intervals after the first stage is finished. Preferably, the set time period is 24 hours, and the set interval is 1 hour.
The concentrator maintains a file information list of the meter; when the concentrator detects that the meter of the key is not set by the master station within the set time range, the concentrator actively reports the event to the master station. Hereinafter, each aspect of the method of the present invention will be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a networking flow of a master station in the meter reading system ad hoc networking method of the present invention. It substantially comprises the following measures:
1. production information (table numbers, keys and the like) of the meter and the concentrator is imported into the master station in advance, and only the meter and the concentrator which are recorded in the master station are legal devices;
2. after the master station receives an event that the concentrator finds a meter with qualified communication (see step 201: the concentrator 1 finds a new meter), a background task for acquiring a meter list with qualified communication and unqualified communication in the concentrator is generated through a merging and processing event processing flow (step 202) (see step 203: the master station generates a new meter task for reading the concentrator 1);
3. the register (responsible for issuing the order from the master station to the concentrator) executes the background task of obtaining the list of meters which are qualified and unqualified in communication in the concentrator, reads back the list of meters which are qualified in communication in the concentrator (see step 204), and gives the list to the process of binding the meters and the concentrator in the master station for processing;
4. a process of finding a new table in the concentrator, generating a task of registering the table in the concentrator, and checking whether another concentrator is corresponding to the table (see step 205), if so, generating an event that the table is registered by other concentrators, reporting to the master station (see step 206), and generating a task of deleting the table file in the original concentrator and registering the table in the concentrator, and if the table is not found in the master station, reporting the found event that the table is illegal;
5. the registrar performs the task of registering the meter in the concentrator so that the concentrator 1 registers a new meter (see step 207), and, after success, performs a process of binding the meter and the concentrator in the master station and updates the task status (see step 208);
6. the registrar performs the task of logging off the meters in the concentrator (see step 209), and after success, performs a process of binding the meters and the concentrator in the master station (see step 210), and updates the task status.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a networking flow of a master station in the meter reading system ad hoc networking method of the present invention. It substantially comprises the following steps:
1. as long as the concentrator detects that the meter information is empty (see step 301), starting a process of continuously searching the meter for 24 hours (see step 302), and recording the starting execution time, wherein only the process of searching the meter and the receiving of the uplink command are carried out during the process, and other tasks are all terminated;
2. the concentrator evaluates the communication effect of the found meter, and the Ping takes multiple rounds, and enlarges the time interval between each round to avoid the contingency;
3. triggering the concentrator to send an event report condition that the concentrator finds a meter with qualified communication (see step 303): the concentrator detects whether the meter list which is qualified in communication in the concentrator has a meter which is not provided with the key by the master station every day, if so, the concentrator actively reports an event that the concentrator finds the meter which is qualified in communication once (see step 304); specifically, when a new table is found, the table is reported and sent over half an hour (see step 305), and the process is controlled by the concentrator;
4. after continuously searching the table for 24 hours, the concentrator enters a conventional table searching state (see step 306, once every hour) so as to ensure that the concentrator can find and report to the master station in time after a new table is accessed into the network; it can be seen that the concentrator needs to have several life cycles to control, the following are several time points: the concentrator full table-finding process is carried out for 0-24 hours; a table finding process every hour for more than 24 hours; the meter with unqualified communication success rate after the Ping rounds is counted, and the concentrator release meter is counted as a free meter;
5. after receiving the archive setting command (key, data reading option and other parameters) of the master station to the meters, the concentrator sets the corresponding meters in the meter list qualified in communication in the concentrator to a non-reporting state and maintains a meter archive information list (see step 307);
6. the master station can intervene in the starting/stopping of the process of the concentrator table finding;
7. if the meter in the meter list with unqualified communication in the concentrator can not be contacted in more than x minutes, the meter is marked as lost connection and is not in the qualified list;
8. the event that the reporting node which does not have any communication in the meter y minutes in the meter file of the concentrator is unreachable is sent to the master station for processing;
9. the registry meter does not receive any request within 50 (settable) hours, automatically becomes a free meter, and allows the concentrator to re-register;
10. communication effect evaluation algorithm: after the round of table finding is finished, the concentrator needs to test the communication effect of the newly found table and determine which tables are qualified in communication, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
a) testing success rate (success number/total number) by using Ping command, and determining which tables are suitable for the concentrator to manage according to the success rate (Ping is used by default, and table reading numbers, object OBIS lists and the like can be used, because keys are not needed for the communication);
b) the concentrator accumulates the success number and the total number of the historical Ping (), once a certain threshold (adjustable) is reached, for example, 80% of the historical Ping () is regarded as a meter which is qualified for communication, and the meter list which is qualified for communication in the concentrator is marked as a qualified meter;
c) the concentrator detects that a qualified meter exists in a meter list of qualified communication in the concentrator in a certain period (the detection period is at least 30 minutes to avoid avalanche caused by the fact that a task cannot be done), namely, a meter event of qualified communication is reported to a master station;
d) the list read by the master station is a meter list qualified in communication, and meter information is sent to the concentrator;
e) after the concentrator receives the meter information sent by the master station, the meter information which is qualified in communication in the meter list which is qualified in communication in the concentrator is modified, and the meter file information of the concentrator is formally entered;
f) after the table searching process is finished, if the communication success rate of the new table found in the round does not reach the standard, the table needs to be cancelled, and the table is allowed to be registered by other concentrators;
compared with the prior art, the meter reading system ad hoc network method can capture the meter with good communication effect by skillfully setting the meter searching process of the concentrator, so that the meter becomes the register meter under the name of the concentrator, and then the meter and the concentrator under the whole system can automatically form a network by synchronizing the information of the concentrator and the master station, so that the labor cost of system maintenance can be greatly reduced.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can easily make various changes and modifications according to the main concept and spirit of the present invention, so the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
