本发明公开了一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统,包括患者特征信息模块、描述信息关联度计算模块、病情引导模块;患者进入所述患者特征信息模块,对自己病情详实做一个描述输入,将输入结果进行整理,将输入内容导入数据库,建立患者特征信息数据库;所述描述信息关联度计算模块将整理过的患者描述与已有诊疗数据进行关联度计算,建立患者病情描述信息关联度计算模块,并将对比结果整理传递给患者,让患者进行病症详实补充;患者收到所述描述信息关联度计算模块的反馈信息,根据返回结果进行自己的病症补充,将补充内容存入数据库,再次进入所述描述信息关联度计算模块;所述病情引导模块选择相应科室、医生。本发明。

技术领域
本发明涉及引导系统技术领域,特别涉及到基于诊疗数据的引导领域。
背景技术
现今患者就医时,通过自己的主观描述让医生或者挂号员了解简单情况。通过患者的描述得知的内容存在以下问题:(1)患者描述缺乏专业认知,挂号员的理解正确性难以保证,易导致挂号时科室的选择错误;(2)患者通过主观描述很难准确地将自己病情症状传达给医生;(3)单纯描述存在难以表达的领域,例如:疼痛的程度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种让患者清楚了解自己病情症状的引导系统,帮助医生准确了解患者的自身病症,让患者获得对症的医疗帮助。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统,其特征在于:包括患者特征信息模块、描述信息关联度计算模块、病情引导模块;患者进入所述患者特征信息模块,对自己病情详实做一个描述输入,将输入结果进行整理,将输入内容导入数据库,建立患者特征信息数据库;
所述描述信息关联度计算模块将整理过的患者描述与已有诊疗数据进行关联度计算,建立患者病情描述信息关联度计算模块,并将对比结果整理传递给患者,让患者进行病症详实补充;
患者收到所述描述信息关联度计算模块的反馈信息,根据返回结果进行自己的病症补充,将补充内容存入数据库,再次进入所述描述信息关联度计算模块;所述病情引导模块选择相应科室、医生。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:本发明可以帮助患者明确自己的症状,引导患者对自己的病情有一个清晰的了解,帮助挂号员了解患者病情,在对口的科室挂号,帮助医生对患者的病症有正确的认知,并提供正确、合理的医疗服务。

附图1为本发明的一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统示意图,如图1所示,一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统包括患者特征信息模块、描述信息关联度计算模块、病情引导模块;患者进入所述患者特征信息模块,对自己病情详实做一个描述输入,将输入结果进行整理,将输入内容导入数据库,建立患者特征信息数据库;
所述描述信息关联度计算模块将整理过的患者描述与已有诊疗数据进行关联度计算,建立患者病情描述信息关联度计算模块,并将对比结果整理传递给患者,让患者进行病症详实补充;
患者收到所述描述信息关联度计算模块的反馈信息,根据返回结果进行自己的病症补充,将补充内容存入数据库,再次进入所述描述信息关联度计算模块;所述病情引导模块选择相应科室、医生。
本发明根据一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统,选择某病人样品如下:某患者(疲倦、口渴、体重减轻)进入系统,输入了诊疗需求信息——“疲倦、口渴”、“体重减轻”。系统采集此类需求并建立患者特征模型。根据患者模型需求详实“疲倦”、“口渴”、“体重减轻”等术语,与其他患者的病历信息进行关联度计算。推荐出关联度高的病症,引导患者根据自身状况以及关联病症详情补充自身病症,最终得到较为完整、正确的病症内容。
基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种基于诊疗数据的病情引导系统,其特征在于:包括患者特征信息模块、描述信息关联度计算模块、病情引导模块;患者对自己病情详实做一个描述输入,将输入结果进行整理,将输入内容导入数据库,建立患者特征信息数据库;所述描述信息关联度计算模块将整理过的患者描述与已有诊疗数据进行关联度计算,建立患者病情描述信息关联度计算模块,并将对比结果整理传递给患者,让患者进行病症详实补充;患者收到所述描述信息关联度计算模块的反馈信息,根据返回结果进行自己的病症补充,将补充内容存入数据库,再次进入所述描述信息关联度计算模块;病情引导模块选择相应科室、医生。本发明帮助患者明确自己的症状,帮助挂号员了解患者病情。
