技术领域
本发明属于复合纸领域,主要涉及一种电子产品绝缘用双淋淋膜纸。
背景技术
由于纸存在耐水、耐油和导电阻隔性的问题,一般采用表面涂层的方法解决,使得可以用在电子产品绝缘领域。
把聚乙烯(通常所说的PE颗粒原料)经过高温变成液态流状胶水,通过专业滚筒设备涂布在纸的表面,经过冷却设备处理后,流状聚乙烯均匀牢固地和纸复合在一起,称为淋膜纸;覆盖在纸面的PE(聚乙烯)材料具有良好拉伸韧性,因此膜面具有保护产品不受划伤的功能;膜面经水测试,不透气,不透水,具有很好的绝缘、防水、防潮作用,可以用在电子产品的绝缘领域。
但是由聚乙烯淋膜纸生产的纸杯,表面淋膜层聚乙烯塑料不易降解,造成了环境污染。
聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)于20世纪90年代进入材料研究领域,并迅速成为可广泛推广应用的通用型生物降解塑料研究热点之一。PBS力学性能优异,耐热性能好,热变形温度和制品使用温度可以超过100℃。其合成原料来源既可以是石油资源,也可以通过生物资源发酵得到,PBS是目前世界公认的综合性能最好的生物降解塑料。可用于电子产品的临时绝缘使用。

一种电子产品绝缘用双淋淋膜纸,具有原纸层和聚乙烯淋膜层,所述原纸层的双面均有聚乙烯淋膜层,所述淋膜层的聚乙烯膜层的厚度均为15μm( 重量在15克每平方米)。
所述双淋淋膜纸可以是下述结构:所述原纸层具有相对的两个表面,所述聚乙烯淋膜层附着在所述原纸层的两个表面上。
具体实施方式
实施例1 :一种电子产品绝缘用双淋淋膜纸,具有原纸层和聚乙烯淋膜层,原纸层具有相对的两个表面,原纸层的双面均有聚乙烯淋膜层,所述淋膜层的聚乙烯膜层2的厚度均为15μm( 重量在15克每平方米)。所述原纸层可以是各种规格的牛皮纸、铜版纸和文化用纸等。
