技术领域
本发明属于复合纸领域,主要涉及一种电子产品绝缘用聚丙烯淋膜。
背景技术
由于纸存在耐水、耐油和导电阻隔性的问题,一般采用表面涂层的方法解决,使得可以用在电子产品绝缘领域。
把聚丙烯(通常所说的PE颗粒原料)经过高温变成液态流状胶水,通过专业滚筒设备涂布在纸的表面,经过冷却设备处理后,流状聚丙烯均匀牢固地和纸复合在一起,称为淋膜纸;覆盖在纸面的PP(聚丙烯)材料具有良好拉伸韧性,因此膜面具有保护产品不受划伤的功能;膜面经水测试,不透气,不透水,具有很好的防潮作用;膜面可经高周波或者130-200摄氏度的高温后热封,可以用在电子产品的绝缘领域。
在聚丙烯淋膜纸和淋膜离型纸中,因为聚丙烯淋膜的厚度和相容性的原因,PE 层始终不能跟基材即纸张有很好的粘着性,在生产中容易产生剥离而造成生产中断,或在实际使用中产生剥离。工业上未解决此问题,常采用将原纸进行灼烧,或电晕消除其表面杂质而提高塑料和纸张的粘着性,但因塑料和纸张的相似相容性不同,生效甚微。
发明内容
一种电子产品绝缘用聚丙烯淋膜纸,该新结构淋膜纸的原纸层和淋膜层不易产生剥离,且结构简单、易于实施。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电子产品绝缘用聚丙烯淋膜纸,具有原纸层和聚丙烯淋膜层,所述原纸层和聚丙烯淋膜层之间设有粘着层。所述粘着层为水性聚丙烯涂布层,所述水性聚丙烯涂布层的厚度为12μm( 重量一般在12 克每平方米),聚丙烯淋膜层的厚度为13μm( 重量一般在13克每平方米)。
所述电子产品绝缘用聚丙烯淋膜纸可以是下述结构:所述原纸层具有相对的两个表面,所述粘着层具有一层且位于所述原纸层的一个表面上,所述淋膜层具有一层且位于所述粘着层上,所述粘着层粘接所述原纸层的一个表面和所述淋膜层。
本发明的有益效果是:在原纸层和淋膜层之间增设粘着层,由于粘着层的相似相容性介于纸张和塑料之间,因此可以起到粘接原纸层和淋膜层的作用,能够有效避免原纸层和淋膜层相互剥离。
具体实施方式
实施例1 :一种电子产品绝缘用聚丙烯淋膜纸,原纸层1具有相对的两个表面,粘着层2具有一层且位于所述原纸层的一个表面上,淋膜层3具有一层且位于所述粘着层上,所述粘着层2粘接所述原纸层1的一个表面和所述淋膜层3。
其中,所述粘着层为水性( 乳液) 聚丙烯涂布层,水性聚烯烃涂布层的厚度为12μm( 重量一般在12克每平方米)。所述淋膜层为聚丙烯淋膜层,厚度为13μm( 重量一般在13克每平方米)。
