本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其是一种柔软易着色的面料。
背景技术
目前的功能性纤维面料均具有硬度较大,柔软性能较差,而且在染色过程中着色性能差,容易出现色花等情况;会严重影响这类面料的美观度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构合理性能稳定的柔软易着色的面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种柔软易着色的面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维,纬线采用聚丙烯腈纤维,所述的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维的直径为33.4-35.8μm,所述的聚丙烯腈纤维的直径为16.3-16.8μm,所述经线的纤度为103.2-120.1dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为112.2-120.2dtex;经线密度为14.2-16.4根/cm,纬线密度为21.6-24.7根/cm。
本发明所得到的一种柔软易着色的面料,其舒适性、柔软、蓬松、易染色、染色后色彩明亮以及耐用等优点。
