Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车发动机复合防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:乙二醇20~30份;三乙醇胺5~10份;碘化钙20~30份;硅酸钠0.1~0.5份;高锰酸钾1~3份;醋酸锌2~3份;芸苔素0.1~0.5份;醋酸乙烯酯0.3~0.5份;葵二酸1~2份;去离子水10~20份。溶液有粘着、增稠、流动、乳化分散、赋形、保水、保护胶体、薄膜成型、耐酸、耐盐、悬浊等特性,且生理无害,本发明防冻液粘度高,粘度值为8-9MPa·S,挂车效果良好,其冰点在-48℃以下,保证了防冻效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻液,尤其涉及一种汽车发动机复合防冻液。
背景技术
防冻液的全称应该叫防冻冷却液,意为有防冻功能的冷却液。防冻液可以防止在寒冷冬季停车时冷却液结冰而胀裂散热器和冻坏发动机气缸体或盖。但是我们要纠正一个误解,防冻液不仅仅是冬天用的,它应该在全年使用。汽车正常的保养项目中,每行驶一年,需更换发动机防冻液。冬季铁路及公路运输的煤炭和矿粉等散装颗粒货物在车内易冻结,给运输及卸车带来了极大的困难,这样不仅给铁路、港口和煤炭用户造成极大的经济损失,同时也带来了安全隐患。目前实际使用的防冻液,往往粘度偏低,其粘度值通常在3MPa·S左右,往车厢内侧喷洒时,不能稳定地存在于车厢内侧,导致在喷洒的过程中,从而产生冻车的现象,既浪费了防冻液,又严重影响了防冻效果,造成货物的损失。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产成本低、防冻效果好、粘度较大的汽车发动机复合防冻液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种汽车发动机复合防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
乙二醇 20~30 份;
三乙醇胺 5 ~10 份;
碘化钙 20~30份;
硅酸钠 0.1 ~0.5 份;
高锰酸钾 1~3份;
醋酸锌 2~3份;
芸苔素 0.1 ~0.5 份;
醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份;
葵二酸 1~2份;
去离子水 10~20份。
本发明汽车发动机复合防冻液的优点是:溶液有粘着、增稠、流动、乳化分散、赋形、保水、保护胶体、薄膜成型、耐酸、耐盐、悬浊等特性,且生理无害,本发明防冻液粘度高,粘度值为8-9MPa·S,挂车效果良好,其冰点在-48℃以下,保证了防冻效果。

一种汽车发动机复合防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
乙二醇 20~30 份;
三乙醇胺 5 ~10 份;
碘化钙 20~30份;
硅酸钠 0.1 ~0.5 份;
高锰酸钾 1~3份;
醋酸锌 2~3份;
芸苔素 0.1 ~0.5 份;
醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份;
葵二酸 1~2份;
去离子水 10~20份。

1.一种汽车发动机复合防冻液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成份组成:
乙二醇 20~30 份;
三乙醇胺 5 ~10 份;
碘化钙 20~30份;
硅酸钠 0.1 ~0.5 份;
高锰酸钾 1~3份;
醋酸锌 2~3份;
芸苔素 0.1 ~0.5 份;
醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份;
葵二酸 1~2份;
去离子水 10~20份。
