一种环保PVC软管材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂40~80;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10~15;硬脂酸10~20;三氧化二锑0.1~1.5;碘酊 4~5;海藻酸钠 2~4;竹醋粉 0.4~0.6;碳黑1~5;聚碳酸酯10~20;纳米碳酸钙2~4。本发明采用在PVC 树脂中加入热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、增塑剂、热稳定剂、抗静电剂、阻燃剂,增强了PVC软管的耐低温性能、柔韧性、抗静电性能和阻燃性,制备的PVC复合软管综合性能好,不易老化,可运用于低温油,气体或液体的储藏和使用过程中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保PVC软管材料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)为微黄色半透明状,有光泽。透明度优于聚乙烯、聚苯烯,差于聚苯
乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧、手感粘,硬制品的硬度高于低密度聚乙烯,而低于聚丙烯,在屈折处会出现白化现象。聚氯乙烯的性能比较稳定,不易被酸、碱腐蚀,对热比较耐受;具有阻燃、耐化学药品性高、机械强度和电绝缘性能高等优点。
聚氯乙烯(PVC)用于制造各种软硬管材,并被广泛应用到工业、农业和广大居民生
活中。随着社会经济的不断发展,对聚氯乙烯质量的要求也越来越高。现有技术中的聚氯
乙烯软管,常用的PVC 软管的耐低温性能差、脆性大、韧性强度低、抗老化性能差、安全性能低、运输和安装不便,制作成本高,达不到生产和生活的的要求。现有技术中提到一种卫浴洁具用纳米碳酸钙改性螺旋缠绕PVC 软管的组合屋及其制备方法,但是这种材料制得的软
管耐热性能较好,耐低温性能较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耐低温、性能优良、有效提高PVC软管使用寿命的高韧性环保PVC软管材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种环保PVC软管材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 40~80;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 10~15;
硬脂酸 10~20;
三氧化二锑 0.1~1.5;
碘酊 4~5;
海藻酸钠 2~4;
竹醋粉 0.4~0.6;
碳黑 1~5;
聚碳酸酯 10~20;
纳米碳酸钙 2~4。
本发明高韧性环保PVC软管材料的优点是:本发明采用在PVC 树脂中加入热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、增塑剂、热稳定剂、抗静电剂、阻燃剂,增强了PVC 软管的耐低温性能、柔韧性、抗静电性能和阻燃性,制备的PVC 复合软管综合性能好,不易老化,可运用于低温油,气体或液体的储藏和使用过程中。
