Abstract

本发明公开了一种填缝剂配方,涉及建筑材料领域,该填缝剂采用硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石、碳酸钠、火山灰、疏水剂为原料共同粉磨而成。石膏、石灰石具有良好的强度,而硅酸钙和碳酸钠可增加填缝剂的粘合能力,提高了填缝剂的强度。火山灰和疏水剂可提高填缝剂的防风化能力,提高建筑物使用寿命。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体来说涉及一种填缝剂配方。
背景技术
填缝剂是用来填充修补砖缝或墙缝的粘结剂,填缝剂是常用的建筑材料。现有的填缝剂仅仅采用传统的粘结剂和填料混合,导致填缝剂的强度一般,承受冲击力能力不高,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种填缝剂配方,可提高填缝剂的抗冲击能力,提高建筑物使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种填缝剂配方,其特征在于,该填缝剂配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙5~10份、石膏16~22份、石灰石3~15份、碳酸钠12~16份、火山灰6~13份、疏水剂5~8份。
有益效果:该填缝剂采用硅酸钙、石膏、石灰石、碳酸钠、火山灰、疏水剂为原料共同粉磨而成。石膏、石灰石具有良好的强度,而硅酸钙和碳酸钠可增加填缝剂的粘合能力,提高了填缝剂的强度。火山灰和疏水剂可提高填缝剂的防风化能力,提高建筑物使用寿命。

该填缝剂配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙8份、石膏18份、石灰石9份、碳酸钠14份、火山灰9份、疏水剂6份。
实施例3:
该填缝剂配方包括如下重量份数的原料:硅酸钙5份、石膏16份、石灰石15份、碳酸钠16份、火山灰6份、疏水剂8份。
