技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于处理生活污泥和危废污泥的方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展,生活污泥和危废污泥的量也逐年递增。
危废污泥包括电镀污泥、化工污泥及其他各种工业污泥。
现有的用于处理生活污泥和危废污泥的方法一般为污泥填埋技术、污泥堆肥技术和污泥焚烧技术。这三种技术对生活污泥的脱水率仅仅达到60%左右。其中,污泥焚烧技术会造成二次污染,而污泥填埋技术中采用的防渗层是水泥,当水泥破裂后会造成地下水污染。
同时,这三种技术均会排出有毒气体和废渣,对资源的利用和重金属的回收几乎为零,基本不会产生额外的经济效益,即不能做到对生活污泥和危废污泥的无害化、资源化处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于处理生活污泥和危废污泥的方法,做到了对生活污泥和危废污泥的无害化、资源化处理。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于处理生活污泥和危废污泥的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)搅拌脱水:将生活污泥和脱水剂混匀搅拌,通过所述脱水剂使所述生活污泥中的微生物细胞壁破裂,对所述生活污泥进行脱水;
(2)挤压过滤:将脱水后的所述生活污泥挤压过滤成固体状;
(3)高频微波解毒:通过微波分别对固体状的所述生活污泥、危废污泥进行消毒杀菌,将产生的有毒气体导出并收集处理;
(4)混凝配料:均匀混合消毒杀菌后的所述生活污泥和所述危废污泥,并向其中加入辅料形成混合物;
(5)高温干馏碳化:对所述混合物进行高温干馏碳化,织成碳分子网,将所述危废污泥中的重金属颗粒固化在所述碳分子网中,形成碳化混合物;
(6)高温上釉:对所述碳化混合物进行高温上釉,通过釉层包裹所述碳化混合物,形成陶粒。
优选地,在所述步骤(3)之前,将固体状的所述生活污泥破碎成粉状。
优选地,在所述步骤(4)之后,将所述混合物挤压成颗粒状。
优选地,在所述步骤(6)之后,以所述陶粒为骨料配置混凝土。
优选地,在所述步骤(3)中,依次通过红外线、微波、紫外线对所述生活污泥和所述危废污泥进行消毒杀菌。
优选地,在所述步骤(5)中,通过碳化窑对所述混合物进行高温干馏碳化,所述碳化窑中的温度沿所述混合物的送料方向逐渐升高,所述碳化窑中的温度在300℃-600℃之间。
优选地,在所述步骤(6)中,通过上釉窑对所述碳化混合物进行高温琉璃上釉,所述上釉窑中的温度在1100℃-1300℃之间。
优选地,在所述步骤(3)中,将所述有毒气体通过沉灰室之后再进行收集处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
一种用于处理生活污泥和危废污泥的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)搅拌脱水:将生活污泥和脱水剂放入搅拌池中混匀搅拌,通过脱水剂使生活污泥中的微生物细胞壁破裂,对生活污泥进行深度脱水;
(2)挤压过滤:将脱水后的生活污泥和水一起通入压滤机中,通过设置压滤机中的压力参数,将生活污泥挤压过滤成固体状;在本实施例中,通过该压滤机,使生活污泥减量三分之二,达到深度脱水、干化污泥的目的;该步骤对生活污泥的脱水后,其含水率低至45%以下,脱毒。灭菌率达到70%以上;通过压滤机将生活污泥压制成滤饼;
(3)通过滤饼破碎机将生活污泥破碎成粉状和/或小块状;
(4)高频微波解毒:通过微波分别对破碎后的生活污泥和危废污泥进行消毒杀菌,将产生的有毒气体导出并收集处理;依次通过红外线、微波、紫外线分别对破碎后的生活污泥和危废污泥进行消毒杀菌;该步骤的原理是根据红外线、微波、紫外线的消毒杀菌特性,采用高频微波变频技术,对生活污泥和危废污泥的有机分子进行断链式分解,由长分子链变成短分子链,从而改变其有机物分子的结构和化学性质,使有毒气体脱离,达到消毒杀菌的目的,其消毒杀菌效果在90%以上;
(5)毒气处理:将有毒气体通过沉灰室进行灰尘沉降,之后再将有毒气体送入回收处理设备中进行处理;该回收处理设备包括酸碱液洗涤塔,处理方法包括等离子、活性炭、光触媒等技术;
(6)混凝配料:均匀混合消毒杀菌后的生活污泥和危废污泥,并向其中加入辅料形成混合物;在本实施例中,该辅料包括二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁;
(7)按照需要的规格大小将该混合物挤压成颗粒状;
(8)高温干馏碳化:对混合物进行高温干馏碳化,让颗粒状的混合物膨化,织成碳分子网,将危废污泥中的重金属颗粒固化在碳分子网中,形成碳化混合物;固化后的重金属颗粒不会再逸出造成污染;其中,生活污泥用于提供有机酯,便于混合物的膨化;危废污泥用于提供重金属颗粒,以提高碳化混合物的硬度;在本实施例中,通过碳化窑对颗粒状混合物进行高温干馏碳化,该碳化窑中的温度沿颗粒状混合物的送料方向逐渐升高,该碳化窑进料端的温度为300℃,该碳化窑出料端的温度为600℃;
(9)高温上釉:对碳化混合物进行高温上釉,通过釉层包裹碳化混合物,形成陶粒;通过釉层包裹碳化混合物,完全去除了有机污染,使重金属颗粒不会再逸出,达到了永久固化重金属颗粒的目的;在本实施例中,通过上釉窑对碳化混合物进行高温琉璃上釉,该上釉窑中的温度在1100℃-1300℃之间;通过对碳化混合物进行高温琉璃上釉,不仅增强了碳化颗粒的硬度,同时保护了碳分子网;并且降低了吸水性,提高了保温性能;陶粒从上釉窑中输出时,其温度在800℃左右;通过在步骤(6)中加入二氧化硅,增加了陶粒的硬度;通过在步骤(6)中加入三氧化二铝和三氧化二铁,提高了陶粒的防腐性;
(10)以该陶粒为骨料配置轻集料混凝土,这里使用的水可以采用步骤(2)中得到的污水,实现废水的零排放;利用混凝土发泡技术的砌块和成型机制成轻质混凝土砌块和自保温混凝土复合砌块;实现了生活污泥和危废污泥的无害化处理以及资源化利用,变废为宝。
本实施例方法制备的陶粒,其堆积密度为730kg/m³;其筒压强度为6.0Mpa;每小时吸水率仅为5%;软化系数为0.9;粒型系数为1.6。

(4)混凝配料:均匀混合消毒杀菌后的所述生活污泥和所述危废污泥,并向其中加入辅料形成混合物;
(5)高温干馏碳化:对所述混合物进行高温干馏碳化,织成碳分子网,将所述危废污泥中的重金属颗粒固化在所述碳分子网中,形成碳化混合物;
(6)高温上釉:对所述碳化混合物进行高温上釉,通过釉层包裹所述碳化混合物,形成陶粒;
在所述步骤(5)中,通过碳化窑对所述混合物进行高温干馏碳化,所述碳化窑中的温度沿所述混合物的送料方向逐渐升高,所述碳化窑中的温度在300℃-600℃之间;
在所述步骤(4)中,所述辅料包括二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁。
