Abstract
轨道式滚动热交换发动机,膨胀式螺旋热交换发动机,以及滑片式热交换发动机是三种相似的利用发动机腔室中流体相变导致体积的变化,以及应用气体膨胀与收缩产生功率的实用设计。发动机壳体中形成多个工作腔室,每个工作腔室中包含有在预期的温度范围之内的定量的气体和流体。热能通过壳体传导进入到其中的工作腔室中,工作腔室中气压随之变化且工作腔室的体积随着腔室位移的变化而变化。热膨胀或收缩由流体的相变产生,并在每个工作腔室容积变化的过程中产生扭矩做功。
Description
实用、外燃发动机:
蒸汽机和汽轮机利用水沸腾后变为水蒸汽的膨胀比而具有更高的功效率。从水蒸汽产生,再转移到发动机并做有效功的过程分为三个步骤。无法和内燃机中的燃料快速释放出热量的优势相比,在腔室容积变化的过程中,热交换发动机将热能传递到工作腔室中,并利用在可伸缩扩张且可逆的连续和清洁循环中的流体相变而累积气压的变化。
螺杆压缩机、涡旋式压缩机、以及滑片泵都是用于移动或压缩不同材料的已知设备。这些设备都设计有因移动而改变容积的腔室,这也是本发明的必要设计点。本发明的设计改变了压缩机或泵壳体从而便于热能向相邻腔室进行热传导,另外,其他细节的改变创造了一个闭合循环的外燃发动机。该循环以热能改变内部气压,并将这一变化结合每个腔室容积变化过程中的流体相变。流体和气体的类型,以及设定的气体气压都由预期的温度范围所规定。一个典型的循环开始于热量传导进入腔室。由于被加热,气体膨胀,液体沸腾,腔室气压增加、容积增大。每个腔室中增加的气压持续推进转子,同时热能聚集累积,使腔室容积增大,从而在容积变化的过程中分配压力变化以及扭矩输出。当热能被阻止时,减小的气压也会产生扭矩,使得一个闭合循环中产生两个扭矩输出。
Claims (3)
1.一种热交换发动机,其特征在于,包括在壳体中的轴上沿轨道运动、旋转、转动和/或滑动的多个机构部件并形成多个工作腔室,每个所述工作腔室内有连续的周期循环,每个所述形成的工作腔室具有闭合的边界以及可增大或减小的容积,且所述工作腔室可移动;当多个所述机构部件以转动轴为轴心旋转或转动并带动多个所述工作腔室移动,任一所述工作腔室相邻于热能传导界面时,热量从工作腔室传导导入和/或导出,每个所述工作腔室中包含有预先设定的气体和/或蒸汽,且平衡的容积中还包含有流体。
2.一种操作如权利要求1所述的热交换发动机的方法,其特征在于,包括:
a)允许或拒绝热能传导进入到所述壳体中相邻的多个所述工作腔室中,通过热能增大或减小每个所述工作腔室的气压,在所述增大或减小容积变化过程中,气压的累积变化使得每个所述形成的工作腔室和其可移动机构部件移动;以及
b)在热能传导使温度和气压增大或减小的同时,在每个工作腔室的容积、温度和气压的变化过程中,指定的流体相变将促使每个所述工作腔室内的气压变化。
3.一种对权利要求1所述的热交换发动机壳体中的每一膨胀和/或收缩腔室进行分隔、形成边界、密封及移动的设计方法,其特征在于,包括:
a)多个适配的相互作用的螺旋件;或
b)多个适配的相互作用的可变螺距螺旋转子;或
c)一个设置有多个滑动叶片或相似分隔部件的转子。
