Meanwhile, the sealed shell 3, the loudspeaker unit 2 and the module lower shell 1 form a sealed rear sound cavity, the sealed shell 31 and the module upper shell 4 form a front sound cavity, the front sound cavity is connected with a sound outlet channel, when water and air enter the front sound cavity from the sound outlet channel, the sealing property of the rear sound cavity is improved due to the arrangement of the sealed shell 31, so that the water and the air cannot directly enter the rear sound cavity from the bonding part of the vibrating diaphragm and the module upper shell 4, and the sealing property of the loudspeaker module is improved.
Further, the module upper case 4 is provided with a support table 41 and a positioning table 42 disposed around the support table 41, and the height of the positioning table 41 is lower than the height of the support table 41. The speaker unit 2 is fixed to the support table 41, the seal case 3 is fixed to the positioning table 41, one end of the avoiding portion 31 is fixed to the positioning table 42, and the other end extends obliquely to a portion of the module upper case 4 above the side sound outlet hole 43.
Specifically, the speaker module includes a module upper case 4 and a module lower case 1, wherein the module upper case 4 and the module lower case 1 form an inner cavity, and the speaker unit 2 is accommodated in the inner cavity. The module upper case 4 is provided with a support table 41 and a positioning table 42 provided around the support table 41, the positioning table 42 being provided around the support table 41 and having a height smaller than that of the support table 41. A sealing shell 3 is fixedly connected to the positioning table 41, and the sealing shell 3 is sleeved on the periphery of one side, close to the vibrating diaphragm, of the speaker unit 2. The inclined extension structure of the avoidance portion 31 can ensure that the side sound outlet 43 is not blocked by the seal case 3, and ensure the smoothness of the sound outlet channel.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sealing shell 3 and the positioning table 42 of the module upper shell 4 may be fixedly connected by means of gluing, hot melting or ultrasonic. When the sealing shell 3 is fixedly connected with the module upper shell 4 in a hot melting manner, a raised hot melting column can be arranged on the sealing shell 3, a melt adhesive groove is arranged at the position of the positioning table 42 of the module upper shell 4 corresponding to the hot melting column, and in the hot melting process, the melt adhesive melted by the hot melting column is contained in the melt adhesive groove so as to ensure the sealing connection between the sealing shell 3 and the module upper shell 4.
In order to facilitate assembly of the speaker module, considering dimensional tolerance of each component, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, a certain gap is provided between the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2, which not only can simplify assembly of the sealing shell 3, but also can enable glue between the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2 to be fixedly connected to fill the whole gap, thereby ensuring reliable sealing between the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2 and preventing dust particles and water vapor and other pollutants in air from entering into a rear acoustic cavity or product of the speaker module.
In addition, in order to simplify the glue sealing operation between the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2, the pouring of glue is facilitated, the pouring volume of the glue is increased, a chamfer 32 inclined towards one side far away from the speaker unit 2 is arranged at one end of the positioning table 42 of the sealing shell 3 far away from the module upper shell 4, the chamfer 32 forms a glue pouring opening for pouring the glue, the glue for fixing the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2 is poured into a gap through the chamfer 32, redundant glue is contained in the chamfer 32, the speaker module is prevented from being overflowed and polluted, namely, the glue is poured into the gap through the chamfer 32, and the gap is filled, so that the sealing shell 3 and the speaker unit 2 form sealing.
It should be noted that the seal case 3 and the speaker unit 2 may be sealed by other means, for example, a double-sided tape, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the speaker unit 2 includes a vibration system (not shown in the figure) and a magnetic circuit system (not shown in the figure) which are disposed correspondingly; the vibration system comprises a vibration film and a voice coil adhered and fixed on one side of the vibration film, wherein the vibration film further comprises a fixing part, a folding ring part and a reinforcing part which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke, a magnet and a washer which are sequentially contained in the magnetic yoke, when the loudspeaker unit 2 is fixedly connected with the module upper shell 4, one side of the fixing part, which is far away from the magnetic circuit system, is stuck and fixed on a supporting table 41 of the module upper shell 4, and the peripheral side walls of the magnet and the washer are stuck and fixed with the sealing shell 3 through glue.
In addition, the speaker module further comprises an electric connector (not shown in the figure) for connecting an internal circuit and an external circuit of the speaker module, one end of the electric connector is communicated with the voice coil, the other end of the electric connector is communicated with the external circuit of the speaker module, and further, the voice coil is communicated with the external circuit through the electric connector, when the voice coil in a magnetic field has an audio current to flow through, the voice coil can be subjected to an alternating driving force to generate alternating motion, so that the vibrating diaphragm is driven to vibrate, and air is repeatedly pushed to generate sound. Among them, the electric connector may employ FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board ).
The assembly process of the loudspeaker module mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, gluing on a supporting table 41 of a module upper shell 4, and adhering and fixing a speaker unit 2 on the glued supporting table 41 to seal the speaker unit 2 and the module upper shell 4; then, glue is coated on a positioning table 42 surrounding the supporting table 41, the sealing shell 3 is sleeved outside the loudspeaker unit 2, and the upper end face (the end far away from the chamfer) of the sealing shell 3 is stuck and fixed on the positioning table 42 so as to seal the sealing shell 3 and the module upper shell 4; secondly, glue is filled into a gap between the sealing shell 3 and the loudspeaker monomer 2 through a chamfer 32 of the sealing shell 3, so that the sealing between the loudspeaker monomer 2 and the sealing shell 3 is realized; finally, the module lower shell and the module upper shell 4 are assembled to form a speaker module whole.
Corresponding to the speaker module, the invention also provides an electronic device, which comprises the speaker module and the sealing shell structure of the speaker module, and can effectively prevent pollutants such as water, gas and the like from entering a rear sound cavity of the speaker module or the inside of the electronic device, so that the waterproof performance of the electronic device is ensured to be stable and reliable.
