Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 3, the present invention discloses a customizable organization asset management system and method, which can automatically and directly apply a defined organization asset template to an actual project, and simultaneously, project data expanded and stored by project activities can be used as a basis for updating an improved organization asset library, and the system automatically extracts the project data to directly generate an organization asset library template. The flow chart of the present invention is shown in fig. 3.
The customizable organization asset management system comprises an organization asset library template customizing module 001, an organization asset library implementing module 002 and an organization asset layer template automatic generating module 003.
Organization asset library template customization module
The organization asset library template customization module 001 is used for completing customization of the organization asset library template, and the template content of the organization asset library comprises: workflow customization, FOG data customization, document template customization, software lifecycle customization, and other customizations.
The invention provides a complete set of organization asset library system, which comprises work flow customization, software life cycle customization, FOG data customization, document template customization and other customizations, as shown in figure 4. The organization asset library template customization module 001 comprises an FOG data customization unit MOD-01, a document template customization unit MOD-02, a workflow customization unit MOD-03, a software life cycle customization unit MOD-04 and other customization units MOD-05. The system divides software life cycle data into FOG data with smaller granularity units, and forms various data of software research and development full life cycle, including data of various engineering documents, management documents and the like, through the disassembly and combination of the FOG data. The free customization software develops the full life cycle data and can meet the requirement of establishing a complete organization asset library. The FOG data customization process is shown in fig. 6, and specifically includes the following steps:

The FOG data is managed by customizing a tree-like directory structure, and the itemized FOG data is managed by a classification structure and displayed in a related document in the hierarchical structure. The invention can customize the flow document template generated in the MOD-03 working flow and can customize the document template of the engineering document data required to be compiled and generated in MOD-04.
The method is characterized in that a universal style file for defining document templates is used for defining the uniform style of all document templates, including the format sizes of paragraphs, spaces, graphs, tables, titles and the like. Each document has an independent document template, in which the FOG data can be configured in a domain code manner.
