Description

Material management method and system
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of material informatization management, and in particular relates to a material management method and a material management system.
Background
In the production of products or engineering construction of an enterprise, materials required for a project are usually stored in warehouses or storehouses. When the materials are put in storage, the materials are required to be frozen on the project so as to prevent other projects from using the materials. In the course of project proceeding, the used materials are tracked after being delivered from the warehouse, for example, the project information of the materials is obtained.
In the related technology, a two-dimensional code is pasted on a material when the material is put in storage, the two-dimensional code comprises a unique identification code of the material and attributive project number information, and the one-to-one corresponding relation between the material and the attributive project can be stored in a database of an enterprise management system by scanning the two-dimensional code. Therefore, the materials can be frozen to the belonged items, and the later tracking of the materials can be carried out.
However, the following problems still exist in the related art: when the borrowing and lending situation of the material occurs in the process of performing more than two projects, at the moment, the corresponding relation between the material and the belonged project needs to be adjusted on an enterprise management system, the material needs to be found in a storehouse and replaced by a new two-dimensional code in actual operation, and the corresponding relation between the corresponding material and the belonged project is modified in the system, so that the operation related to the borrowing and lending of the material and the modification process of system data are too complicated. In addition, when the materials to which one project belongs are taken out of the warehouse, the materials are not easy to search, when the quantity of the same type of materials in the warehouse is large, the time for finding the materials corresponding to the project is long, and when the types of the materials related to one project are large, the efficiency of taking out of the warehouse is low.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution to improve one or more of the problems in the above solutions.
It is to be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the present disclosure, and thus may include information that does not constitute prior art known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the present disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The example embodiment first provides a material management method, which may be applied to a server. Referring to fig. 1, the material management method may include:
step S101, when a borrowing request of a first item for borrowing materials from a second item is received, responding to the borrowing request to determine the material category to which the materials belong;
step S102, judging whether the number of the materials under the material type to which the second item belongs, which is recorded currently, is zero or not according to the determined material type;
step S103, if the number of the materials in the material category to which the second item belongs is not zero, subtracting one from the number of the materials in the material category to which the first item belongs, and adding one to the number of the materials in the material category to which the first item belongs.
According to the material management method, on one hand, when the materials are put in storage, two-dimensional codes do not need to be pasted, the materials are frozen to the belonged items, and the method is realized by changing the material number in the items to which the materials belong in the system, so that the operation and system data modification processes related to borrowing and borrowing of the materials are simplified. On the other hand, convenience is provided for borrowing and lending operation of materials when a plurality of projects are carried out in enterprise material management, and the efficiency of delivering the project materials out of the warehouse is improved.
Hereinafter, the respective steps of the above-described method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
In step S101, when a borrowing request for borrowing materials from a first item to a second item is received, the borrowing request is responded to determine a material category to which the materials belong.
In this example embodiment, the first project and the second project may be engineering construction projects or enterprise-product production projects. Each item may use multiple categories of materials, each category of materials may in turn include multiple specific materials. When a project is running and a material needed by the project is temporarily unavailable, another project can be applied to use the same material of the other project.
In step S102, according to the determined material category, it is determined whether the number of materials of the material under the material category to which the second item belongs, which is currently recorded, is zero. That is, it is determined whether there is a material borrowed from the first item in the materials to which the second item belongs, and the material may be lent in some cases.
Referring to fig. 2, when there is no borrowed material of the first item in the materials to which the second item belongs, in an exemplary embodiment, the method may further include:
step S104: and when the number of the materials under the material category to which the second item belongs is judged to be zero, displaying information for indicating that the materials cannot be lent.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the information indicating that the material cannot be lent may be a text message, a sound message, or the like, and the present exemplary embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. In this way, when there is no borrowed material of the first item in the materials to which the second item belongs, a prompt can be given.
In step S103, if the number of materials of the material under the material category to which the second item belongs is not zero, the number of materials of the material under the material category to which the second item belongs is decreased by one, and the number of materials of the material under the material category to which the first item belongs is increased by one.
In the exemplary embodiment, the material can be frozen to the belonged item by changing the number of the material in the item to which the material belongs in the system, that is, the material and the corresponding item are automatically associated, so that the two-dimensional code on the material is not required to be changed in a warehouse, and the operation and system data modification process related to borrowing and borrowing of the material is simplified.
Referring to fig. 3, in an exemplary embodiment, the method may further include:
step S105: and when the material number of the material under the material category to which the second item belongs is zero after being reduced by one, deleting at least one of the information of the material category and the information of the material to which the second item belongs. That is, after a material to which the second item belongs is borrowed and used by the first item, the material does not exist in the second item, and at this time, information related to the material needs to be deleted, so that the storage space is saved, and the corresponding relationship between each material and the belonged item is updated in time.
For example, referring to fig. 5, a material borrowing process is described by taking material borrowing as an example, which is as follows:
step 301: the project 1 application borrows a material a from project 2.
Step 302: checking the number m of the materials under the material A in the frozen materials of the item 2 in the system, and if m > is 1, borrowing the materials, wherein the staff can go to a warehouse to take the corresponding materials; if m <1, the information which cannot be lent is prompted, such as prompting information of characters, voice and the like.
Step 303: when item 2 can lend material a, the freezing number of material a (i.e., number of materials, the same below) to which item 2 belongs in the system is reduced by one. At this time, if the freezing number is 0, the freezing information on the material a in the item 2 is deleted.
Step 304: and modifying the freezing number of the material A on the item 1 in the system, and adding one to the freezing number of the material A to which the item 1 belongs.
Referring to fig. 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the method may further include the following steps S106 to S107. Wherein:
step S106, after adding one to the material number of the material under the material category to which the first item belongs, when receiving a material ex-warehouse application of the first item, providing an ex-warehouse material table of the first item.
That is, after borrowing the materials, the materials in the first project inventory need to be delivered for production or construction, and at this time, the actual materials needed by the first project are provided to form a delivery material table.
S107, comparing the ex-warehouse material table with the material freezing table of the first item, and allowing the material of the first item to be ex-warehouse when the number of ex-warehouse materials under each material type in the ex-warehouse material table is less than or equal to the corresponding number of materials in the material freezing table; and recording each material type of the current first item and the material number of the material under each material type in the material freezing table.
When the materials are delivered from the warehouse, whether the materials to be delivered exist in the materials (namely the materials stored currently) to which the first item belongs and which are recorded currently in the system are required to be compared, whether the quantity of the required materials is enough is required, and otherwise, the delivery conditions cannot be met.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the preparation process before the material is delivered from the warehouse may include the following steps:
step 401: item 1 applies for material ex-warehouse and provides an ex-warehouse material list.
Step 402: and comparing the ex-warehouse material list with the item 1 material freezing list, and if the ex-warehouse number of the materials is larger than the freezing number of the materials in the item 1 material freezing list, failing to ex-warehouse.
Step 403: and when the ex-warehouse number of all the materials in the item 1 is less than or equal to the freezing number in the material freezing list of the item 1, allowing ex-warehouse. At the moment, related personnel can take the materials from the warehouse according to the type and the number of the materials discharged from the warehouse.
The process of discharging the materials is explained below. On the basis of the above embodiment, in the present exemplary embodiment, the method may further include the following steps 201 to 203. Wherein:
step 201: and generating a two-dimensional code according to the project identification information of the first project and the material identification information of each material belonging to the first project. For example, the item identification information may be an item unique code and the material identification information may be a material unique code.
Step 202: and attaching the generated two-dimensional code to each corresponding material.
Step 203: after allowing the materials of the first project to be delivered from the warehouse, scanning the two-dimensional codes on the materials, modifying the existing material number and the delivery number of the materials in the first project according to the material identification information obtained by scanning the two-dimensional codes, and simultaneously recording the one-to-one corresponding relation between the materials and the first project in a database in association with the project identification information obtained by scanning the two-dimensional codes.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the process of discharging the material may include the following steps:
step 404: and generating a two-dimensional code according to the project code of the project 1 and the material code of each material, and attaching the generated two-dimensional code to the corresponding material.
Step 405: scanning the two-dimensional code on each material to carry out material delivery operation, and modifying the existing freezing number and delivery number of each material on the item 1 in the system according to the information obtained by scanning; meanwhile, the corresponding relation between each material code and the item 1 can be recorded in a system database. Wherein, the existing freezing number is the difference value of the original freezing number minus the ex-warehouse number.
In the exemplary embodiment, when the item material is put in storage, the two-dimensional code is not pasted on the material, the freezing of the material to the item is realized by modifying the freezing number of the material to which the item in the system belongs, only the number of the frozen materials is recorded, and the material number of the material contained in the item is not recorded. And when the materials to which the project belongs are taken out of the warehouse, the materials are taken according to the number of the frozen materials of the project, then the two-dimensional codes are attached to the materials to be scanned out of the warehouse, and the material codes and the project codes are associated in the system. If an item does not have information about the freezing of the type of material, the type of material is not allowed to be allocated to the item when the type of material is delivered from the warehouse.
Therefore, the borrowing and lending of the materials in the process of carrying out the project only needs to adjust the frozen material number of the project in the system, and the adjustment is not needed in the warehouse. The project materials can be taken out of the warehouse at will, the relationship between the materials and the project is determined after the two-dimensional codes are attached, and the materials can be tracked in the later period. The material management method in the exemplary embodiment simplifies the material borrowing and lending and material delivery processes in project management, provides convenience for material borrowing and lending operation, and improves the delivery efficiency of project materials.
It should be noted that although the various steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc. Additionally, it will also be readily appreciated that the steps may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., among multiple modules/processes/threads.
