Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型建材管,包括管材本体和镀锌钢管,管材板体两端分别设置环形加强环,管材内体内侧设置加强筋网,且加强筋网上均匀设置多个凸起,所述管材本体外侧依次设置耐高温层、防腐层,镀锌钢管包覆在防腐层外侧,本发明结构简单,具有耐压、耐高温、耐腐的优点,适合在恶劣的环境下使用,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及建材管技术领域,具体为一种新型建材管。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,在土木和建筑工程领域,人们对轻质建材有了越来越多的需求,尤其是在景观工程中的应用,出现了各种木质建材等轻质建材,作为建筑物的壁面构造基础件,但木质建材一方面存在防腐木造价高、每年需要刷漆保养、热胀冷缩、时间长还是会腐蚀腐烂等问题,另一方面会造成树木的过度砍伐,影响生态环境,十分不经济环保。
近些年出现的木塑建材,相对传统材料造价低、易保养,但其抗老化性能很差,强度不高,使用寿命较短。因此亟需一种强度高、易施工、易保养、抗老化性能好、耐腐、耐磨、能够在恶劣的环境下使用的建材管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型建材管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型建材管, 包括管材本体和镀锌钢管,所述管材板体两端分别设置环形加强环,所述管材内体内侧设置加强筋网,且所述加强筋网上均匀设置多个凸起,所述管材本体外侧依次设置耐高温层、防腐层,所述镀锌钢管包覆在防腐层外侧。
优选的,所述加强筋网包括横向碳纤维丝和纵向碳纤维丝,且所述横向碳纤维丝和纵向碳纤维丝交错设置形成碳纤维网格,所述加强筋网的厚度为1mm-3mm。
优选的,所述耐高温层为有机硅树脂涂料层。
优选的,所述防腐层采用玻璃钢层,所述防腐层厚度为2mm-6mm。
优选的,所述凸起采用V字形凸起条,所述V字形凸起条的夹角为30°-150°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,具有耐压、耐高温、耐腐的优点,适合在在恶劣的环境下使用,使用寿命长;本发明采用的加强筋网柔韧性好,受力均匀,提高了管材的抗压能力;本发明设置的凸起采用V字形凸起条,V字形凸起条的夹角为30°-150°,能够进一步提高管材内壁的耐磨性,能够减少阻力,进一步延长其使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型建材管, 包括管材本体1和镀锌钢管2,所述管材板体1两端分别设置环形加强环3,设置的环形加强环能够提高管材两端的承压力;所述管材内体1内侧设置加强筋网4,且所述加强筋网4上均匀设置多个凸起5,所述管材本体1外侧依次设置耐高温层6、防腐层7,所述镀锌钢管2包覆在防腐层7外侧;耐高温层6为有机硅树脂涂料层;防腐层7采用玻璃钢层,所述防腐层厚度为2mm-6mm。本发明采用的耐高温层和防腐层具有优越的隔热防火和防腐性能。
本实施例中,加强筋网4包括横向碳纤维丝8和纵向碳纤维丝9,且所述横向碳纤维丝8和纵向碳纤维丝9交错设置形成碳纤维网格,所述加强筋网4的厚度为1mm-3mm。
另外,本实施例中,凸起5采用V字形凸起条,所述V字形凸起条的夹角为30°-150°。
本发明结构简单,具有耐压、耐高温、耐腐的优点,适合在在恶劣的环境下使用,使用寿命长;本发明采用的加强筋网柔韧性好,受力均匀,提高了管材的抗压能力;本发明设置的凸起采用V字形凸起条,V字形凸起条的夹角为30°-150°,能够进一步提高管材内壁的耐磨性,能够减少阻力,进一步延长其使用寿命。

1.一种新型建材管, 包括管材本体(1)和镀锌钢管(2),其特征在于:所述管材板体(1)两端分别设置环形加强环(3),所述管材内体(1)内侧设置加强筋网(4),且所述加强筋网(4)上均匀设置多个凸起(5),所述管材本体(1)外侧依次设置耐高温层(6)、防腐层(7),所述镀锌钢管(2)包覆在防腐层(7)外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建材管,其特征在于:所述加强筋网(4)包括横向碳纤维丝(8)和纵向碳纤维丝(9),且所述横向碳纤维丝(8)和纵向碳纤维丝(9)交错设置形成碳纤维网格,所述加强筋网(4)的厚度为1mm-3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建材管,其特征在于:所述耐高温层(6)为有机硅树脂涂料层。
