The wastewater inlet part of the present invention comprises a water pipe drainage grate 1600 as shown in the schematic view of the water pipe drainage grate in fig. 7, a second grate body 1610 having the same shape as the first grate body 1031 of the floor drainage grate 1120, a circular hole 1620 located at the center and a first plate edge 1630, wherein the inner diameter of the circular hole 1620 is 32 mm; inserting a drain hose of a washing machine and a lavatory into the circular hole 1620 to drain water; because the floor drain is provided with the trap, the toilet equipment which drains water can be provided with no trap; in order to be matched with a series of magnetic sealing tipping bucket type anti-drying floor drains with the function of sensing blockage and prevent wastewater from washing the blockage sensor 1500, the wastewater leading-in part comprises an eccentric water pipe drainage grate 1650 shown as a schematic diagram of the eccentric water pipe drainage grate in fig. 8, the eccentric water pipe drainage grate 1650 comprises an eccentric round hole 1660 and a second plate edge 1670, and the rest parts are the same as the water pipe drainage grate 1600; the wastewater leading-in part also comprises a water receiving hopper 1700 with a net frame, which is represented by a water receiving hopper schematic diagram with a net frame in FIG. 9 and comprises a water receiving hopper 1710 and a stainless steel orifice plate 1720; the water receiving hopper 1710 comprises a hopper port 1711, a step 1712, a transition section 1713 and an insertion pipe 1714 which can be inserted into the round hole 1620 of the water pipe drainage grate 1600; the stainless steel hole plate 1720 comprises a stainless steel plate 1721 with the inner diameter smaller than that of the water bucket port 1711, eighth holes 1722 evenly distributed and stainless steel nails 1723 welded on the stainless steel plate 1721, and each stainless steel nail 1723 comprises a nail cap 1724 and a nail rod 1725; before use, the insertion pipe 1714 of the water receiving funnel 1700 with the screen frame is inserted into the round hole 1620 of the water pipe drainage grate 1600 or the eccentric round hole 1660 of the eccentric water pipe drainage grate 1650, a drainage hose of kitchen washing equipment is inserted into the water funnel port 1711 for drainage, and impurities in wastewater are filtered by the stainless steel orifice plate 1720; when the water receiving bucket 1700 with the net frame needs to be cleaned, the stainless steel pore plate 1720 is held by the hand of the stainless steel nail 1723, and the whole water receiving bucket 1700 with the net frame is taken out to be cleaned when necessary.
The automatic water injection system comprises a gas communication device 1800 with a drain pipe, an intelligent controller, a water injection device 2200 and an anti-siphon water delivery device 2300; the device 1800 for communicating gas with a drain pipe is shown in a schematic diagram of fig. 10 for communicating gas with a drain pipe, and comprises a first tee 1810 connected in series in the tail end of the drain pipe matched with the floor drain, wherein the first tee 1810 comprises a first pipe orifice 1811 vertical to the middle part, in the present case, the device 1800 for communicating gas with a drain pipe adopts plastic pipes and pipes of DN50, and the first pipe orifice 1811 inclines upwards by 45 degrees; the intelligent controller comprises a building central controller and a matched intelligent controller, and in the present case, the intelligent controller 2100 as shown in the intelligent controller schematic diagram of the automatic water injection system in fig. 11 is adopted, and comprises a single chip microcomputer 2110, a timing control button 2120, a delay control button 2130 and a manual button 2140; the water injection apparatus 2200 is as shown in the schematic diagram of the automatic water injection siphon-proof facility in fig. 12, and comprises a valve, a three-way ball valve 2210, an external reducing connector 2220, an internal connector 2230, a normally closed solenoid valve 2240, an external thread crescent 2250, a filter screen 2260 and a pipe cover seat 2270, wherein the bottom of the pipe cover seat 2270 is provided with a ninth hole 2271; in the scheme, the three-way ball valve 2210 is a DN15 three-way ball valve connected with a water inlet pipe, a right spiral pipe 2211 supplies water to the toilet equipment, a left spiral pipe 2212 is connected with a DN15X8 reducing outer joint 2220, and is sequentially connected with the inner joint 2230 of DN8, the normally closed electromagnetic valve 2240 of DN8 and the outer thread moon bend 2250 of DN 8; placing said filter screen 2260 over said ninth aperture 2271 at the bottom of said tube cover housing 2270, and then screwing said tube cover housing 2270 into place at the lower end of said outer wire crescent 2250; as shown in fig. 13, the water delivery device 2300 of the automatic water injection system with an anti-siphon function includes a main pipe and anti-siphon part 2310, a branch pipe part 2320, and a magnetic sealing flap check valve type vacuum breaker 2330; the main pipe and anti-siphon part 2310 comprises a first pipe 2311 which is vertically upward, an anti-siphon combination 2350, a second pipe 2312 which is horizontally arranged, a reducing tee 2313, a third pipe 2314 and a reducing pipe 2315 which is positioned at the tail end; the reducer tee 2313 comprises a small opening 2316 in the horizontal direction at the middle part; the anti-siphon combination 2350 includes a V-shaped trap 2351, a fourth pipe 2352, a first 45 ° elbow 2353, a fifth pipe 2354, a second tee 2355, a sixth pipe 2356, and a first straight angle trap 2360; the V-trap 2351, the fourth pipe 2352 and the first 45-degree elbow 2353 form a first trap with a relatively shallow depth, in this case 30 mm; the second tee 2354 comprises a second pipe orifice 2357 with a vertical middle part, wherein the second pipe orifice 2357 is inclined upwards by 45 degrees in the present case; the first straight angle trap 2360 comprises a second 45-degree elbow 2361, a first straight angle elbow 2362 and a third 45-degree elbow 2363, which form a second trap, and the depth of the second trap is 50mm in the scheme; the branch pipe portion 2320 includes a seventh pipe 2321, a third right-angled bend 2322, an eighth pipe 2323, a fourth right-angled bend 2324, a ninth pipe 2325 and a water injection head 2400; combining the magnification at a and the magnification at B, it can be seen that the fill head 2400 includes a fill head tube base 2410, a flapper 2420, and a pair of fourth stainless steel screws 2430; the fill head seat 2410 includes a first mouthpiece 2411, a tenth tube 2412, a flapper seat 2413, and a pair of tenth holes 2414; the flap valve 2420 comprises a door plate 2421 with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the tenth pipe 2412 and an elliptical eleventh hole 2422 corresponding to the tenth hole 2414, the fourth stainless steel screw 2430 is screwed into the tenth hole 2414 through the eleventh hole 2422 to hang the flap valve 2420 outside the water injection head pipe base 2410, and the flap valve 2420 vertically closes the tenth pipe 2412 downwards; in the scheme, the main pipe and the anti-siphon system 2310 adopts plastic pipes and tubes of DN50, the branch pipe adopts plastic pipes and tubes of DN20, and all the reducing pipes adopt plastic pipes of DN50X 20; enlarged at C, it can be seen that the magnetic sealed flap check valve type vacuum breaker 2330 includes a bell tube seat 2331, a fifth magnet 2332, a flap 2333, a sixth magnet 2334 and a fifth stainless steel screw 2335; the bell-mouthed tube seat 2331 comprises a third flange 2336, a third plate edge 2337, a bell tube 2338 and a tube end seat 2339; fig. 14 is a side view of a magnetic hermetic flap check valve type vacuum breaker, wherein the tube-end seat 2339 includes an outer tube 2011, a fourth magnet seat 2012 on one side and twelfth holes 2013 distributed on both sides of the fourth magnet seat 2012; the turning plate 2335 includes a fifth magnet seat 2021 at one side and a thirteenth hole 2022 of an elliptical shape distributed at both sides thereof; pressing the fifth magnet 2332 into the fifth magnet seat 2021 and the sixth magnet 2334 into the fourth magnet seat 2012, with the fifth magnet 2332 and the sixth magnet 2334 attracting each other; the fifth stainless steel screw 2335 is threaded through the thirteenth hole 2022 of the flap 2333 into the twelfth hole 2013, and the magnetic hermetic check valve type vacuum breaker 2330 is assembled and inserted into and closed off the first tube 2311.
FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram of sensor wiring, showing sensor wiring 1080 including wires 1081, wiring conduits 1082, a square box 1083 and a dry cell battery-embedded wireless module 1084; the wiring tube 1082 is bent at a right angle.
When the magnetic sealing tipping bucket type anti-drying floor drain 1000 with functions of transverse drainage, water injection and sensing drainage and blockage and the automatic water injection system with the anti-siphon function are installed, the intelligent controller 2100 needs to be installed on a wall where water can not splash and the operation is convenient; the water injection means 2200 is connected to a water supply pipe. According to the field requirement, a pipe penetrates through the first nozzle 1811 of the first tee 1810 and the second nozzle 2357 of the second tee 2355 to form a ventilation pipe system; since the first and second nozzles 1811 and 2357 are inclined at 45 °, the ventilation pipe system is lower than the ground drainage grate 1120 of the magnetic sealed dump dry-proof floor drain 1000 with functions of lateral drainage, water injection and sensing drainage and blockage. The first protruding edge 1025 of the magnetic sealing tipping bucket floor drain core 1100 with the functions of transverse drainage, water injection and sensing drainage and blockage is inserted into a neutral position between two adjacent second protruding edges 1051 of the first floor drain core socket 1211, the height is adjusted and then the magnetic sealing tipping bucket floor drain core 1100 rotates leftwards or rightwards, the first protruding edge 1025 of the adjusting pipe 1113 is squeezed into the second protruding edge 1051 of the first socket 1211 to stabilize the height of the magnetic sealing tipping bucket floor drain core 1100 with the functions of sensing drainage and blockage, and the side frame 1021 is parallel to the edge of a ceramic tile laid in the future. Sensor wiring, a cavity for arranging the square box 1083 and a groove for installing the wiring pipe 1082 are processed on the nearby wall, and the electric wire 1081 is connected with the conducting wires of the first plastic-packaged reed pipe 1170 and the second plastic-packaged reed pipe 1420 led out from the first hole 1114, then penetrates through the wiring pipe 1082 and is connected with the wireless module 1084.
Before starting, the tipping bucket 1140 is in a horizontal state, the first magnet 1160 is far away from the first plastic packaging reed pipe 1170, and a first circuit formed by the first magnet is disconnected to form an 'off' signal and output a '0' signal outwards; at this time, the floating magnet base 1450 is located at the lower end by gravity, the fourth magnet 1460 is then away from the second plastic-encapsulated reed pipe 1420, and a second circuit formed by the fourth magnet 1460 is broken to turn off and output a signal of "0" to the outside. The water surface rises until the water overflows from the first drainage pipe bellmouth 1213, and a floor drain water seal with the height of 50mm is formed. Releasing the manual button 2140 to stop the water supply, the turning plate 2333 acting as an attractive force between the fifth magnet 2332 and the sixth magnet 2334, and under the guidance of the fifth stainless steel screw 2335, swinging upwards to close the magnetic sealing check valve type vacuum breaker 2330, which has the functions of slowing down the evaporation of water in the water delivery device 2300 of the automatic water injection system with anti-siphon function and preventing insects from entering; the flap valve 2420 vertically closes the seventh pipe 2412 downward by gravity to prevent the gas of the sewage from flowing into the water delivery device 2300 of the automatic water injection system having the anti-siphon function. The magnetic sealing skip type check valve 1300 seals the channel of the magnetic sealing skip type anti-drying floor drain 1000 with functions of transverse drainage, water injection and sensing drainage and blockage, and can effectively slow down the drying of a water seal, prevent insects such as cockroaches of a sewer from entering a room, and prevent mosquitoes and gnats from entering the floor drain to propagate. The floor surface has a large amount of accumulated water which flows into the magnetic sealed skip type anti-dry floor drain 1000 with the functions of transverse drainage, water injection and sensing drainage and blockage from the drainage hole formed by the frame 1021 of the adjusting ring 1110 and the diagonal line plate 1032 of the floor drainage grate 1120, and part of the water also flows into the skip 1140 from the third hole 1034 and enters the skip 1140 along the wall of the funnel 1130, so the influence on the blockage sensor 1500 is small. When the water collected in the tipping bucket 1140 reaches a certain amount and turns over, the first magnet 1160 approaches the first plastic-packaged reed pipe 1170, an originally disconnected circuit is closed to form an "on" signal, a "1" signal is output outwards, the tipping bucket 1140 swings to a horizontal state after the water is dumped, the first magnet 1160 is far away from the first plastic-packaged reed pipe 1170, a circuit is disconnected to form an "off" signal, and a "0" signal is output outwards, along with the swinging of the tipping bucket 1140, the first plastic-packaged reed pipe 1170 outwards outputs "0" and "1" alternate electric signals converted from the flow and the state of the accumulated water entering the floor drain, and the wireless module 1084 sends wireless information including the floor drain number and the electric signals accordingly. For places such as archives, storehouses and machine rooms where surface water accumulation is not allowed, the control mechanism immediately implements water logging alarm; for the house, if the water pipe and the pipe fitting burst, the wireless module 1084 continuously sends information before being prevented, and the control mechanism can judge the abnormality according to the time when the wireless module 1084 continuously sends information, alarm and take corresponding measures. The water seal of the lateral drainage, water injection and sensor type magnetic sealing skip bucket type anti-drying floor drain 1000 is protected by double protection of anti-siphon and evaporation slowing, and can be stabilized within an effective height range within a relatively long time, so that a longer automatic water injection period is provided. The difference between the automatic water injection system and the automatic water injection system with anti-siphon function is that the air communication device 1800 with the water discharge pipe is not included, nor is the anti-siphon combination 2350 in the anti-siphon water delivery device 2300 included, i.e., the V trap 2351, the fourth pipe 2352, the first 45 ° elbow 2353, the fifth pipe 2354, the second tee 2355, the sixth pipe 2356, and the first right angle trap 2360 are not included, but a right angle elbow is required to be connected between the first pipe 2311 and the second pipe 2312.
