本发明提供了一种废石粉渗水地面砖,包括框架和填充芯,所述填充芯设置于所述框架的方柱型空腔内,所述填充芯部存在贯通的孔道,所述框架与所述填充芯紧密结合成一个整体。本发明地面砖为框架结构,采用高强混凝土为框架,其内填充存在贯通孔道的泡沫混凝土,渗水性能好,框架和填充芯中均以废石粉为骨料,强度高,成本低,该地面砖可用于道路两旁、庭院、公园等的地面装饰。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及一种废石粉渗水地面砖。
背景技术
混凝土地面砖应用广泛,一般采用水泥加各种骨料制备而成,可用于室外地面的砌筑,但其渗水性差,容易积水,改善渗水性非常需要。废石粉是石材加工企业的废弃物,目前的利用途径少,将其作为骨料加入混凝土中是其应用途径之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废石粉渗水地面砖,将废石粉作为骨料,制备一种渗水好的地面砖,该地面砖可用于道路两旁、庭院、公园等的地面装饰。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种废石粉渗水地面砖,包括框架(1)和填充芯(2),所述填充芯(2)设置于所述框架(1)的方柱型空腔内,所述填充芯(2)内部存在贯通的孔道,所述框架(1)与所述填充芯(2)紧密结合成一个整体。
优选的,所述填充芯(2)共有2个。
优选的,所述框架(1)是采用废石粉和水泥制成的。
优选的,所述填充芯(2)为泡沫混凝土填充芯,所述泡沫混凝土填充芯是以废石粉和水泥为原料经过发泡制成的。
本发明的有益效果有:
(1)本发明地面砖为框架结构,采用强度高的混凝土为框架,其内填充存在贯通孔道的泡沫混凝土,渗水性能好,克服了一般地面砖渗水性差,容易积水的弊端;
(2)本发明地面砖的框架和填充芯中均以废石粉为骨料,一方面提高了混凝土的强度,另一方面可减低成本,同时也是对工业废弃物废石粉的高效利用途径;
(3)本发明地面砖可用于道路两旁、庭院、公园等的地面装饰。

如图1和图2所示,一种废石粉渗水地面砖,包括框架(1)和填充芯(2),所述框架(1)是采用废石粉和水泥制成的,所述填充芯(2)为泡沫混凝土填充芯,所述泡沫混凝土填充芯是以废石粉和水泥为原料经过发泡制成的,所述填充芯(2)设置于所述框架(1)的方柱型空腔内,所述填充芯(2)共有2个,所述填充芯(2)内部存在贯通的孔道,所述框架(1)与所述填充芯(2)紧密结合成一个整体。
本实施例地面砖采用强度高的混凝土为框架,其内填充存在贯通孔道的泡沫混凝土,渗水性能好,并且框架和填充芯中均以废石粉为骨料,强度高、成本低,可用于道路两旁、庭院、公园等的地面装饰。
