本发明公开了一种纸质物流托盘的纸浆,它由下列重量份数组成:废旧瓦楞纸为60~65份、原竹浆浆板8~12份、木浆浆板为7~9份、阻水剂1~3份、湿强剂为1~2份、甲醛为3~5份、对硝基酚为4~6份、碳酸钙为4~7份。本发明通过优选各个组份的配比,以木材,利用废旧瓦楞纸为原料,加工成本低,成型好,工艺简单。

本发明涉及一种纸浆,尤其涉及一种纸质物流托盘的纸浆。
背景技术
托盘作为一种常用的包装工具,广泛应用于工业仪器、电子元器件、家用电器和日常生活用具等易损产品的缓冲包装。纸质物流托盘的纸浆配方要求纸浆成本低,打浆效率高,制品强度高、防潮性好、透气性高,对环境污染小。现有技术中的纸浆配方多由木浆浆板等主料、填充料及其它助剂等组成。常规助剂能够使纸浆打浆效率提高,但并不能保证制品的强度、透气性、防潮性等性能,并且助剂中的化学成分可能会对环境造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种制作简单、取材广,生产工艺简单的纸质物流托盘的纸浆。
实现本发明的技术方案为:一种纸质物流托盘的纸浆,它由下列重量份数组成:废旧瓦楞纸为60~65份、原竹浆浆板8~12份、木浆浆板为7~9份、阻水剂1~3份、湿强剂为1~2份、甲醛为3~5份、对硝基酚为4~6份、碳酸钙为4~7份。
优选地,它由下列重量份数组成为:它由下列重量份数组成:废旧瓦楞纸为63份、原竹浆浆板10份、木浆浆板为8份、阻水剂2份、湿强剂为1份、甲醛为4份、对硝基酚为5份、碳酸钙为6份。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过优选各个组份的配比,以木材,利用废旧瓦楞纸为原料,加工成本低,成型好,工艺简单。

一种纸质物流托盘的纸浆,它由下列重量份数组成:废旧瓦楞纸为65份、原竹浆浆板12份、木浆浆板为9份、阻水剂3份、湿强剂为2份、甲醛为5份、对硝基酚为6份、碳酸钙为7份。
