本发明涉及塑料材料技术领域,具体是一种抗菌塑料。是由以下重量份数的物质组成:树脂80-100份、磷酸三苯酯35-45份、碳酸钙25-35份、水杨酸苯酯25-35份、载铜磷酸锆15-25份、双氰胺8-12份、三碱式硫酸铅3-5份、POE8-12份、镁盐晶须5-8份、共轭体系有机物8-15份、黄麻纤维25-45份、环氧大豆油25-35份、二茂铁8-15份、硬酸酯15-35份、壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯25-45份、增韧剂5-8份、抗菌剂8-12份、纳米氢氧化铝25-35份。本发明提供的抗菌塑料,采用高分子杀菌剂,杀菌能力更强,成本合理,不会释放重金属离子等对人体有害的物质,并且不影响塑料的机械强度,特别是不降低塑料制品的热变形温度、力学温度及电绝缘性能。

本发明涉及塑料材料技术领域,具体是一种抗菌塑料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步以及物质生活水平的日益提高,人们对生活、工作环境,尤 其是卫生环境的要求越来越高。因为塑料具有质轻、不锈蚀、绝缘性好等优点,所以在家电 生产的很多环节要用到塑料。但是日常生活中,相当一部分有害细菌是在塑料制品的表面 存在并繁殖,例如 :电话、洗衣机、电脑、冰箱、电器开关等,且通过接触而导致各种疾病 ;因 此在生活中,人们不可避免的要接触到各类细菌、霉菌等微生物,都会成为细菌污染源和疾 病传播源。 但是随着人们对健康和环保意识的不断增强,对日常生活中接触频繁的家用电产品具有抗菌防霉的功效。
抗菌塑料的核心成份是抗菌剂。 有机类抗菌剂由于在安全性、耐热性、抗菌持久性 以及抗菌广谱性等方面存在不足而限制了其应用 ;天然类抗菌剂毒性低,使用安全,但存在 着耐热性差,应用范围窄、抗菌持久性差等缺点 ;无机抗菌剂则避免了上述缺点而使其在塑 料领域中的应用倍受重视。 无机抗菌剂主要分为金属离子系 ( 如 Ag+,Cu2+,Zn2+ 等 ) 和钛系 ( 如具有光催化作用的 TiO2,ZnO,ZrO2 等 ) 两大类。 前者采用的抗菌活性成份主要有银、铜、 锌等金属离子。 银离子的抗菌性能最强,但其化学性质活泼,易转化为棕色的氧化银或黑色 的单质银,不宜大量应用于白色家电中。 锌的抗菌强度仅为银的 1/1000 ;铜离子有颜色,大量使用会影响产品美观。 金属离子虽然杀菌见效快,但大量使用成本高,而且重金属离子的放将对环境和人体健康产生不利影响。 后者具有光催化活性高、抗菌持久性强、价廉无毒 以及较强的自清洁功能,但此类抗菌剂只有在紫外光和自然光激发的条件下才能发挥抗菌 作用,在许多长年无光照射场合应用受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有高效抗菌、成本和梨、安全环保的抗菌塑料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌塑料,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:树脂80-100份、磷酸三苯酯35-45份、碳酸钙25-35份、水杨酸苯酯25-35份、载铜磷酸锆15-25份、双氰胺8-12份、三碱式硫酸铅3-5份、POE8-12份、镁盐晶须5-8份、共轭体系有机物8-15份、黄麻纤维25-45份、环氧大豆油25-35份、二茂铁8-15份、硬酸酯15-35份、壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯25-45份、增韧剂5-8份、抗菌剂8-12份、纳米氢氧化铝25-35份。
进一步的,上述抗菌塑料,抗菌剂为抗菌功能化聚丙烯母料 抗菌功能化聚丙烯和抗菌功能化聚乙烯其中一种或两种。共轭体系有机物为十二烷基苯磺酸及其盐。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的抗菌塑料,采用高分子杀菌剂,杀菌能力更强,成本合理,不会释放重金属离子等对人体有害的物质,并且不影响塑料的机械强度,特别是不降低塑料制品的热变形温度、力学温度及电绝缘性能。

一种抗菌塑料,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:树脂80份、磷酸三苯酯35份、碳酸钙25份、水杨酸苯酯25份、载铜磷酸锆15份、双氰胺8份、三碱式硫酸铅3份、POE8份、镁盐晶须5份、共轭体系有机物8份、黄麻纤维25份、环氧大豆油25份、二茂铁8份、硬酸酯15份、壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、增韧剂5份、抗菌剂8份、纳米氢氧化铝25份。
进一步的,上述抗菌塑料,抗菌剂为抗菌功能化聚丙烯母料 抗菌功能化聚丙烯和抗菌功能化聚乙烯其中一种或两种。共轭体系有机物为十二烷基苯磺酸及其盐。

进一步的,上述抗菌塑料,抗菌剂为抗菌功能化聚丙烯母料 抗菌功能化聚丙烯和抗菌功能化聚乙烯其中一种或两种。共轭体系有机物为十二烷基苯磺酸及其盐。

一种抗菌塑料,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:树脂90份、磷酸三苯酯40份、碳酸钙30份、水杨酸苯酯30份、载铜磷酸锆20份、双氰胺10、三碱式硫酸铅4份、POE 10份、镁盐晶须7份、共轭体系有机物12份、黄麻纤维35份、环氧大豆油30份、二茂铁12份、硬酸酯25份、壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份、增韧剂7份、抗菌剂10份、纳米氢氧化铝30份。
进一步的,上述抗菌塑料,抗菌剂为抗菌功能化聚丙烯母料 抗菌功能化聚丙烯和抗菌功能化聚乙烯其中一种或两种。共轭体系有机物为十二烷基苯磺酸及其盐。

1.一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:树脂80-100份、磷酸三苯酯35-45份、碳酸钙25-35份、水杨酸苯酯25-35份、载铜磷酸锆15-25份、双氰胺8-12份、三碱式硫酸铅3-5份、POE8-12份、镁盐晶须5-8份、共轭体系有机物8-15份、黄麻纤维25-45份、环氧大豆油25-35份、二茂铁8-15份、硬酸酯15-35份、壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯25-45份、增韧剂5-8份、抗菌剂8-12份、纳米氢氧化铝25-35份。
