Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic forming machine for a flexible flat-bottom self-supporting bag, which comprises a rotary mould, a bagging device, a bottom pressing device and a bottom folding device, wherein the rotary mould is provided with a plurality of moulds which are radially and equidistantly arranged along the circumference; the bagging device comprises a pair of suckers and a pair of opening mechanisms which are arranged at the front ends of the suckers in a sliding manner, the suckers are respectively arranged on a double-piston-rod cylinder, the opening mechanisms comprise a pair of supporting plates respectively arranged on the cylinder, and the supporting plates face the suckers; the supporting plates of the pair of supporting mechanisms are used for supporting the bag openings sucked by the pair of suckers and sleeving the mould with a flat bottom bag; the bottom folding device is used for folding and forming the bottom of the flat bottom bag. By adopting the invention, manual operation can be replaced, all processes of folding the flat bottom bag can be automatically completed, the production efficiency is improved, the manual investment is reduced, the production cost is reduced, the folding effect of the produced flat bottom bag is unified and standardized, and the production quality is ensured.

Background
The flat bottom bag is a flexible packaging bag which is widely applied day by day, the manufacturing process of the flat bottom bag is complex, the traditional production of the packaging paper bag adopts manual folding operation, and the flow is as follows: the semi-finished bags are sleeved into the forming die manually to fold the bottoms and turn over and press the side edges for forming, the semi-finished bags are transferred to the dispensing working section in batches, and dispensing and fixing are carried out on bottom corners, so that the problem of low packaging efficiency exists, and the problem that excessive manual operation is difficult to ensure that the food flat bottom bags reach the sanitary requirement. The quality of the product produced by the existing flat bottom bag making machine cannot be guaranteed, and particularly, the molding of the organ edges at the two sides and the bag bottom is unstable, the rejection rate is high, and the bag making efficiency is low.

the bottom pressing device comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is driven by a bottom pressing cylinder, and the mold of the rotationally-passing sleeved flat bottom bag is pressed;

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 1.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic forming machine for flexible flat-bottom self-supporting bags, which comprises a rotary mould 1, a bag conveying device 2, a bag sleeving device 3, a glue dispensing device 4, a bottom punching device 5, a bottom pressing device 6 and a bottom folding device 7.
The rotary mould 1 comprises a rotary disc 11 in the middle, moulds 12 are radially and equidistantly arranged on the circumference of the rotary disc 11, and finger air cylinders 13 with the length and width equivalent to those of the flat bottom bags are arranged at the tail ends of the moulds 12.
When the finger cylinder 13 acts, the bottom of the flat bottom bag 8 sleeved on the finger cylinder can be spread towards two sides for preliminary forming.
In the present embodiment, the turntable 11 is preferably disposed in the vertical direction.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 2.
The bag conveying device 2 comprises a bag bin 21 with an opening at the lower end, a bag taking sucker 22 is arranged below the bag bin 21, the bag taking sucker 22 is arranged on a linear cylinder 23, flat bottom bags sucked by the bag taking sucker 22 are conveyed to the front end through driving of the linear cylinder 23, in order to facilitate the bag taking sucker 22 to suck the flat bottom bags, baffles 24 are arranged on two sides below the bag bin 21, and a space between the baffles is reserved for facilitating the bag taking sucker 22 to suck the flat bottom bags.
The bagging device 3 is disposed at the front end of the bag taking sucker 22, and comprises a pair of suckers 31 and a pair of opening mechanisms 32 slidably disposed at the front ends of the pair of suckers 31, as shown in a partially enlarged schematic structure of fig. 3.
A pair of suction cups 31 are respectively mounted on the double piston rod cylinders 33, and the spreader mechanism 32 includes a pair of stay plates 34a, b respectively mounted on the cylinders 35a, b, the stay plates 34a, b facing the pair of suction cups 31.

The bag taking suction disc 22 of the bag conveying device 2 is brought between the pair of suction discs 31 through the linear air cylinder 23, the pair of suction discs 31 suck the bag opening of the flat bottom bag up and down, the linear air cylinder 36 drives the supporting plates 34a and b of the opening mechanism 32 to be inserted into the sucked bag opening, and the air cylinders 35a and b drive the supporting plates 34a and b to open towards two sides.
When one of the clamping molds 1 is rotated to point to the bagging device 3, the linear air cylinder 36 drives the opening mechanism 32 to move forwards, so that flat bottom bags opened on the supporting plates 34a and b are sleeved on the clamping molds, and the finger air cylinder 13 acts, so that the bottoms of the flat bottom bags on the sleeved clamping molds are opened for preliminary molding.
The glue dispensing device 4 is provided with glue spraying heads 41 for spraying glue to four corners of the bottom of the flat bottom bag sleeved on the mould, and when the rotary mould 1 points to the glue dispensing device 4, the four glue spraying heads 41 spray glue to four corners of the bottom of the mould which are spread so that the glue can be adhered and formed after subsequent bottom pressing.
Referring to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 4, the bottom punching device 5 includes a pair of opposite bottom punching press blocks 51 mounted on a double piston rod cylinder 52, the bottom punching press blocks 51 have rounded wedges 53 at the front ends, and the root parts of the bottom punching press blocks 51 are flush with the ends of the rotating dies.
More preferably, the root of the bottom punching press block 51 is provided with a bottom-pressing roller 54.
The smooth wedge 53 is used for being inserted into the middle parts of the corners of the two sides of the bottom of the flat bottom bag which is preliminarily formed on the mould and rolled by the roller 54, so that the corners of the bottom of the flat bottom bag which are tilted can be attached to the square bottom.
The bottom pressing device 6 comprises a pressing plate 61, wherein the pressing plate is driven by a bottom pressing cylinder 62 to press the bottom by rotating a mold sleeved with the flat bottom bag; so that the corners of the bottom of the flat bottom bag preliminarily pressed by the bottom punching press block 51 are pressed and adhered to the square bottom.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagrams shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7.
The bottom folding device 7 comprises a bottom folding table 71 which is arranged along the radial sliding direction of the rotating mould, and the bottom folding table 71 is provided with a first bottom folding device 72a and a second bottom folding device 72b which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides.
As shown in fig. 7, the first and second bottom folding devices 72a and 72b have bottom folding flaps 73 that are combined in opposite directions, bottom folding flaps 73 are provided with bottom folding flaps 74 that slide upward, and auxiliary sliders 75 that slide out the bottom folding flaps 74 are provided under the bottom folding flaps 73.

More preferably, one of the first and second bottom folding devices 72a and 72b is provided with a pressing plate 78, and in this embodiment, the bottom folding plate of the second bottom folding device 72b is provided with the pressing plate 78, so that when bottom folding is completed, the flat bottom bag is laterally pressed by the pressing plate 78, and the bottom of the folded flat bottom bag is folded on the side surface thereof.
The bottom folding table 71 is provided with a suction bag sucker 76 between the first bottom folding device 72a and the second bottom folding device 72b, the bottom folding table 71 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail 77 and can move upwards through the transmission of a motor, and a flat bottom bag sleeved on the clamping fixture is taken out through the suction bag sucker 76 to be folded.
More preferably, side pocket plates 79 are arranged at the middle parts of the two sides of the first bottom folding device 72a and the second bottom folding device 72b, and are driven by an air cylinder to insert the middle parts of the side organ edges of the flat bottom pockets sucked from the clamping fixture back, so that the bottom folding of the first bottom folding device 72a and the second bottom folding device 72b is facilitated.

1. The automatic forming machine for the flexible flat-bottom self-supporting bag is characterized by comprising a rotary mould, a bagging device, a bottom punching device, a bottom pressing device and a bottom folding device, wherein the bagging device, the bottom punching device, the bottom pressing device and the bottom folding device are arranged along the periphery of the running track of the rotary mould, and the rotary mould is provided with a plurality of moulds which are radially and equidistantly arranged; the bagging device comprises a pair of suckers and a pair of opening mechanisms which are arranged at the front ends of the suckers in a sliding manner, the suckers are respectively arranged on a double-piston-rod cylinder, the opening mechanisms comprise a pair of supporting plates respectively arranged on the cylinder, and the supporting plates face the suckers; the supporting plates of the pair of supporting mechanisms are used for supporting the bag openings sucked by the pair of suckers and sleeving the mould with a flat bottom bag;
the bottom punching device is arranged in front of the station of the bottom pressing device and comprises a pair of opposite bottom punching press blocks, the pair of opposite bottom punching press blocks are arranged on the double-piston rod cylinder, the bottom punching press blocks are provided with smooth wedge blocks at the front ends, the root parts of the bottom punching press blocks are flush with the tail ends of the rotating clamping molds, and the root parts of the bottom punching press blocks are provided with bottom pressing rollers;
the bottom pressing device comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is driven by a bottom pressing cylinder, and the mold of the rotationally-passing sleeved flat bottom bag is pressed;
the bottom folding device comprises a bottom folding table which is arranged along the radial sliding of the rotary clamping fixture, a first bottom folding device and a second bottom folding device are symmetrically arranged on the bottom folding table, the first bottom folding device and the second bottom folding device are provided with bottom folding turning plates which are oppositely combined, a suction bag suction cup is arranged between the first bottom folding device and the second bottom folding device, a bottom folding sliding plate which slides upwards is arranged on the bottom folding table, and an auxiliary sliding block which enables the bottom folding sliding plate to slide out is arranged below the bottom folding table.
2. The flexible flat bottom stand-up pouch automatic molding machine of claim 1, wherein a bottom folding flap of one of the first and second bottom folding devices is provided with a platen for pressing a pouch.
3. The automatic flexible flat bottom stand-up pouch forming machine of claim 2, wherein side pocket plates are arranged in the middle of two sides of the first and second bottom folding devices, and the side pocket plates are driven by air cylinders.
4. The flexible flat bottom self-supporting bag automatic molding machine as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the mold end is provided with a finger cylinder with a length and width corresponding to the length and width of the flat bottom bag.

The flexible flat bottom stand-up pouch automatic molding machine of claim 4, further comprising a dispensing device positioned before the bottom punch station, the dispensing device having a dispensing head for dispensing glue to four corners of the bottom of the flat bottom pouch nested on the mold.
