Abstract
本发明公开的可调胶嘴切割器,包括:底座包括底板、滑轨、刻度尺、卡块和转轴座;切割装置包括滑动手柄、分度盘、切割器、旋转手柄、旋转盘和指针;胶嘴固定装置包括套筒、拉伸器、滑动托盘、弹簧和转轴。滑轨与刻度尺固定于底板上,卡块固定于底板中部,转轴座位于底板边缘,切割装置位于滑轨上,滑动手柄位于切割装置边缘,分度盘上刻有角度,切割器一端固定在旋转盘上,旋转手柄可带动旋转盘转动,指针位于分度盘边缘刻度尺一侧,套筒底端设有卡扣。转轴与套筒固定相连,另一端安装在转轴座上。弹簧与转轴同轴,一端与转轴固定,另一端与底板固定。滑动托盘可沿套筒滑动,外侧设有卡扣。拉伸器两端分别固定在套筒和滑动托盘的卡扣上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶嘴切割器,特别是涉及一种可调胶嘴切割器。
背景技术
目前汽车的生产,尤其是客车的生产,打胶是一种常见的生产工艺。打胶工艺主要用于工件的粘接和整车的密封。合适的胶体宽度对工件的粘接强度与整车的密封性起到了至关重要的影响,胶体的宽度取决于胶嘴切割后的形状,且胶嘴切口的一致性也会影响到产品一致性以及生产成本。由于目前没有专业的胶嘴切割器,现有的人工制备胶嘴都是使用美工刀进行切割,很难保证胶嘴切割的一致性,从而影响打胶质量和不必要的成本浪费。
中国发明专利申请公开说明书中申请号“201521030085.4”名称为“一种硬胶胶嘴切割器”公开了一种硬胶胶嘴切割器,其包括底座,所述底座的外部罩装有四方盒,所述四方盒的前端面开口,所述底座的上端面固装有一对刀片安装架,刀片的两侧分别嵌装于两侧的所述刀片安装架内,所述刀片的刀刃面朝上布置,所述刀片位于所述四方盒的内部,所述刀片的刀刃面和所述四方盒的顶端面间留有间距,所述间距确保胶桶的硬胶胶嘴可通过前端面开口置于刀刃面的正上方。这种形式的胶嘴切割器没有实现胶嘴切割截面与切割角度的精确调节,很难保证胶嘴切割的一致性,并且通过在刀刃面上用力下按胶嘴完成切割,存在安全隐患,且生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可调胶嘴切割器,不仅能够实现胶嘴的快速、高效、安全的切割,还附带胶嘴切割截面与切割角度的调节功能,满足不同胶体宽度的使用要求,保证胶嘴切割的一致性。
为达到上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明公开的可调胶嘴切割器,包括:底座、切割装置、胶嘴固定装置。底座包括底板、滑轨、刻度尺、卡块和转轴座。切割装置包括滑动手柄、分度盘、切割器、旋转手柄、旋转盘、指针。胶嘴固定装置包括套筒、拉伸器、滑动托盘、弹簧、转轴。滑轨与刻度尺平行固定于底板上,卡块固定于底板中部与滑轨相垂直,转轴座位于底板边缘,且在滑轨中间的平分线上。切割装置位于滑轨上,只能沿滑轨自由滑动,滑动手柄位于切割装置边缘,拖动滑动手柄可带动切割装置滑动,滑动手柄能通过自身转动来实现切割装置锁死与解锁,分度盘上刻有角度,角度范围为0°到90°。切割器一端固定在旋转盘上。旋转盘位于分度盘上,能在分度盘上转动,旋转盘上刻有指示线起指示角度作用。旋转手柄可带动旋转盘转动,且通过自身转动来实现旋转盘的锁死与解锁。指针位于分度盘边缘刻度尺一侧,用于指示刻度。套筒底端设有卡扣,中部与转轴固定相连。转轴另一端安装在转轴座上,能在转轴座上自由转动。弹簧与转轴同轴,一端与转轴固定,另一端与底板固定,能提供转轴转动后回位的力。滑动托盘可沿套筒滑动,内侧、外侧与套筒壁贴合,且外侧设有卡扣。拉伸器两端分别固定在套筒和滑动托盘的卡扣上,为滑动托盘提供拉力。
胶嘴可叠放于套筒内,通过拖动滑动手柄与旋转手柄将切割器调整到需求位置,转动滑动手柄和旋转手柄,将其锁死。切割器裁剪胶嘴。完成裁剪后,转动胶嘴固定装置,将成品取出后胶嘴固定装置归位,即完成一个工作节拍。

如图,本发明公开的可调胶嘴切割器,包括:底座10、切割装置20、胶嘴固定装置30。底座10包括底板11、滑轨12、刻度尺13、卡块14和转轴座15。切割装置20包括滑动手柄21、分度盘22、切割器23、旋转手柄24、旋转盘25、指针26。胶嘴固定装置30包括套筒31、拉伸器32、滑动托盘33、弹簧34、转轴35。滑轨12与刻度尺13平行固定于底板11上,卡块14固定于底板11中部与滑轨12相垂直,转轴座15位于底板11边缘,且在滑轨12中间的平分线上。切割装置20位于滑轨12上,只能沿滑轨12自由滑动,滑动手柄21位于切割装置20边缘,拖动滑动手柄21可带动切割装置20滑动,滑动手柄21能通过自身转动来实现切割装置20锁死与解锁,分度盘22上刻有角度,角度范围为0°到90°。切割器23一端固定在旋转盘25上。旋转盘25位于分度盘22上,能在分度盘22上转动,旋转盘25上刻有指示线起指示角度作用。旋转手柄24可带动旋转盘25转动,且通过自身转动来实现旋转盘25的锁死与解锁。指针26位于分度盘22边缘刻度尺13一侧,用于指示刻度。套筒31底端设有卡扣,中部与转轴35固定相连。转轴35另一端安装在转轴座15上,能在转轴座15上自由转动。弹簧34与转轴35同轴,一端与转轴35固定,另一端与底板11固定,能提供转轴35转动后回位的力。滑动托盘33可沿套筒31滑动,内侧、外侧与套筒壁贴合,且外侧设有卡扣。拉伸器32两端分别固定在套筒31和滑动托盘33的卡扣上,为滑动托盘33提供拉力。
胶嘴可叠放于套筒31内,通过拖动滑动手柄21与旋转手柄24将切割器23调整到需求位置,转动滑动手柄21和旋转手柄24,将其锁死。切割器23裁剪胶嘴。完成裁剪后,转动胶嘴固定装置30,将成品取出后胶嘴固定装置30归位,即完成一个工作节拍。

1.一种可调胶嘴切割器,其特征在于:包括:底座(10)、切割装置(20)、胶嘴固定装置(30);底座(10)包括底板(11)、滑轨(12)、刻度尺(13)、卡块(14)和转轴座(15);切割装置(20)包括滑动手柄(21)、分度盘(22)、切割器(23)、旋转手柄(24)、旋转盘(25)、指针(26);胶嘴固定装置(30)包括套筒(31)、拉伸器(32)、滑动托盘(33)、弹簧(34)、转轴(35);滑轨(12)与刻度尺(13)平行固定于底板(11)上,卡块(14)固定于底板(11)中部与滑轨(12)相垂直,转轴座(15)位于底板(11)边缘,且在滑轨(12)中间的平分线上;切割装置(20)位于滑轨(12)上,只能沿滑轨(12)自由滑动,滑动手柄(21)位于切割装置(20)边缘,拖动滑动手柄(21)可带动切割装置(20)滑动,滑动手柄(21)能通过自身转动来实现切割装置(20)锁死与解锁,分度盘(22)上刻有角度,角度范围为0°到90°;切割器(23)一端固定在旋转盘(25)上;旋转盘(25)位于分度盘(22)上,能在分度盘(22)上转动,旋转盘(25)上刻有指示线起指示角度作用;旋转手柄(24)可带动旋转盘(25)转动,且通过自身转动来实现旋转盘(25)的锁死与解锁;指针(26)位于分度盘(22)边缘刻度尺(13)一侧,用于指示刻度;套筒(31)底端设有卡扣,套筒(31)中部与转轴(35)固定相连;转轴(35)另一端安装在转轴座(15)上,能在转轴座(15)上自由转动;弹簧(34)与转轴(35)同轴,一端与转轴(35)固定,另一端与底板(11)固定,能提供转轴(35)转动后回位的力;滑动托盘(33)可沿套筒(31)滑动,内侧、外侧与套筒壁贴合,且外侧设有卡扣;拉伸器(32)两端分别固定在套筒(31)和滑动托盘(33)的卡扣上,为滑动托盘(33)提供拉力。
