Description

Method for processing elastic waist sheet and method for manufacturing wearing article
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of sanitary products, and particularly relates to a processing method of an elastic waistline sheet and a manufacturing method of a wearing article.
Background
With the development of society, disposable hygienic products are widely used. The products containing elastic waistline in the current market can be roughly divided into paper diapers and pull-up pants, the existing paper diaper products are usually provided with elastic components between two layers of non-elastic sheets, and magic waist tapes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the existing paper diaper products. The existing pull-up diaper products have continuous elastic members in the transverse direction, but are cumbersome to wear. In view of this, I have designed a kind of absorption articles with excellent elasticity on the whole waistline, this kind of wearing articles have the advantage that the waist of the pull-up diaper is comfortable well concurrently, have the advantage that the disposable diaper is convenient to use again, contain many elastic components that extend from left side to right side in the waistline, and the left and right sides in the waistline has magic waist tape, its product structure can refer to CN104905911A that applicant applied earlier.
However, the above products are not easy to implement in the process of flow line batch production, and the design difficulty mainly lies in: firstly, processing an elastic waistline sheet; second, how to arrange the elastic waist on the absorption body. Because the product is different from the traditional paper diaper and the pull-up diaper, the existing production system cannot be used continuously. For example, how to process the elastic sheet into an elastic waist band of a predetermined shape while ensuring the product quality and the packaging efficiency, and how to combine the elastic waist band with the absorbent main body have become technical problems that plague those skilled in the art for many years.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for processing an elastic waist panel, which fills up the blank in the field of processing of all waist panels, and makes it possible to implement the streamlined production of wearing articles mentioned in the background art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a wearing article which is convenient to wear and has excellent elasticity, and the method has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost, and provides a head-to-head and tail-to-tail composite mode for the first time, so that the product packaging is faster.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: a method for processing an elastic waist sheet, which is a band-shaped elastic sheet that moves in a flow path direction and is stretchable in the flow path direction, and which is cut into pieces having a predetermined length, comprising the steps of: and under the preset tension or no tension state, arc cutting is carried out on two sides of the elastic sheet material in the width direction perpendicular to the flow direction, so that a plurality of groups of arc cutting procedures of arc cutting circles with two openings facing opposite directions are formed. And a waist tape compounding step of arranging the waist tapes between the two arc tangent circles at intervals along the flow direction. And a waist-forming step of cutting the elastic sheet along a center line in the waist tape flow direction by a predetermined length. In order to recycle the waste generated by arc cutting, a waste absorbing process is also included between the arc cutting process and the waist tape compounding process. Further, the shape of the blade of the cutter for cutting the waist line to a predetermined length in the waist line forming step is a straight line type or an S-type.
Of course, the order of the arc cutting process, the waist tape combining process, and the waist line forming process may be appropriately adjusted. As another method for processing an elastic waist sheet, a method for processing a belt-like elastic sheet which moves in a flow path direction and is stretchable in the flow path direction and cutting the elastic sheet into pieces having a predetermined length, the method comprising the steps of: and a waist tape compounding step of arranging the waist tapes on the elastic sheet at intervals along the flow direction in a preset tension or tension-free state. And arc cutting is carried out on two sides of the waist patch in the width direction perpendicular to the flow direction, so that a plurality of groups of arc cutting procedures of arc cutting circles with two openings facing opposite directions are formed. And a waist-forming step of cutting the elastic sheet along a center line in the waist tape flow direction by a predetermined length. Similarly, in order to recycle the waste generated by arc cutting, a waste absorbing process is also included between the arc cutting process and the waist tape compounding process. Further, the shape of the blade of the cutter for cutting the waist line to a predetermined length in the waist line forming step is a straight line type or an S-type.
In the method of processing an elastic waist panel, the "belt-like elastic panel" may be formed on a string by adding a plurality of elastic members between two layers of panels, or may be a ready-made composite panel. The 'preset tension or in a tension-free state' means that the tension of the belt-shaped elastic sheet is firstly released in advance before processing, so that the tension of the belt-shaped elastic sheet is zero or less than that of the belt-shaped elastic sheet during compounding or during previous conveying, the quality of arc cutting and waist tape compounding in the processing process is ensured, on one hand, an arc-shaped contour matched with the leg shape of a user is formed on the elastic sheet, the wearing comfort of the user is improved, and on the other hand, the waist tape is prevented from falling off under the action of the contraction force of the elastic sheet. The preset tension here is therefore to be understood as meaning as small a tension value as possible, even if this tension value is close to zero, i.e. a tension-free state. For the arc cutting, since the cut arc-shaped contour corresponds to the outside area below the waist and above the thighs directly, if the arc cutting process is completed under a large stretching ratio of the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet will present an irregular or even locally piled contour when retracted, which affects the appearance and the use comfort of the product; for the waist tape compounding process, if the elastic sheet is under a large stretching ratio during application, the part of the waist tape originally combined with the elastic sheet is easily separated from the elastic sheet.
In addition, the elastic waistline sheet material prepared by the processing method comprises two waistlines which are oppositely arranged in the width direction, the two waistlines are oppositely arranged in the flow direction after being turned, the elastic waistline sheet material is compounded to the absorption main body after being widened, the central distance between the two adjacent elastic sheet materials is twice of the length of the absorption main body, products in the flow direction after being compounded are roughly arranged in a mode of head to head and tail to tail, and a forward and reverse lamination device can be omitted in the subsequent links after being cut and folded, so that the product packaging is more convenient, the production efficiency is further improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
As another subject of the invention, a method for manufacturing an item of clothing comprises the following steps: firstly, under the state of preset tension or no tension, arc cutting is carried out on two sides of the elastic sheet material in the width direction which is vertical to the flow direction, so that a plurality of groups of arc cutting procedures of arc cutting circles with two openings facing opposite directions are formed; a waist tape compounding step of arranging waist tapes on the elastic sheet at intervals along the flow direction; and a waist-forming step of cutting the elastic sheet along a center line in the waist tape flow direction by a predetermined length. And a second step of turning the cut elastic sheet and widening the cut elastic sheet in a width direction perpendicular to the flow direction. And thirdly, arranging the expanded elastic sheets on the absorption body at intervals, wherein the center distance between two adjacent elastic sheets on the absorption body is twice as long as the length of the absorption body. Furthermore, the arc cutting process in the step (i) further comprises a waste suction process for recovering waste generated by arc cutting. The elastic sheet is processed into two waistlines which are arranged oppositely along the width direction and have a certain shape, and then the waistlines are configured on the absorption body at intervals through turning and expanding, so that a plurality of products with head parts to head parts and tail parts to tail parts are formed in the flow direction. And finally, cutting along the center line of the flow direction of the elastic sheet after the width expansion in the step III to obtain the required wearing article.
It is worth mentioning that aiming at the fact that the arc cutting position in the step I is on one side or two sides of the elastic sheet in the width direction, whether a semi-finished product formed after cutting according to the specified length is a single product or two products arranged oppositely is directly determined. Wherein, for forming a single product, the local elastic component cutter and the arc-shaped cutter are both arranged at one side of the width direction, the waist tape is correspondingly provided with a group, and is divided into two parts through the cutter blade, and is cut into a left waist tape of a previous product and a right waist tape of a next product, of course, the waist tape can also be divided into two parts in advance and is respectively applied to corresponding positions of the products, at the moment, the central distance between two adjacent elastic waistlines is equal to the length of the absorption main body, and the absorption main bodies compounded with the elastic waistlines are sequentially arranged in the same direction in the flow direction in the mode. For forming two products arranged in opposite directions, the local elastic part cutters and the arc-shaped cutters respectively comprise two groups and are correspondingly arranged on two sides in the width direction, the waist tape is correspondingly provided with two groups, the products on one side and the other side in the width direction are respectively added, the two products are arranged in opposite directions in the width direction of the front edge of the turning width expansion, the two products are arranged in opposite directions in the flow direction after turning, the center distance between two adjacent elastic waistlines is twice of the length of the absorption main body, the products in the flow direction after compounding are roughly arranged in a mode of 'head to head, and tail to tail', so that the product packaging is more convenient.
Furthermore, two groups of waist patches are arranged on the elastic sheet in the step I and are arranged at intervals along the middle line of the width direction. The two groups are distributed up and down from the corresponding stations in the figure, and are arranged at intervals along the center line in the width direction, so that after the waistline is turned, widened and compounded to the absorption body in the step II, the elastic sheet needs to be cut along the center line in the flow direction of the widened elastic sheet, and gaps formed at intervals correspond to the cutting positions.
After the needed wearing articles are obtained by cutting along the midline of the flow direction of the expanded elastic sheet in the step (III), the process also comprises the procedures of wrapping and folding the wearing articles at two wings, slitting and folding the wearing articles back and forth. The front and back sequence of the three procedures of wrapping and folding, slitting and folding the two wings is not particularly limited, and can be reasonably adjusted according to the requirements when in use.
In addition, the process of turning and expanding the cut elastic sheet in the second step may be performed simultaneously or in steps. Wherein simultaneous implementation on one device is optimized. The device for realizing the turning and the expanding into a whole comprises a stator part and at least one group of rotor parts which can rotate around the stator part, wherein the stator part is cylindrical, and the peripheral surface of the stator part is provided with a direction-changing cam groove; the mover member includes a turning member and a width expanding member. The steering component comprises a steering cam guider and a steering plate fixed with the steering cam guider, and the expanding component is provided with an expanding plate capable of moving along the circumferential surface of the stator component and two elastic material holding components; the width expanding plate is provided with a width expanding cam groove, one side of each elastic material retaining part, which is close to the steering plate, is provided with a width expanding cam guider which penetrates through the steering plate and can move along the width expanding cam groove, and the direction changing cam guider penetrates through the width expanding plate and can move along the direction changing cam groove of the stator part. In order to ensure that the movement of the two elastic material holding parts is more stable, as a further improvement of the invention, a guide groove matched with the width expanding cam guide is also arranged on the steering plate. The expanding cam guide reciprocates linearly along the guide groove while the two elastic material holding members perform the expanding operation. Furthermore, one side of the elastic material holding part close to the steering plate is provided with a group of grooves, and the steering plate is correspondingly provided with bulges matched with the grooves. In addition, the speed change mechanism can be realized by adopting a servo motor or a mechanical cam, and the two modes are both in the prior art and are not described herein again. Similarly, a protrusion may be disposed on one side of the elastic material holding member close to the steering plate, and a groove may be correspondingly disposed on the steering plate. The device avoids the defects caused by the switching of the elastic material between different holding parts through function integration, improves the stability of the elastic material in the production process, and has more compact structure and high production efficiency. In addition, when the step-by-step operation is completed, the operation can be realized by matching a variable-speed expanding device and a steering device, a variable-speed part in the variable-speed expanding auxiliary device can be driven by a mechanical mode or a servo motor, the expanding part can be formed by arranging symmetrically-arranged cam grooves on a cam, and an expanding plate is arranged in the cam grooves through a cam guider. There are, of course, many ways to implement the above-described functions, and not limited to the specific arrangements set forth above.
The elastic waist band may be disposed on the absorbent body at a position close to the skin-contacting side, at a position away from the skin-contacting side, or between the absorbent body and the liquid-impermeable outer sheet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the processing method of the elastic waistline sheet material solves the problem that the traditional processing method does not give the inspiration of processing the full waistline elastic sheet material, fills the blank of the processing field of the full waistline elastic sheet material and lays a solid foundation for realizing the streamlined production of the wearing article mentioned in the background technology by performing arc cutting, compounding the waist tape and cutting according to the specified length on the elastic sheet material in the state of preset tension or no tension. The processing method has the advantages of high production efficiency and low cost.
The manufacturing method of the wearing article comprises the steps of processing the elastic sheet into two waistlines which are arranged oppositely along the width direction and have a certain shape, arranging the waistlines on the absorption body at intervals through turning and expanding, forming a plurality of products with head parts to head parts and tail parts to tail parts in the flow direction, and finally cutting the products along the center line of the flow direction of the expanded elastic sheet in the step III to manufacture the needed wearing article. The manufacturing method firstly provides a head-to-head and tail-to-tail composite mode in the industry, so that the product packaging is faster, the streamlined production of the wearing article mentioned in the background technology is realized, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the process flow is shortened, and the space and the time are saved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
In the embodiment of the method, the first step,
referring to fig. 1 to 6, a method for manufacturing a wearing article includes the following steps:
firstly, adding a group of rubber bands 12 between an upper layer non-woven fabric 10 and a lower layer non-woven fabric 11 for compounding to prepare a strip-shaped elastic sheet 101; then, the belt-like elastic sheet 101 stretchable in the flow direction MD is stretched in the flow direction MD and conveyed in the flow direction MD.
Second, a step of cutting 102 the elastic sheet 101 partially at both sides in the width direction CD. The cutter for cutting off the local elastic band on the elastic sheet 101 is provided with two blades which are arranged at intervals, an elastic body cutting area A is cut on the elastic sheet 101 by the two blades as shown in fig. 3, and the width W of a plurality of glue patterns in the area is changed by changing the intermittent glue applying mode of a glue gun in the area A, so that the aim of changing the tension in the area A is fulfilled. Specifically, when the glue pattern width W is reduced, the tension in the area a is correspondingly reduced.
And thirdly, a step of releasing 103 the tension of the elastic sheet 101 processed in the second step in the flow direction MD so that the tension is zero or less than that in the previous step, preferably zero. The tension release in this step is used to prepare for the arc cutting and waist tape compounding in the fourth step. As shown in fig. 4, in order to ensure that the elastic sheet is conveyed substantially smoothly before and after the tension is released, the present invention separately designs a set of conveying devices 20 before and after the tension releasing station.
The conveying device 20 has two first driving rollers 21 and a nip roller 22 which are matched with each other, when the elastic sheet 101 passes through the first driving rollers 21, the material is completely converted from tension to tension, and the nip roller 22 presses the elastic sheet on the first driving rollers 21 to prevent the material from retracting from the tension-free side to the tension-provided side. The above-described conveying apparatus 20 further includes a non-negative pressure conveying system and a negative pressure conveying system provided in this order on the downstream side of the first driving roller 21 and the nip roller 22.
The non-negative-pressure conveying system comprises a non-negative-pressure conveying belt 23 and a second driving roller 24 for driving the non-negative-pressure conveying belt 23 to work, the speed difference is set by the second driving roller 24 and the first driving roller 21 according to design requirements, the elastic sheet 101 completes the process from tension to tension of the material on the non-negative-pressure conveying belt 23, the non-negative-pressure conveying belt 23 conveys the elastic sheet 101 to the negative-pressure conveying system, and the conveying process is free of negative pressure.
The negative pressure conveying system includes a third driving roller 27, a negative pressure conveying belt 28, and a vacuum box 29. The third driving roller 27 drives the negative pressure conveyer belt 28 to rotate, the elastic sheet 101 passes through the vacuum box 29 on the negative pressure conveyer belt 28, and the vacuum box 29 is connected with an air compression device to provide negative pressure, so that the elastic sheet is kept stable on the negative pressure conveyer belt 28. Further, a material pressing system is arranged between the non-negative pressure conveying system and the negative pressure conveying system, the material pressing system comprises an endless belt 25 for pressing materials and a fourth driving roller 26, and the fourth driving roller 26 drives the endless belt 25 to rotate at a corresponding speed.
The elastic sheet 101 passes through the corresponding processing device from the non-negative pressure conveying belt 23 to the negative pressure conveying belt 28, and the endless belt 25 presses the material to prevent the material from deviating, thereby maintaining the conveying stability.
The above-described conveying apparatus 20 can effectively help the elastic sheet 101 to be stably conveyed without being deformed before and after the tension is released.
As shown in fig. 6, arc cutting is performed on the elastic sheet 101 at both sides in the width direction CD perpendicular to the flow direction between two adjacent elastic body cutting regions a, thereby forming a plurality of sets of arc-cut circles 104 with two openings facing opposite directions. And then, the waste materials generated by arc cutting are recycled, and then the waist tape is arranged between the two arc cutting circles 104 at intervals along the flow direction to carry out waist tape compounding 105. The elastic sheet 101 is cut 106 along the center line of the waist tape flow direction by a predetermined length, and the shape of the blade of the cutter is S-shaped.
Two waistlines 13 are formed in the width direction after cutting and arranged oppositely.
And fifthly, rotating the cut elastic sheet 101 by 90 degrees, and expanding the elastic sheet along the width direction CD perpendicular to the flow direction MD so that the elastic sheet is stretched again to form the elastic waistline 107.
In order to realize the turning and expanding actions of the cut elastic sheets, the invention provides a turning and expanding device, which comprises a stator part 2 and at least one group of mover parts capable of rotating around the stator part 2, as shown in fig. 5; the stator component 2 is cylindrical, and the circumferential surface of the stator component is provided with a direction-changing cam groove 1. The mover member has a turning member and a width expanding member.
