Further preferably, when the toilet upper cover transmission shaft is subjected to reverse resistance in forward rotation or reverse rotation, the current of the motor is increased. When the current to the motor increases to a critical threshold, the toilet lid gear shaft rotates in the opposite direction. For example, if the toilet lid is subjected to excessive resistance (i.e. the toilet lid is manually blocked from opening) during the opening process, the current of the motor will suddenly increase, and when the current of the motor reaches a critical threshold, the toilet lid is closed. During the closing process of the toilet lid, if the toilet lid is subjected to an excessive resistance (closing of the toilet lid is artificially blocked), the current of the motor will suddenly increase, and when the current of the motor reaches a critical threshold, the toilet lid is opened.
According to the scheme, the intelligent closestool cover in the application adopts the single-motor structure to control the opening and closing of the closestool cover and the seat cushion respectively in a time-sharing mode, and compared with a double-motor intelligent closestool in the prior art, the intelligent closestool with the double motors has the advantages that the structural cost can be greatly reduced, and the power consumption is small.
Further, the smart toilet lid in the present application further includes a motor separation structure 9. The motor separation structure 9 is disposed between the motor and the outer end surface of the first wheel body 406, and one end of the motor separation structure is connected to the motor and the other end of the motor separation structure is fixedly connected to the outer end surface of the first wheel body 406. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view illustrating a motor separating structure according to a preferred embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the motor detaching structure 9 includes a coupling 901 and a flange structure 902. Wherein, one end of the coupler is connected with the motor, and the other end surface is provided with an annular array of wedge-shaped teeth. The end face of the flange plate structure 902 connected with the coupler is provided with an annular array of wedge-shaped grooves 903, the wedge-shaped teeth are engaged with the wedge-shaped grooves, and the other end face of the flange plate structure is fixedly connected with the outer end face of the first wheel body 406.
The motor separation structure is arranged on the intelligent closestool cover, so that when the maximum load of the motor is exceeded (for example, when the closestool upper cover/closestool ring is manually opened or closed) or no power supply exists, the motor and the transmission structure are automatically separated, the closestool upper cover and the closestool ring are manually opened and closed, and the closestool upper cover can be prevented from being damaged.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the first or second set of teeth shown in accordance with another preferred embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, an inclined plane structure 419 is further disposed at the second protrusion of the first dialing tooth (or the fourth protrusion of the second dialing tooth), and when the inclined plane structure drives the corresponding dialing tooth, the dialing tooth will be automatically compressed into the corresponding slot, so that when power is off or a person is required to manually open or close the toilet lid/toilet ring, the toilet lid can be manually opened or closed with a small force.
Further, the intelligent toilet lid in the present application further includes an armrest 7 disposed outside the transmission mechanism 4. Preferably, the infrared sensor 5 is mountable on the armrest 7. The male's stool and urine can be automatically distinguished through the detection of the infrared sensor 5 on the user's gesture. Meanwhile, in order to enable the closestool to meet the requirements of users more flexibly, a man/woman gear switch can be arranged on the handrail 7 to distinguish the man/woman gears. The household closestool or the male toilet closestool can be arranged at a male gear, and when the current gear is determined to be the male gear, the rotation signal sent to the motor by the controller is the rotation signal for opening the closestool upper cover and the closestool ring. The motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate according to the received rotation signal, and the transmission mechanism rotates 180 degrees to sequentially open the upper cover and the toilet seat. The gear can be set for ladies in a domestic environment or in a toilet for women. When the current gear is determined to be the female gear, the rotation signal sent to the motor is the rotation signal for only opening the upper cover of the closestool. The motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate 90 degrees according to the received rotation signal, namely, only the upper cover of the closestool is opened.
According to the technical scheme, the intelligent toilet lid in this application, the lifting and closing of closestool upper cover and closestool circle adopt infrared induction range finding and gesture induction's mode, can realize opening and closing alone of closestool upper cover and closestool circle, satisfy the use habit that stool and urine/man and woman are different, and be non-contact, be difficult to be infected with the bacterium, do benefit to user's health. Simultaneously, the intelligent closestool lid in this application still uses single motor timesharing control closestool upper cover and the opening and closing of closestool circle respectively, reduces substantially manufacturing cost, and the consumption reduces.
The utility model provides an intelligent closestool lid can directly upgrade ordinary horse bucket into intelligent closestool on ordinary horse bucket staving through base snap-on, need not the user and thoroughly changes the closestool, compares with the intelligent closestool of present supporting integration sale, more convenient and fast, practices thrift the cost.

one end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the motor, the other end of the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with the closestool upper cover and the closestool ring, and the closestool upper cover and the closestool ring are sequentially opened or closed under the driving of the motor, or the closestool ring and the closestool upper cover are sequentially closed, or the closestool upper cover is independently opened or closed;
a controller electrically connected to the motor;
the infrared sensor is electrically connected with the controller and comprises a distance measuring module and a ray module;
the transmission mechanism comprises a fixed base, a transmission assembly, a transmission shaft of the upper cover of the closestool and a transmission shaft of the closestool ring, the transmission assembly is fixed on the fixed base, one end of the transmission assembly is connected with the motor, and the fixed end of the transmission shaft of the upper cover of the closestool and the fixed end of the transmission shaft of the closestool ring are coaxially fixed at the other end of the transmission assembly; the connecting end of the closestool upper cover transmission shaft is fixedly connected with the closestool upper cover, and the connecting end of the closestool ring transmission shaft is fixedly connected with the closestool ring;
the transmission assembly comprises a first elliptical piece provided with an elliptical hole, a second elliptical piece provided with an elliptical hole, a transmission wheel and a transmission shaft fixing piece;
the long axis of the first elliptical hole is vertical to the long axis of the second elliptical hole;
the driving wheel comprises a first wheel body, a second wheel body and a connecting rod for connecting the first wheel body and the second wheel body; the first wheel body is provided with a first stop block extending towards the circle center direction, and the second wheel body is provided with a second stop block extending towards the circle center direction;
the outer end surface of the first wheel body is fixedly connected with the motor;
the first elliptical piece is arranged in a gap between the first wheel body and the second wheel body and close to the first wheel body, and the second elliptical piece is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the outer end face of the second wheel body; the transmission shaft fixing piece is arranged in a gap between the first wheel body and the second wheel body and is close to the second wheel body;
the fixed end of the transmission shaft of the upper cover of the closestool penetrates through the oval hole of the second oval piece, and enters the round hole of the first wheel body after sequentially passing through the second wheel body, the transmission shaft fixing piece and the first oval piece; the fixed end of the transmission shaft of the upper cover of the closestool is provided with a first shifting tooth which stretches out and draws back along the radial direction, the first shifting tooth is provided with a first bulge and a second bulge, the first bulge is positioned in the oval hole of the first oval piece, the second bulge is positioned in the round hole of the first wheel body, and the second bulge is abutted to the first stop block when the first shifting tooth is in a bouncing state;
the fixed end of the toilet seat transmission shaft sequentially penetrates through the oval hole of the second oval piece, the second wheel body and the transmission shaft fixing piece, the fixed end of the toilet seat transmission shaft is provided with a second shifting tooth which stretches out and draws back along the radial direction, the second shifting tooth is provided with a third bulge and a fourth bulge, the third bulge is located in the oval hole of the second oval piece, the fourth bulge is located in the round hole of the second wheel body, and the fourth bulge is abutted to the second stop block when the second shifting tooth is in a bouncing state;
the included angle between the first shifting tooth and the second shifting tooth is 90-110 degrees.
2. The intelligent toilet lid according to claim 1, further comprising:
the motor separation structure is arranged between the motor and the outer end face of the first wheel body, one end of the motor separation structure is connected with the motor, and the other end of the motor separation structure is fixedly connected with the outer end face of the first wheel body;
the limit switch is arranged on the inner surface of the oval hole of the first oval part and is close to the short shaft of the oval hole;
the handrail is arranged on the outer side of the transmission mechanism, and the infrared sensor is mounted on the handrail; the handrail also comprises a man/woman gear switch.

The intelligent toilet cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the diameter of the toilet cover transmission shaft is larger than that of the toilet seat transmission shaft, the toilet cover transmission shaft is of a hollow structure, and the toilet seat transmission shaft is located in a hollow space of the toilet cover transmission shaft; the length of the toilet seat transmission shaft is greater than that of the toilet upper cover transmission shaft;
the supporting seat is provided with a through hole extending along the length direction of the supporting seat;
the toilet seat comprises a first fixing lug and a second fixing lug which are oppositely arranged, and the first fixing lug and the second fixing lug are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two ends of the supporting seat;
the closestool upper cover comprises a third fixing lug and a fourth fixing lug which are oppositely arranged, the third fixing lug is arranged on the outer side of the first fixing lug, and the fourth fixing lug is arranged on the outer side of the second fixing lug;
the transmission shaft of the upper cover of the closestool is relatively fixed with the third fixing lug;
the toilet seat transmission shaft penetrates through the rear part of the third fixing lug and is relatively fixed with the first fixing lug and the second fixing lug.
5. An operating method of the intelligent toilet lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
when a distance measuring module of the infrared sensor detects that a target object appears within a set distance, the infrared sensor sends a trigger signal to the controller;
the controller sends a rotation signal to the motor after receiving the trigger signal;
the motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate according to the received rotation signal; the transmission mechanism sequentially and respectively opens the toilet upper cover and the toilet ring.
6. The operating method according to claim 5, wherein after the transmission mechanism opens the toilet upper cover and before the toilet seat is opened, the operating method further comprises the following steps:
if the ray module of the infrared sensor monitors that the gesture action blocks rays, the controller is informed to control the motor to stop rotating, and the toilet seat is stopped to be opened;
if the ray is not shielded, the controller controls the motor to continue rotating, and the transmission mechanism opens the toilet seat;
during or after the toilet seat is opened, the method further comprises: if the ray is detected to be blocked, the controller controls the motor to rotate reversely, and the transmission mechanism closes the toilet seat.

The working method according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that when the toilet upper cover is subjected to reverse resistance in the rotation process, the current of the motor is increased to a critical threshold value, and the motor drives the toilet upper cover transmission shaft to rotate in the opposite direction;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when a distance measuring module of the infrared sensor detects that a target object leaves a set distance, the infrared sensor sends a closing signal to the controller; the controller sends a reverse rotation signal to the motor according to the received closing signal; the motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate reversely according to the received reverse rotation signal; the transmission mechanism closes the toilet seat and the toilet upper cover in sequence.
8. The operating method as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the toilet cover is further provided with a man/woman shift switch, and the controller, before sending a rotation signal to the motor after receiving the trigger signal, further comprises:
the controller determines whether the current grade is a male grade or a female grade, and if the current grade is the male grade, the rotation signal sent to the motor is a rotation signal for opening the upper cover and the toilet seat ring of the toilet; the motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate according to the received rotation signal; the transmission mechanism sequentially and respectively opens the toilet upper cover and the toilet ring;
if the gear is determined to be a female gear, the rotation signal sent to the motor is a rotation signal for only opening the upper cover of the closestool; the motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate according to the received rotation signal; the transmission mechanism only opens the toilet upper cover.
