For the infrared sensor, the control module sends an image acquisition instruction to the image acquisition module after receiving the voltage signal. Further, because of different forces of stamping, signing or fingerprint pressing, the generated pressure signals are different, and the definition of the seal left on the surface of the paper is different correspondingly, in general, the seal is clearer when the force is larger, otherwise, the seal is not clear when the force is smaller. In order to obtain a clear seal image, a threshold signal can be preset, and an image acquisition instruction is sent to the image acquisition module when the detected seal signal is greater than or equal to the threshold signal. This threshold signal is pre-stored in the memory module. Taking a pressure sensor as an example, the pre-stored pressure threshold value is 3, the pressure value (seal signal) detected by the detection module is 1, the seal stamping force is smaller, the control module does not send an image acquisition instruction, and the control module can send a prompt through a loudspeaker and the like to prompt a worker to stamp again. If the pressure value (seal signal) detected by the detection module is 5 and is larger than the pre-stored pressure threshold value 3, the control module sends an image acquisition instruction, and the image acquisition device is started to acquire the paper image.
The image acquisition module is used for acquiring the image of the paper with the copied seal according to the image acquisition instruction. The image acquisition module may employ a camera. The image acquisition module stores the acquired image in the storage module through the control module after acquiring the image signal, and the storage module can adopt a magnetic disk and E 2 PROM, memory chip, flash disk, memory card, etc. The stored image includes the acquisition date, name, etc. of the image. Further, the seal image can be prestored in the storage module, the control module recognizes the collected image after the image collection of the paper with the copied seal is completed, the seal image in the collected image is extracted, and the extracted seal image is compared with the prestored seal image to judge whether the current seal is legal or not. The control module can communicate with the remote monitoring module through the communication module, and can receive the instruction of the remote monitoring module through the communication module or send the stored image to the remote monitoring module. The further control module may send the stored image to the monitoring module in response to the get image instruction sent by the monitoring module; or the control module sends the images acquired in the time to the monitoring module every preset time. The monitoring module can adopt a PC, a mobile phone and the like. The communication module can adopt communication modes such as GPRS, bluetooth, wiFi, zigbee and the like. Taking a mobile phone as an example, communication can be established between the mobile phone and the control module through GPRS, a manager can send an instruction signal for acquiring an image to the control module through the mobile phone, the instruction signal can comprise the date, the name and the like of the image to be acquired, the control module responds to the instruction to search a corresponding image in the storage module after acquiring the instruction, and after the image is searched, the image is sent to a mobile phone terminal of the manager through the communication module, so that the manager can check the picture after the file is stamped at any time and any place in real time, and the seal service condition is monitored. Or the newly acquired images can be sent to the mobile phone of the manager every 5 hours, so that the manager can obtain the images of all the stamping files at regular time, and the stamp service condition can be monitored conveniently.
The seal image acquisition device detects whether seal copying occurs or not through the detection module, automatically completes image acquisition of paper after seal copying is detected, and can send the image acquisition to a remote manager. Meanwhile, a manager can check the picture of the stamped file at any time and any place in real time, and the stamp service condition can be monitored.

The display module may employ a liquid crystal display. The first and second timing modules may be timers internal or external to the control module.
The first timing module is used for starting first timing after the control module receives the seal signal, and the control module sends an image acquisition instruction to the image acquisition module after the first timing is finished. After the detection module detects the seal signal, the seal or the hand is still positioned on the paper, and if the image acquisition is started, the image of the seal or the hand is acquired, so that the seal file is blocked, and the image acquisition is not satisfactory. The display module is used for displaying the image acquired by the current image acquisition module, the display module can display the image acquired by the current image acquisition module on the display screen after the image acquisition is completed, a confirmation dialog box can be popped up on the display screen at the moment, after a worker clicks 'confirm', the worker is shown to confirm that the acquired image meets the requirement, and then the image is sent to the storage module for storage.
